Menyusui adalah sumber nutrisi optimal bagi sebagian besar bayi, makanan paling utama yang dibutuhkan bayi adalah Air Susu Ibu (ASI) karena kandungan ASI dengan zat gizi yang tinggi yang dibutuhkan bayi dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, pada tahun 2019, sebagian besar (83,2%) mulai menerima ASI, dan 24,9% menerima ASI eksklusif Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Manajemen Nutrisi Ibu Menyusui Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi ASI di Wilayah Kerja puskesmas bara – baraya kota makassar . Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik accidential sampling, sebanyak 46 orang sampel, Pengumpulan data menggunakan Quesioner. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 46 responden, diketahui hasil uji statistik dengan Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p= (0,028) <α (0,05), maka Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan Bahwa Ada Hubungan Manajemen Nutrisi pada Ibu Menyusui Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Asi. Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan agar berperan aktif dalam melakukan edukasi kepada ibu untuk meningkatkan manajemen nutrisi.

Mother's Milk is the ideal food for the growth and development of babies. in Indonesia the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still far from the national target of 80%, health education activities for pregnant women related to knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, the benefits of breastfeeding for babies and mothers, nutritional and psychological preparation and practicing proper breastfeeding being solution The right way to prepare yourself from the start so that pregnant women can provide exclusive breastfeeding, his community service is carried out at the Bara-Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City. The service method is interactive participation accompanied by lectures, questions and answers, discussions, and roleplay. As a result of this service, we get enthusiastic pregnant mothers who actively ask questions, so they are committed to providing exclusive breast milk to their babies, thus this health education is an effective effort to increase knowledge among pregnant women. It is recommended that health workers can carry out health education on an ongoing basis considering that there are still pregnant women who have insufficient knowledge about the importance of preparing for exclusive breastfeeding.

Empowering women through contraceptive education is an effort to provide knowledge, skills and access to various contraceptive methods to women to provide control to women regarding decisions regarding their reproductive health. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of women of childbearing age regarding appropriate contraceptive knowledge. with health conditions in Taraweang village in the form of counseling by providing material about types of contraceptives, disadvantages and advantages and side effects, the activity method is by distributing leaflets to participants then conducting counseling and evaluating using a pre-post test questionnaire. The results of activities regarding contraception were an increase in the knowledge of women of childbearing age. Where the knowledge of women of childbearing age before good knowledge education was 22%, and after good knowledge counseling it was 81%. Providing contraceptive knowledge to women of childbearing age has a positive social and health impact, giving them greater control over their bodies and reproductive lives.

Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels that blocks the supply of oxygen and nutrients from the blood from reaching the tissues in the body that need it. Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure increases beyond normal limits. Based on data obtained in the Working Area of the Kapasa Health Center, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City, hypertension is the second highest disease of the 10 highest diseases in the region. While Kapasa Raya sub-district Patients with hypertension predominantly experienced by the elderly usually have no complaints and only experience mild symptoms such as neck headaches, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, or often tired. This activity aims to determine the level of knowledge about hypertension in Kapasaraya District, Makassar City and the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation in the treatment and prevention of hypertension complications. The activity, which will be held on September 30, 2023, targets 20 people with high blood pressure in Kapasa Raya Village, Tamaranea District, Makassar City. There are two activities carried out are the provision of hypertension education materials and training on progressive muscle relaxation techniques. The provision of educational materials on hypertension topics is carried out with lecture and discussion techniques. Training in progressive muscle relaxation techniques is carried out directly. The media used are PowerPoint slides and brochures on the LCD screen. The results of this activity provide information on the level of knowledge before carrying out hypertension education: less (75%), sufficient (25%). After the training there was a very significant increase in knowledge between less knowledge (20%) and sufficient knowledge (80%). The measurement results showed that progressive muscle relaxation exercises produced changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after exercise. Average systolic blood pressure 160.81 mmHg and diastolic 105.35 mmHg, as well as systolic blood pressure after exercise 153.32 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure 92.36 mmHg. The conclusion of this activity was that the level of knowledge of respondents increased after training and the decrease in blood pressure both systolic and diastolic changed after progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The implication of this activity is that respondents and their families routinely perform progressive muscle relaxation exercises to reduce hypertension and prevent complications of hypertension

