Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pekerjaan peninggian saluran air di lokasi RT.08-RW.11 Perumahan Bukit Kencana yang lakukan diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi mengurangi sekaligus mencegah terjadinya banjir seperti pada saat curah hujan pada awal tahun baru 2020. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research ) dimana metode ini langsung pendekatan kepada masyarakat dengan melihat kondisi langsung dilapangan yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebelum dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini maka warga di perumahan bukit kencana mengalami banjir dengan ketinggian 15 hingga 70 cm yang ada didalam rumah, sehingga kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah peninggian dan pelebaran saluran air, sehingga mengurangi sekaligus mencegah terjadinya kembali bencana banjir yang mengakibatkan korban jiwa dan kehilangan harta benda.

Abstract

A decision-making process of vocational high schools in improving the quality of competitive graduates with the aim of solving problems that occur at school so that it is necessary to have the accurate model so that decisions can be accepted and can run well, the purpose of this study is specifically to discuss and gain new knowledge and discoveries to create a chart model of the decision-making process in improving the quality of the competitive graduates in Vocational High Schools, The method in this study is descriptive methods with a Qualitative approach to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts of the object of research, The research was conducted in four (4) months at Bistek Vocational High School (Business and Technology) Bekasi, the research activities were carried out in three stages including the preparation stage, the research implementation stage and the final stage of preparing the research report, The results of this study were the decision-making process carried out by SWOT analysis, the decision-making process had five appropriate steps, the decision-making process with a rational model by considering aspects that had a positive or negative impact based on a system of ethical values by prioritizing honesty, responsibility, good faith, respect and humility, harmony and tolerance as well. Patience and sincerity to forgive each other, which was realized in the pattern of relationships or relationships between patience and forgiveness of conditions that can be done through patience and sincerity to forgive each other, all components of the school environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang menentukan tigkat investasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik analisis data penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik analisis domain dimana Analisis domain pada hakikatnya adalah upaya peneliti untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang data untuk menjawab fokus penelitian dengan membaca naskah data secara umum dan menyeluruh untuk memperoleh data dan hasil penelitian. Langkah dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1) Pengumpulan data, 2) Klasifikasi data, 3) Reduksi data, dan 4) Menarik kesimpulan. Sumber data yang digunakan menggunakan adalahr data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan sumber informasi melalui web, buku, jurnal nasional dan situs resmi. Hasil yang didapat adalah 1) Tingkat Bungan sangat berperan dalam menentukan tingkat investasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terjadi dalam suatu negara, apabila tingkat bunga rendah maka tingkat investasi yang terjadi akan tinggi. 2) Bila keuntungan yang diharapkan pada marginal Efficiency Of capital lebih kecil dari tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku secara rill maka investasi tidak akan dijalankan. 3) Terjadinya peningkatan aktivitas perekonomian secara terus menerus. 4) Adanya kestabilan politik dalam upaya peningkatan penanaman modal dari luar negeri meningkat

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan peningkatan kapasitas kepada Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Desa Parakanjaya Kecamatan Kemang Kabupaten Bogor dengan meningkatkan pendapatan BUMDesa untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Parakanjaya secara khusus melalui produk asli Desa sebagai icon Desa Parakanjaya dengan membuat produk kois pedagang kaki lima dengan berbentuk buah strawbery . Teknik kegiatan PkM ini dengan observasi langsung ke Desa Parakanjaya dan wawancara secara langsung kepada pengurus BUMDesa dan Kepala Desa Parakanjaya . Dengan pendekatan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di antara anggota pengurus BUMDesa dan masyarakat  Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah 1) Dapat mengetahui strategi peningkatan pendapatan BUMDesa  dengan membuat produk unggulan Desa sebagai icon Desa yaitu Kios Pedagang kaki lima dengan berbentuk strawbery, pendampingan pedagang kaki lima dan bantuan sosial masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program desa wisata, Hak Cipta produk 2) Memahami bagaimana cara membuat produk icon Desa Parakanjaya dimana produk ini dibuat dari bahan yang berkualitas, fleksibel dan mudah untuk di bongkar pasang. 3) mengusulkan Produk Icon Desa mendapatkan HAKI.

