Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan para guru IGTKI kecamatan Singgahan yang meminta diberikan pendampingan tentang pengoerasian aplikasi canva. Komunitas menginginkan dapat membuat media pembelajaran sendiri dalam bentuk buku cerita anak yang dapat dijadikan bahan story telling. Komunitas yang didampingi adalah para guru TK yang terhimpun dalam organisasi IGTKI Kecamatan Singgahan Kabupaten Tuban yang berjumlah 70 orang. PkM ini menggunakan pendekatan Community Based Research (CBR) yaitu Peneliti dan masyarakat sama-sama terlibat aktif/langsung dalam menjawab tantangan masyarakat, Perguruan Tinggi hadir sebagai mitra dan penolong masyarakat. CBR merupakan salah satu model penelitian terkini yang memposisikan masyarakat sebagai mitra kerja. Pemberian pelatihan dilakukan dalam offline dan juga online. Pendampingan secara online kami lakukan dalam bentuk Group WA khusus, sehingga komunitas dampingan bias aktif bertanya dalam menyelesaikan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi. Hasil pendampingan PkM ini selama tiga bulan (September-November 2023) para guru IGTKI Singgahan telah dapat membuat buku cerita hasil dari penggunaan aplikasi canva. Terkumpul 50 judul cerita yang selanjutnya dibukukan oleh tim PkM IAI Al Hikmah Tuban.

Abstract

The cooperative ability of students in group A KB Buah Hati has not developed well. There are students who are still fighting over toys, lack of focus when counting relays, don't want to queue to wait their turn, don't want to help their friends in the game if they need help, and students prefer to play alone. The research, which was conducted in group A KB Buah Hati, aims to improve students' collaboration skills through the ball relay game. The problems examined in this study are about 1) how to improve students' cooperation skills through the ball relay game, 2) how is the effectiveness of the ball relay game to improve student collaboration skills in group A KB Buah Hati District Kenduruan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The method of data collection is through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show, 1) efforts to improve students' cooperation skills are to apply the principle of learning while playing, through the ball relay game. 2) the implementation of the ball relay game is very effective in increasing student cooperation, it can be seen from the increase in cooperation skills after 3 ball relay games have been carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis research is to find out the use of Loose Parts media in developing students' creativity in the Al Khoiriyah Muslimat NU Bangilan Tuban Playgroup. The research used is qualitative research. The research location was in the Al Khoiriyah Muslimat NU Playgroup, Bangilan District, Tuban Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data sources for this study amounted to 2 people, namely: school principals, class teachers in Group B. Data analysis used 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things. Loose art is a learning media that consists of loose materials and how to use them can be used alone or in combination with other materials. After using loose parts media students began to be active in various learning activities, students began to show their interests and talents, could think critically and were able to experiment with the materials provided, students' creativity also increased compared to previous students and there were fifty percent of students who creativity increased after using loose parts media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the media team in an effort to promote the institution and the obstacles it faces. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at TK Islam Plus Insan Kamil Tuban. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. In this study there were 3 informants including: the head of the school, the deputy head of the school, and the head of the institutional media team division. The results of the study show that the strategies used by the media team in promoting the institution are carried out online and offline. Online is done by: 1) creating content planner calendars, 2) creating social media accounts, 3) creating content, 4) uploading content on social media, 5) evaluation. The offline promotion strategies include: 1) collaborating with various agencies, 2) sharing and caring, 3) inviting influential people, 4) teacher branding and work branding. The obstacles faced were: 1) internet network disruption, 2) delays in content creation, 3) some media teams required more intense training related to making promotional media, 4) evaluation.

Abstract

This article aims to explain classroom management strategies in improving student learning in group B TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban. In this research, the researcher uses a qualitative case study approach and is descriptive in nature. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. There were 3 informants in this qualitative research, namely: the head of the Kindergarten, the class teacher in group B, and the guardians of students in group B. Data analysis used 3 stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. First, class management for group B students of TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban is carried out by referring to the process of planning, organizing, leading and supervising. Second, the effectiveness of learning applied to group B students of TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban is the activeness and skills of students that involve both physically and mentally, using various learning methods, teaching teacher motivation in class, creating democratic learning conditions in the classroom, and conducive learning interactions. Third, the strategy used to increase the effectiveness of group B student learning at TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban, namely learning that links students to be active, seeks to encourage student interest and attention to learning, motivates student learning enthusiasm, adequate student services, improves teaching skills, conducting discussions on learning difficulties, and creating educational infrastructure in stages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pelaksanaan Program home visit di TK Islam Terpadu AL Uswah Jatirogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pelaksanaan program home visit dijalankan di Tk Islam Terpadu Al Uswah Jatirogo serta mengetahui tentang faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program home visit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, serta observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi atau data. Dari penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa kegiatan program home visit di Tk Islam Terpadu Al Uswah Jatirogo sesuai dengan langkah-langkah dan teori pelaksanaan program home visit, yaitu melalui beberapa tahap antara lain perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Terdapat faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program home visit yaitu faktor keluarga, sekolah dan juga masyarakat, selain faktor pendukung terdapat juga faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan home visit di antaranya yaitu jarak rumah siswa yang jauh dari sekolahan, sulitnya mencocokkan jadwal antara orang tua dengan orang tua siswa dan faktor cuaca.

