Abstract

Sudoku is a digital game that is included in the type of logic-based puzzle game where the goal is to fill in the puzzle with random numbers. Therefore, in this research it is proposed to use Artificial Intelligence which contains the Depth First Search Algorithm to track the number of possible solutions that lead to only one so that it becomes efficient. This game has different levels of difficulty such as easy, medium and difficult. The time and complexity of execution will vary depending on the difficulty so it is proposed to use Android Studio software. The experimental results prove that there is an increase in playing the Sudoku game quickly and accurately by applying the Depth First Search Algorithm method. This is proven by the ability to complete this game using the Depth First Search Algorithm using the Android Studio programming language. The average time at the easy level is 11:04 minutes, at the normal level is 10:52 minutes, at the hard level is 25:46 minutes, and at the extreme level is 38 minutes.

Abstract

AbstrakImajinasi anak-anak sebagai aset berharga, dapat dioptimalkan melalui penciptaan animasi edukatif berbasis gambar. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi transformasi gambar anak-anak menjadi animasi, dengan fokus pada perkembangan kreativitas dan pemahaman mereka. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik partisipatif yang meliputi sesi ideation dan aktivitas kreatif kolaboratif. Teknik ini diterapkan untuk melibatkan anak-anak secara aktif. Hasilnya Animasi 3D (Tiga Dimensi) yang dibuat tidak hanya mencerminkan imajinasi, tetapi juga menyampaikan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang kuat, terutama dalam menceritakan ulang cerita Timun Emas. Hasil penelitian ini berpotensi menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai peran animasi sebagai alat pendidikan dan dampaknya pada perkembangan kreativitas anak-anak. Kata Kunci: anak, animasi, edukasi, gambar, imajinasi AbstractChildren's imagination, as a valuable asset, can be optimized through the creation of image-based educational animations. This research explores the transformation of children's drawings into animation, focused on their development of creativity and understanding. Participatory methods, including ideation sessions and collaborative creative activities, are applied to actively engage children. The 3-dimensional animation result reflects either imagination and conveys strong educational values, especially in retelling the story of Timun Emas. The results of this research have the potential to be the basis for further research regarding the role of animation as an educational tool and its impact on the development of children's creativity. Keywords: animation, children, education, images, imagination

Abstract

This research approach analysis and examines a number of advanced encryption standard (AES) performance factors, including as encryption and decryption speed, processing resource, consumption, and resilience, to cryptanalysis attacks. The study’s findings demonstrate that AES is successful in providing high-level data security, particularly when used in the CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) operating mode. Performance is dependent on the length of the key that is utilized. Increasing the level of security through the use of longer keys may result in an increase in the amount of time needed for encryption. The experimental results show that the highest results from the data are as follows the length of the encryption time is 0.00005317 seconds, the length of the decryption time is 0.00000882 seconds, the results of BER and CER are 0, the results of entropy are 7.44237, and the results of avalanche influence are 54.86%.

Abstract

This study begins with the analysis of the growing challenge of accurately diagnosing eye diseases, which can lead to severe visual impairment if not identified early. To address this issue, we propose a solution using Deep Learning Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) enhanced by transfer learning techniques. The dataset utilized in this study comprises 4,217 images of eye diseases, categorized into four classes: Normal (1,074 images), Glaucoma (1,007 images), Cataract (1,038 images), and Diabetic Retinopathy (1,098 images). We implemented a CNN model using TensorFlow to effectively learn and classify these diseases. The evaluation results demonstrate a high accuracy of 95%, with precision and recall rates significantly varying across classes, particularly achieving 100% for Diabetic Retinopathy. These findings highlight the potential of CNNs to improve diagnostic accuracy in ophthalmology, facilitating timely interventions and enhancing patient outcomes. For future research, expanding the dataset to include a wider variety of ocular diseases and employing more sophisticated deep learning techniques could further enhance the model's performance. Integrating this model into clinical practice could significantly aid ophthalmologists in the early detection and management of eye diseases, ultimately improving patient care and reducing the burden of ocular disorders.

