Abstract

This article is a form of community service that seeks to solve the problems faced by micro, small and medium enterprises in Karangrejo Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, from the aspect of product packaging and the form of increasing sales. The solution for this program is the provision of material on the importance of packaging and packaging training. The form of activity is in the form of providing material in which MSME actors will be introduced to good and attractive branding strategies (packaging and labeling), choosing the type of packaging that suits the product, as well as selecting designs and giving labels/brands so that the product looks better and more informative. While the mentoring method is carried out by the Implementation Team for practice. The output is in the form of examples of products that are packaged and labeled in a new way.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi, sangat penting untuk terus mencari bentuk formula yang tepat dalam aktivitas bisnis, inovasi dari masing-masing usaha kerap ditunjukkan sebagai bagian dari persaingan usaha. Munculnya struktur dan strategi bisnis dengan menggunakan pendekatan inovatif modern berkontribusi pada penciptaan model yang menentukan pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif dan menghasilkan pendapatan yang optimal, maka perusahaan tersebut harus mampu menerapkan strategi retail mix (bauran retail) yang tepat agar dapat menarik lebih banyak pengunjung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel retail mix secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Sarikat Jaya Swalayan di Gresik dan untuk mengetahui bauran mana dari retail mix yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen Sarikat Jaya Swalayan Gresik. Responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument yang berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari variabel-variabel retail mix (bauran eceran) ada lima (5) variabel yang lebih berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu produk dengan koefisien 0, 426, harga dengan koefisien 0,302, pelayanan pelanggan dengan koefisien 0,827, suasana toko dengan koefisien 0,166, dan lokasi dengan koefisien 0,126. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwasanya secara bersama-sama variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Sarikat Jaya Swalayan Gresik. Secara sendiri – sendiri variabel – variabel yang berpengaruh positif adalah produk, harga, dan pelayanan pelanggan. Variabel dari bauran retail yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah pelayanan pelanggan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, it is very important to continue to look for the right formula in business activities, innovation from each business is often shown as part of business competition. The emergence of business structures and strategies using modern innovative approaches contributes to the creation of models that determine the achievement of competitive advantage and optimal revenue generation, so the company must be able to implement the right strategy in order to attract more visitors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and brand image variables simultaneously or partially on consumer buying interest in MS products. Glow and to find out which mix of Advertising and Brand Image MS. Glow is the most dominant in influencing consumer buying interest. Respondents were 100 people. Data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that together the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in MS products. glow. On its own, the variables that have a positive effect are advertising and brand image. The dominant variable of the mix on consumer buying interest is advertising.

Abstract

In the modern era, people are increasingly opting for technology-driven shopping systems to acquire goods without face-to-face transactions. Financial Technology (fintech) is gaining popularity due to its ease, speed, and user-friendliness. The use of fintech in the business world, particularly in culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), has had a positive impact and response in Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. Consumers in the age range of 17-35 years, welcome the existence of this fintech. There is a certain satisfaction that is felt when we follow the development of current technology, ease of transactions and so on. However, there are still challenges in promoting equal adoption of this technology due to limited information and awareness among the community in Sidayu District. Furthermore, the public's interest in this technological innovation is not sufficiently strong, resulting in limited distribution of fintech usage. Based on the results of the study, the existence of Financial Technology or more commonly known as fintech has a role in supporting the increase in inclusion of financing products for the community, especially for MSMEs in Gresik Regency, although this does not guarantee that its development will be comprehensive for areas in Gresik Regency. A SWOT analysis indicates that culinary MSME businesses have high potential for growth and development if business owners implement various marketing strategies tailored to their needs.

Abstract

The world fashion industry is currently experiencing rapid development where this industry is being played by companies that are engaged in the world of fashion ranging from fashion companies on a local scale to well-known brand fashion companies. In Indonesia itself, the fashion industry can be said to be quite interesting, this is because many of the Muslim women who become designers, so that producers and consumers in the fashion industry are many of the Muslim women who then they plunge and start this business while carrying out da'wah activities related to the style and dress patterns of a good Muslimah. As the world of fashion develops, women can still look elegant and attractive without having to violate the provisions of shara' which is a requirement as a Muslimah. This study aims to determine the effect of income, lifestyle and religiosity variables simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions at the ama griya hijab sidayu gresik boutique. This study aims to determine what factors are most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions from income, lifestyle and religiosity variables. Respondents totaled 100 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that together the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the maslahah principle in the maqashid sharia concept, which is used as a basis for making laws for justice and prosperity, and how this principle is applied in Islamic economics and business. This research uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques such as field notes to conclude. This research tool measures events and collects data based on information from the parties involved (sellers and buyers). The data collected is based on observations of consumers and sellers' followers. The research results show that in online buying and selling transaction activities, it is essential to pay attention to the principles of justice in order to avoid things that can harm other parties and can be held accountable. In this case, the mu'amalah relationship that is the main thing in transactions in online buying and selling is the contract and "an taroodhin". According to Imam al-Juwainy, the implementation of maqashid sharia in online buying and selling transactions in the marketplace has been fulfilled. However, several other minor aspects still need to be fulfilled, such as protecting assets, both for the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

