Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and evaluate the factors that give hotels in Indonesia a competitive advantage. This research approach is based on a three-stage protocol, which includes an initial stage, implementation, and writing. The initial search string yielded 1,250 journal articles, of which 12 were chosen for further investigation. This study employs qualitative methods, after which the data is extracted and research questions are generated. Differentiation, environmentally friendly technology, service quality, marketing efficiency, market focus, creativity or image, leadership style, information systems, knowledge management, customer intimacy, hotel budgets, and human resources are among the factors that affect hotels' competitive advantage, according to the findings of this report. Both of these factors have a favorable or important impact on hotels' competitive advantage. Originality based on this literature can be seen as a potential research agenda and can aid the growth of the hospitality industry. Keywords: Competitive Advantage, Hotels

Abstract

BUMDes has a role to realize the village economy. In improving the village economy, the government has the task of conducting socialization to the villagers through the provincial and district governments. The purpose of the systematic literature review is to determine the determinants of success and failure on the performance of BUMDes. Research data obtained from Google Scholar in 2016-2021 based on an initial search found as many as 484 articles and only 9 journals used as data sources and will be analyzed further. This study only uses research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the failure factors that affect the performance of BUMDes are very diverse, namely motivation, education, age, and work experience. While the success factors that affect the performance of BUMDes are communication, AIS, HR, leadership style, motivation, work environment, salary, competence, organizational performance, commitment, organizational culture, training, the influence of job satisfaction, and GCG. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengusulkan dan menguji model konseptual untuk memecahkan suatu kesenjangan antara penelitian tentang pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Kami mengadopsi teori planned of behavior kontrol persepsi perilaku mengenai mudah atau sulitnya perilaku yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu menurut teori ini faktor yang bisa memperbaiki penurunan dan penjualan ialah keputusan pembelian. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 orang sampel pembeli minuman kratingdaeng di jember, jawa timur, Indonesia, sebagai sampel kami untuk menguji model penelitian yang diusulkan, menggunakan perangkat lunak pemodelan persamaan warppls7.0. Temuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji koefisien jalur langsung dan tidak langsung untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui variabel harga kualitas produk citra merek dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini melalui Upgrading Tata Kelola Perguruan Tinggi sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik pengelolaan perguruan tinggi, serta meningkatkan SPMI perguruan tinggi agar bisa secepatnya meningkatkan kepuasan orang tua mahasiswa, mahasiswa, dosen serta tenaga kependidikan. Terbukti pemahaman dari materi yang di sampaikan seperti (1) Sosialisasi Lima Permendikbud Sebagai Payung Hukum Kampus Merdeka (2) Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDikti) (3) Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal di Perguruan Tinggi, meningkat secara cukup signifikan setelah mengikuti ugrading ini. Di masa yang akan datang, pengabdian semacam ini dapat diperluas konteksnya untuk mendapatkan luaran yang lebih komprehensif, misalnya pelatihan akreditasi yang berbasis BAN PT atau Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the Islamic work ethic and leadership style on the performance of MTs teachers through motivational variables, a case study of MTs teachers in NTT. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The study population was all MTs teachers in NTT, totaling 1,324 teachers. The sample used was 133 teachers using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that; Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on motivation; Islamic work ethic has a significant impact on performance; leadership style has a significant effect on motivation; leadership style has a significant effect on performance; motivation has a significant effect on motivation; Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on performance through motivation; leadership style influences performance through motivation. In conclusion, there is an influence of Islamic work ethic and leadership style on the performance of MTs teachers through motivational variables keyword : Islamic work ethic, leadership style, performance, motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of spirituality and stress on deviant behavior through piety as a variable that intervenes in Jember University employees. The number of samples in this study was 129. The analytical technique used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that spiritual variables have a significant effect on piety, work stress has a significant effect on piety, piety has a significant effect on deviant behavior, spirituality has a significant effect on deviant behavior, work stress has a significant effect on deviant behavior. Indirectly, spirituality and work stress have a significant effect on deviant behavior through piety. The conclusions from this study prove that there is a significant influence on all the variables examined in this study. Keywords: Piety, Deviant Behavior, Spirituality, Job Stress

Abstract

Mentoring instrumen Lamemba dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah memahami poin-poin yang harus dilengkapi dalam proses akreditasi nantinya, juga untuk mengetahui sejauhmana kesiapan masing-masing Perguruan Tinggi dalam menghadapi proses akreditasi. Mentoring instrumen Lamemba dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom, dan diikuti oleh perwakilan dari masing-masing Peguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah seluruh Indonesia. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 40 peserta yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa masih banyak Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah yang belum paham tentang instrumen-instrumen yang harus dipersiapkan pada proses Akreditasi di Lamemba, terutama Perguruan Tinggi yang baru. Dengan mentoring yang dilakukan, diharapkan setiap Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dan’Aisyiyah dapat benar-benar memantapkan persiapan menuju peroses akreditasi dan dapat memperoleh hasil yang maksimal pada saat akreditasi nantinya.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan. Kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu lama serta terjadinya infeksi berulang, dan kedua faktor penyebab ini dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh yang tidak memadai terutama dalam 1.000 HPK. Kabupaten Jember hingga akhir tahun 2020 menunjukkan angka stunting cukup tinggi dikisaran 37,94%, ini jauh di atas rata rata nasional, dan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Indikator angka stunting menjadi bagian penting untuk mengukur Sumber Daya Manusia berkualitas yang berdaya saing yang kemudian di aplikasikan pada Aplikasi Simonting. Sedangkan pada sistem aplikasi pengelolaan aset desa atau disebut SIPADES 2.0 merupakan aplikasi yang resmi dari Pemerintah Indonesia yang menjadi kewenangan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bina Pemerintahan Desa Kementrian Dalam Negeri untuk digunakan oleh seluruh Pemerintah Desa dalam pengelolaan aset desa sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Pemerintah berupaya untuk memudahkan perangkat desa terkait dengan pengelolaan aset yang transparan dan akuntabel melalui Sistem Pengelolaan Aset Desa yang melakukan pencatatan administrasi aset tetap desa mulai dari merencanakan pembelian aset tetap hingga kodefikasi dan labelisasi aset tetap yang dimiliki.

Abstract

This article delves into the intricate dynamics of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Education Office of Jember Regency, with a specific focus on the interplay between career advancement, job promotion, employee competence, and employee performance. Drawing on the AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) framework, this research investigates the direct and indirect impacts of these factors through a comprehensive survey of 80 Education Office employees. The research findings reveal a significant positive influence of career advancement and job promotion on employee motivation and performance. The anticipated direct impact of employee competence on work motivation also proves to be significantly positive. These findings underscore the importance of structured career paths, promotions, and competence in shaping a motivated workforce and enhancing overall employee performance. This research contributes to bridging knowledge gaps in HRM practices and provides practical interventions for organizational improvement. The proposed insights offer a foundation for organizational leaders and HR practitioners to enhance employee motivation and performance holistically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer retention strategies and differentiation strategies on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and customer loyalty in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the food sector in Jember Regency. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 customers of Ayam Gephok Pak Giek as the object of research. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that customer retention strategy and differentiation strategy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and CLV. The findings indicate that effective customer relationship management, through the provision of memorable customer experiences and unique product offerings, is critical in increasing long-term customer loyalty and value. The practical implications of this study suggest that culinary SMEs strengthen service strategies, product innovation, and loyalty programs to retain customers and increase competitiveness in a competitive market.