Abstract

Pendidikan seni menggambar memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan kreativitas anak usia dini, khususnya pada periode kritis perkembangan visual dan motorik halus. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan potensi kegiatan menggambar siswa-siswi kelas 1 & 2 SD Petra Semarang melalui pendekatan pengembangan kreativitas berbasis cerita rakyat Timun Emas. Metode program pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan siswa-siswi, guru dan tim pengabdi, dengan tahapan sistematis meliputi observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan program dengan tema kreatif, pelaksanaan workshop menggambar menggunakan berbagai media seperti krayon dan cat air, serta evaluasi komprehensif melalui diskusi dengan siswa-siswi, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kreativitas, dengan 85% siswa-siswi berhasil mencapai kategori kreativitas tinggi, dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tidak memiliki siswa-siswi yang menunjukkan kreativitas tinggi. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Menggambar Timun Emas Melalui Pengembangan Kreativitas Siswa-Siswi Kelas 1 & 2 di SD Petra memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan keterampilan motorik halus, meningkatkan interaksi sosial, membangun kepercayaan diri, dan mendorong ekspresi imajinatif siswa-siswi melalui kegiatan menggambar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Program pengabdian kepada  masyarakat membuktikan bahwa aktivitas seni menggambar dapat menjadi instrumen efektif untuk mengembangkan potensi anak secara holistik, mendukung pertumbuhan intelektual, sosial, dan emosional mereka dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif dan kreatif.

Abstract

Saat ini di era digitalisasi serba online sangat urgent sekali untuk mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemanfataan teknologi dalam menciptakan website madrasah yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagi informasi seperti profil madrasah, kegiatan madrasah serta kegiatan belajar mengajar.  Dengan adanya website madrasah ini setidaknya menjadi kontribusi Universitas Dian Nuswantoro kepada madrasah ini yang sudah berjalan hampir 16 tahun lamanya namun belum mempunyai website madrasah yang dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini guru dapat terciptanya website madrasah yang sudah siap online, yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagi informasi kepada masyarakat, baik informasi profil madrasah maupun sebagai media pembelajaran kepada siswa dan masyarakat.  Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumbangsih perguruan tinggi Universitas Dian Nuswantoro kepada generasi muda terutama melalui MA Miftahul Ulum Demak, sehingga kepercayaan masyarakat semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a virtual cultural heritage museum as a learning agent. Qualitative approach with thematic analysis method was applied to design a virtual museum based on the perspective of museum management as a provider of learning facilities. The opinions collected were in the form of challenges and obstacles in functioning the museum as a provider of learning facilities. Opinions were used to identify the theme of the virtual museum, and synthesized with six strategies in effective learning. The resulting synthesis was then used to develop a virtual museum model using a game-based learning approach. The Photogrammetry technique was used for 3D reconstruction of cultural heritage objects to achieve high precision results, both in terms of shape and texture. The evaluation conducted using the User Accaptence Test technique shows that the proposed model and method can actualize the characteristics of effective learning strategies.   Keywords - Thematic analysis, Game-based learning, Learning agent, Virtual museums, Photogrammetry

Abstract

Inside Photography adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan dokumentasi pernikahan di Kota Semarang. Perkembangan jasa dokumentasi semakin luas dan kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan, membuat Inside Photography membutuhkan media perancangan yang efektif dan efisien. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi berupa visual produk dan jasa pelayanan dokumentasi pernikahan untuk memperluas jangkauan kepada masyarakat Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian untuk perancangan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Perancangan media utama berupa Feeds Instagram, dan media pendukung Insta Story Ads, Sticker, Flyer, dan Catalog.

Abstract

The rampant misuse of data theft has created data security techniques in cryptography. Cryptography has several algorithms that are very strong and difficult to crack, including the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm consisting of 128 bits, 192 bits, and 256 bits which have been proven resistant to conventional linear analysis attacks and differential attacks, then there is the MD-5 algorithm (Message-Digest algorithm 5) which is a one-way hash function by changing data with a long size and inserting certain data in it to be recovered. If the two are combined, it becomes more difficult to crack; therefore, to determine its performance, this study conducted a combination experiment of AES-128 with a key encrypted by MD-5, including avalanche effect tests, encryption and decryption execution times, and entropy values of encryption. The types of documents for testing are files with the extensions .docx, .txt, .pptx, .pdf, and .xlsx. After conducting tests on document files obtained from the processing time test, it shows that .txt and .pptx documents dominate with a fast process, while the longest process is obtained by .xlsx and .docx documents for all test files, then the avalanche effect test with an average of 98% and the entropy test is classified as good between values 3 - 7 which are close to value 8. This proves that the combination of the AES-128 algorithm with the MD-5 key can be used as an alternative for securing documents with stronger security, while maintaining standard processing times
