Abstract

Rusip adalah produk fermentasi tradisional yang populer di masyarakat pesisir Sumatra, terutama di Bangka Belitung. Rusip dibuat dengan ikan kecil seperti teri, yang difermentasi dengan garam dan gula aren. Proses fermentasi ini menghasilkan cita rasa asam dan aroma khas yang menjadi ciri utama produk ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meninjau berbagai metode fermentasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan rusip, baik fermentasi spontan maupun non-spontan, serta pengaruh kadar garam dan gula terhadap hasil akhir. Analisis kandungan gizi rusip menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi meningkatkan nilai gizi, termasuk kadar protein dan asam lemak esensial, serta berkontribusi terhadap kesehatan usus melalui produksi probiotik. Selain itu, rusip memiliki nilai sosial dan budaya yang signifikan bagi masyarakat pesisir, sekaligus berperan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian lokal melalui pengolahan ikan rucah dan usaha kecil menengah (UKM).

Abstract

Abstract: The increasing use of android applications makes all activities run more efficiently using android applications. The need for an efficient and practical food ordering system is increasing, especially in the digital age as it is today. This research aims to build an android-based food ordering application that is built in the hope of providing convenience to the public in ordering food according to their wishes as well as helping the development of MSME businesses. The research method used is qualitative method, which includes data collection through interviews and observations, then reinforced by literature studies. This study also used prototype methods as a framework for developing systems. The prototype method was chosen because it allowed iterative development of the system by actively engaging user feedback in each development stage. The result of this study was an application called "FastEats". It is an Android-based platform that allows users to order food. Fasteats are designed with the main purpose of making it easier for customers to order food online via smartphone. By prioritizing responsive and user-friendly designs, the platform not only simplifies the food ordering process, but also opens up opportunities for greater business growth through broad market penetration. Keyword: FastEats, Android, Prototype, UMKM, Information System Abstrak: Penggunaan aplikasi android yang semakin banyak membuat segala kegiatan berjalan lebih efisien menggunakan aplikasi android. Kebutuhan akan sistem pemesanan makanan yang efisien dan praktis semakin meningkat, terutama di era digital seperti sekarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi pemesanan makanan berbasis android yang dibangun dengan harapan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam memesan makanan sesuai dengan keinginan sekaligus membantu pengembangan usaha UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, yang meliputi pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian diperkuat oleh studi literatur. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode prototype sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengembangkan sistem. Metode prototype dipilih karena memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara iteratif dengan melibatkan feedback pengguna secara aktif dalam setiap tahap pengembangannya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sebuah aplikasi bernama "FastEats". Aplikasi ini adalah sebuah platform berbasis Android yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan pemesanan makanan. “Fasteats” dirancang dengan tujuan utama untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam memesan makanan secara online melalui smartphone. Dengan mengutamakan desain yang responsif dan ramah pengguna, platform ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan proses pemesanan makanan, tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk pertumbuhan bisnis yang lebih besar melalui penetrasi pasar yang luas. Kata kunci: FastEats, Android, Prototype, UMKM, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Jalan Kapten Sumarsono memiliki peran strategis sebagai jalur penghubung utama antara wilayah perkotaan Medan dengan kawasan-kawasan penyangga di sekitarnya. Jalan ini digunakan oleh berbagai jenis kendaraan, baik kendaraan pribadi, angkutan umum, maupun kendaraan berat. Akibat volume lalu lintas yang tinggi dan kurangnya pemeliharaan yang memadai, kerusakan jalan seperti retak, lubang, serta deformasi permukaan sering ditemukan, yang berpotensi mengganggu kenyamanan dan keselamatan pengguna jalan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan evaluasi yang akurat terhadap kondisi jalan guna mengetahui jenis, tingkat, dan penyebab kerusakan. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan adalah Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Metode ini merupakan sistem evaluasi kuantitatif yang memberikan nilai atau indeks terhadap kondisi jalan berdasarkan pengamatan jenis dan tingkat kerusakan di lapangan. Indeks PCI berkisar dari 0 hingga 100, di mana nilai yang lebih tinggi menunjukkan kondisi jalan yang lebih baik, sementara nilai yang rendah menunjukkan kondisi yang buruk (Azka dkk., 2024).

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the religious tourism industry, especially in Umrah pilgrimage trips, is experiencing very rapid growth. Customer trust in travel services is one of the main factors that determine the success of a travel company in maintaining and expanding its market share in the midst of competition. The implementation of this sharia-based payment system can increase pilgrims' trust in the services provided by Umrah travel agencies. This study aims to find out how effective the sharia-based transaction payment system is in increasing pilgrims' trust in Umrah travel services at PT. Zam Zam Islamic Tourism. This research was conducted on PT. Zam Zam Wisata Islami which is located on Al Falah street, Muctar Basri No. B6, Kel, Glugur Darat 2, Kec. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach.  The data analysis technique used through data collection uses an interview process, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.  This study shows that the sharia-based transaction payment system has a significant influence on the trust of pilgrims. The implementation of this system has proven to be effective in increasing the trust of pilgrims. However, there are several challenges in its implementation, such as the lack of understanding of pilgrims about the payment system carried out in sharia and the competitiveness of other travel parties. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that, with the existence of a sharia-based payment system at PT. Zam Zam Wisata Islami has an important role in building the trust of pilgrims, therefore, the company needs to optimize and educate the pilgrims and improve Islamic financial services, this needs to be done to increase the effectiveness of this system in the future.

Abstract

Population growth and urban development have led to a significant increase in clean water demand in Medan Petisah District. This study aims to analyze the projected clean water demand and availability over the next 10, 30, and 50 years. The methods used include population projections based on arithmetic and geometric approaches, as well as water demand estimation categorized into domestic and non-domestic use, referring to national standards (SNI). The results indicate that clean water demand will continue to rise significantly, while water availability is expected to remain stable or even decline due to the degradation of water sources and increased consumption. This study recommends integrated water resource management strategies, improved distribution efficiency, and protection of raw water sources to ensure the sustainability of clean water services in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) for market trend analysis at PT. Asia Tritunggal Jaya by applying the COBIT 2019 framework. The main issue faced by the company lies in the lack of structured data management, which hinders effective decision- making. The study aims to evaluate database management, develop BI-based data visualizations, and assess BI governance maturity using COBIT 2019. A descriptive case study was conducted over seven months, involving interviews, observations, and internal documentation. Data were processed using ETL techniques, with K-Means Clustering applied to analyze customer purchasing patterns, while Power BI was employed to create interactive dashboards. The BI governance assessment referred to APO, BAI, and DSS domains of COBIT 2019. Findings reveal that although the company has structured transactional records, database management remains suboptimal. Power BI visualization effectively presented sales and market insights. COBIT 2019 evaluation placed BI governance at Level 2 (Managed), indicating that processes are in place but not yet fully standardized. In conclusion, BI has supported market trend analysis and decision-making, but improvements in governance and standardization are still required for long-term effectiveness.