This service aims to evaluate efforts to improve the financial capability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidayu District through interventions in drafting and good financial management. The service method used is training and mentoring for 1 month to 35 MSME players in the area. The results of the service showed that there was a significant increase in the ability of MSME financial bookkeeping, from 35% before the program to 78% after the program. In addition, the proportion of MSMEs that have a written financial plan also increased from 22% to 63%. Another interesting phenomenon is the increase in MSME access to formal capital sources, from 28% before the program to 54% after the program. These findings indicate that financial design and management interventions can improve the financial capability of MSMEs, which in turn promotes financial inclusion at the micro enterprise level.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran produk gadai emas (Rahn) dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah ditinjau dari prespektif islam di PT. BPR Syariah Mandiri Mitra Sukses cabang Sidayu. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah jenis metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SWOT dan marketing mix. Hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh bahwa terdapat faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran produk gadai. Strategi usulan yang dapat dilakukan oleh bank untuk meminimalisir kelemahan dan ancaman yang terjadi di PT. BPR Syariah Mandiri Mitra Sukses cabang Sidayu yaitu bank perlu untuk melihat peluang pemasaran di wilayah-wilayah yang sulit dijangkau melalui penjemputan nasabah ke tempat tinggalnya, penyesuaian harga dapat dilakukan oleh bank antara harga produk yang ditawarkan oleh nasabah dan kebutuhan modal usahanya, dan menambah penyebaran promosi diberbagai media ssosial agar diketahui banyak masyarakat..

Abstract

Pengembangan konsep hybrid contract, atau multiakad, merupakan bagian penting dari proses tranformasi akad pada produk di lembaga keuangan syari'ah yang mana dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat modern. Konvensi tunggal pada saat ini sudah tidak lagi relevan dengan model transaksi keuangan modern sehingga hybrid contract sudah seharusnya menjadi salah satu gagasan unggulan dalam pengembangan produk keuangan syariah. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mencoba untuk menganalis lebih dalam tentang rahn yang pada saat ini menjadi solusi alternatif bagi masyarakat sebagai instrumen pembiayaan yang banyak diminati, khususnya di pegadaian syariah. penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. dimana fokus penelitian ini adalah para nasabah pegadaian syariah yang ada di kabupaten Gresik. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan oleh peneliti adalah dokumen perjanjian transaksi rahn antara nasabah gadai dan pegadaian syariah di kabupaten Gresik. Hasil penelitian yang ada menunjukkan bahwa praktik rahn yang ada di pegadaian syariah masih perlu dipertanyakan tentang kesyariahannya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil kajian yang mendalam berdasarkan praktik hybrid contract pada produk rahn di pegadaian syariah yang menggabungkan dua akad  yang saling bertentangan antara karakter dan sifatnya, yang mana hal tersebut dilarang berdasarkan hadis Nabi dan sebagian besar ulama.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of synergizing the three types of human intelligence, namely spiritual, emotional and intellectual intelligence, through the perspective of revelation. According to the Quran, humans were created with hearing, sight and conscience as a means to understand and manage themselves in a balanced manner. Spiritual intelligence is related to the human ability to establish a close relationship with the Creator, emotional intelligence is related to the ability to manage emotions and empathize, and intellectual intelligence is related to the ability to think critically, creatively, and innovatively. The research approach in this study will use a qualitative approach with a library research method. Where this research wants to explore and understand the concept and perspective of revelation in synergizing spiritual, emotional, and intellectual intelligence. The data analysis technique in this research is content analysis where the process is to analyze the content and meaning of the data sources collected, then interpretation and synthesis, namely by understanding, interpreting, and synthesizing information from various sources to build a comprehensive understanding. The results show that the current phenomenon shows that many people only develop one aspect of intelligence, resulting in an imbalance. Individuals who only focus on developing intellectual intelligence tend to become rigid, self-centered, and insensitive. Conversely, individuals who only develop spiritual and emotional intelligence tend to be less able to think critically and face life's challenges effectively. Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of synergizing the three aspects of intelligence through the perspective of revelation so that humans can achieve true blessings and happiness in life and carry out their functions and responsibilities as caliphs on earth.