Abstract

AbstractEducation in pesantren is generally carried out in a dormitory that lives and stays for 24 hours, under the main guidance of the Kiai or the head of the pesantren. It is necessary to understand the parenting patterns of children in the pesantren so that the conditions and affective development of children are created as expected by parents who submit their children to study at the pesantren. This study aims to understand the parenting style of pesantren education on children's affective development. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and document review. The results showed that the boarding school's education parenting towards children's affective development was manifested through the cultivation of santri discipline, cultivation of independence, cultivation of an awareness of the importance of society, habituation of conducting book studies, developing talents and interests, and giving sanctions to students who violate the discipline. This finding reinforces the opinion that pesantren have played a role in educating people's lives. It is suggested that this parenting style be studied more widely and deeply so that it can then be applied to other pesantren. AbstrakPendidikan di pesantren umumnya dilaksanakan dalam suatu asrama yang hidup dan tinggal selama 24 jam, di bawah bimbingan utama kiai atau pimpinan pondok pesantren. Diperlukan pemahaman pola pengasuhan anak di pesantren sehingga tercipta kondisi dan perkembangan afektif anak sesuai yang diharapkan oleh orang tua yang menyerahkan anaknya belajar di pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pola asuh pendidikan pesantren terhadap perkembangam afektif anak. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pemgumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh pendidikan pesantren terhadap perkembangan afektif anak terwujud melalui penanaman disiplin santri, penanaman kemandirian, penanaman  sikap sadar akan pentingnya bermasyarakat, pembiasaan melakukan kajian kitab, pengembangan bakat dan minat, serta  pemberian  sangsi terhadap santri yang melanggar tata tertib. Temuan ini menguatkan pendapat bahwa pesantren telah berperan dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu disarankan agar pola asuh tersebut dikaji lebih luas dan mendalam untuk kemudian dapat diterapkan pada pesantren lainnya.

Abstract

Research approach carried out with the aim of solving problems by teachers in the context of learning, with the benefits of improving the quality of learning, improving teacher profesionalism, adjusting learning methods, creating a better learning environment and as a means of teacher evaluation and self-reflection. The purpose of this community service activity in addition to the Tri dharma activities of lecturers is to provide teachers with a deep understanding of, and provide teacher skills on making learning modules at SMK NIBA Business School. This activity method uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with a lecture approach, discussion with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) strategy by involving the participation of activity participants, namely teachers, education personnel and students. This community service activity is carried out with 4 steps which include (1) providing material about PTK, (2) providing discussion opportunities for participants, (3) participants are given practice in making learning modules and (4) participants are given guidance on compiling reports on the results of class action research activities. The results of this community service activity are (1) the achievement of goals about teachers understanding in depth about classroom action research and understanding about the PTK cycle. (2) teachers are able to create creative learning module designs with the SAM (Successive Approximation Model) design model (3) Teachers are able to create constructivism-based learning. The conclusion of this community service activity is that educators (teachers) at SMK NIBA Business School are able to understand improve teacher competence in making creative learning modules.

Abstract

Indonesia is a transcultural country that has been influenced by Western hegemony, which has led to the emergence of liberalism. This means that every person is free to express their innovation and creativity to influence others to follow them. The implementation of character education through Quran memorization is a conducive solution to address the challenges of the 21st century. The TES method (Simple Recitation Evaluation) has the effect of increasing closeness to the Quran, fostering Islamic character, and cultivating inner peace. The purpose of this research is to develop a Sharia-based school management model with four steps. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, employing data triangulation. Data collection was conducted through surveys using observation, interviews with snowball sampling to obtain in-depth and comprehensive answers, and documentation. The research instruments involved all school stakeholders, both internal and external, with primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that (1) Sharia-compliant planning, from vision to evaluation and revision, accelerates the smooth implementation of school operations. (2) The implementation of learning using appropriate tahfizh methods, professional teacher mastery in the classroom, and establishing flexible and appropriate partnerships can make students excel and help brain therapists, especially children with special needs, become haafizh Qur'an and have stable psychological conditions. (3) Continuous supervision by the foundation, school principal, and parents makes the school develop quickly and have many students. (4) The development of a Sharia-based school that considers students' psychological well-being and abilities, employee happiness, appropriate teacher placement and classroom layout, excellent service, and sound financial management makes the school outstanding.