Abstract

Indonesia telah lama menjadi negara yang memiliki potensi besar dalam industri halal. Namun, masyarakat Indonesia belum memahami akan pentingnya label sertifikat halal pada produk yang mereka gunakan. Kecamatan Trucuk, Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan salah satu kecacatan yang memiliki jumlah UMKM yang banyak dan telah memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan daerah. Berkembangnya UMKM di Kecamatan Trucuk tersebut terkendala dengan produk yang belum mempunyai label sertifikasi halal dari setiap pelaku usaha. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM terhadap prosedur pengurusan sertifikasi halal produk. Di satu sisi, kesadaran masyarakat akan mengkonsumsi produk yang berlabel halal semakin meningkat. Prosedur pengurusan sertifikasi halal memerlukan berbagai macam dokumen, salah satunya adalah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dari analisa kondisi masyarakat mitra dengan bekerjasama KEMENAG Tuban. Program tersebut merupakan salah satu strategi dalam mengakselerasi peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang tersertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Metode pada kegiatan ini yaitu PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu metode yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pendampingan proses produk halal dan Penerbitan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) di Desa Kanten Kecamatan Trucuk, Bojonegoro. Setelah itu merancang kerangka kerja dan pelaksanaan program, dengan mengikuti pelatihan kader penggerak halal dan pengurusan NIB, serta memetakan produk unggulan desa Kanten yang telah bersertifikat halal. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah para UMKM yang mengikuti pelatihan pengurusan NIB telah mendapatkan terbitan NIB. Dalam kerjasama jangka Panjang, tim dari Universitas Al-Hikmah Indonesia Kota Tuban akan membantu untuk mendaftarkan produk-produk unggulan desa Kanten dalam Sertifikat Halal.

Abstract

This article discusses the arrangement of early childhood education institutions using the center and circle based approach or the Beyond Center and Circle Time (BCCT) approach. This approach focuses on children who in the learning process are centered in playing centers and when children are in a circle by using 4 types of scaf olding to support children's development: (1) playing environment footing; (2) footing before playing; (3) footing during playing; and (4) footing after playing. This approach is stimulated by children to actively engage in playing while learning in learning centers. Classrooms can be modified into small classes, called rooms or centers. Each center consists of one area of development. There are centers of worship, centers of natural materials, centers of main / art centers and centers of the role of micro, beam centers, preparation centers, centers of arts and creativity, centers of music and sports, and cooking centers. The teacher responsibles for 7-12 students only with moving classes every day from one center to another. To create a good classroom there are several factors that need to be considered: 1) room direction, 2) room size, 3) floor, 4) roof or ceiling, 5) wall management, 6) room color selection, 7) Attraction, 8) seating arrangement, 9) lighting, and 10) acoustic arrangement. This paper shows that there are many aspects that must be considered by managers of institutions that use the BCCT approach in arranging rooms so that they are comfortable and friendly and support teaching and learning activities for early childhood.

Abstract

PAUD teacher not only teach of science to children, but to must have skills in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship can teach with education and training. Skills will be better if always trained for increase abbility, so become expert. While entrepreneurship is someone who thinks creative and innovative to create new and value-added products for mutual interests. To be a successful entrepreneur, the main requirement that must be possessed is having a spirit and temperament. One's soul and temperament are influenced by skill. (1) Basic skills; a. Leadership skills, b. Team motivating skills and building strong teams (team building), c. Team organizing skills, d. Conflict coping skills, e. Communication skills, f. Business strategy planning skills, g. Skills to overcome difficulties become opportunities. (2) Special skills; a. Selling skills, and b. Technical skills (for production). To grow entrepreneurship and increase entrepreneurial activities for PAUD teachers, it is very important to establish an entrepreneurship education and training for PAUD teachers. The following types of entrepreneurship skills training include: 1). Craft skills, 2). Skills in the form of service delivery, 3). Skills in the form of agrarian, such as: agriculture, plantation, pertganti, fishery, 4). Trading skills, 5). Food industry skills, 6). Skills in the field of household needs, 7). Skills for making light medicines.

Abstract

Generally children spend time playing and trying new things. Not infrequently they play and satisfy their curiosity through gadgets, because gadgets are an interesting tool, children should still spend more time playing with peers. The development of gadgets is very influential in the development of human life. This phenomenon is most easily found in children who come from families where gadgets are no longer a luxury item for them. So parents have to control children who use gadgets. There are certain hours a child holds a cellphone, there are certain hours a child with parents. One negative impact of the use of gadgets on children include: 1) being private closed, 2) impaired brain health, 3) impaired eye health, 4) impaired hand health, 5) sleep disturbances, 6) aloofness, 7) violent behavior, 8) fading creativity, 9) radiation exposure, and 10) cyberbullying threats. The most influential figure in preventing or overcoming the negative effects of gadgets are parents. So parents have a big role in guiding and preventing gadget technology from having a negative impact on children. Ways that must be done by parents are as follows: 1) select according to the age of the child, 2) Be selective in choosing the game application in the gadget, 3) Accompany children in playing, 4) Limit the time playing gadget for children, and 5) Invite children to do positive activities.