Teenage mental health is becoming increasingly important in this modern era. However, the issue of accessibility to mental health services remains a significant obstacle. The use of mobile applications offers a potential solution to improve monitoring and intervention in adolescent mental health. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using mobile applications in monitoring adolescents' mental health, as well as its impact on their quality of life. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey conducted on a sample of adolescents aged 13-18 years who used a mental health mobile application for six months. Data was collected regarding frequency of app use, changes in levels of anxiety and depression, and user perceptions of the app's benefits. The results of this study show that the use of mobile applications significantly reduces levels of anxiety and depression in adolescents. Additionally, users report improvements in emotion management skills and knowledge about mental health. The majority of respondents also felt comfortable and helped by the application features in managing daily stress. The conclusion of this study explains that using mobile applications for monitoring adolescent mental health has great potential to increase the accessibility and effectiveness of mental health services. This application can be an effective tool in providing support, education and intervention to teenagers in managing their mental health problems. Thus, the implementation of mobile applications in the context of adolescent mental health needs to be considered as part of a comprehensive strategy to improve adolescent well-being.

The postpartum period is a recovery period, postpartum care is needed so that mothers can make psychological adaptations in the postpartum period, Postpartum depression is depression that occurs in women after giving birth, which occurs within a period of 4 (four) weeks, several months or even several years if not treated, the purpose of this community service is to provide education to pregnant women and postpartum mothers regarding the prevention of the dangers of postpartum depression, this activity is to increase mothers' understanding of the dangers of postpartum depression. This community service activity was attended by pregnant women and postpartum mothers at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center which was attended by 18 people. This activity method was carried out twice by providing a pre-test, lecture and continued post-test by filling out a questionnaire. In the evaluation, interviews were conducted with pregnant women and postpartum mothers to determine the dangers of postpartum depression. The results achieved in community service activities at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center were that postpartum mothers gained knowledge about the dangers of postpartum depression and there was an increase in knowledge about the dangers of postpartum depression. The pre-test results were 58.82%, there was an increase in the post-test which showed post-test knowledge of 82.35%. The conclusion is that education for pregnant and post-partum mothers can prevent post-partum depression.

Development of technology and information in the world has progressed very rapidly, which is marked by progress in the field of technology and information, and in Indonesia there has also been progress in this field. It is undeniable that the presence of the internet is increasingly needed in everyday life, both in socialization, education, business and so on. Social media has a big influence on a person's life, for society, adults and children are now using the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of “gadgets dangers” education on the learning interest of elementary school children in Makassar. This type of research uses a Pretest-Posttest control group design, namely a pre-experimental design with a One group pretest-posttest design approach. The population in this study were children with elementary school level totaling 55 people in Makassar. The sample size in this study used total sampling which took the entire population to be used as a sample and totaled 55 respondents in the RT Katimbang Makassar area. Data collection using questionnaires distributed before and after the intervention was given. The collected data were then processed using the Paired T-Test and Wilcoxon Test. The results obtained showed that the results of the Paired T-Test and Wilcoxon Test p = 0.000 <α = 0.05. The conclusion is that there is an influence of "gadget danger" education on children's learning interests in elementary schools in Makassar.

Elderly people have a high risk of suffering from degenerative diseases, one of which is metabolic disorders. This is more widely recognized by the elderly when they are already in severe condition and with complications so that it has an impact on various aspects including increasing morbidity and mortality rates, as well as decreasing quality of life of the elderly and decreasing ability of the elderly to carry out daily activities. Metabolic disorders are caused by increased blood glucose levels in the body known as Diabetes Mellitus (DM) which is one of the health problems of the ten diseases that cause death and disability globally. The implementation of community service activities for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus through several stages, namely the survey and field observation stages and counseling for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus counseling is carried out for approximately 90 minutes, as well as evaluations in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The provision of education was carried out on Wednesday, November 14, 2024 at the Antara Health Center, the number of participants was 32 people. Based on the results of the knowledge of the elderly before and after the counseling for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus, it was found that 15 elderly people had sufficient knowledge and 17 elderly people had insufficient knowledge. After conducting counseling on Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus, the results obtained were a sufficient increase of 30 and less than 2 elderly. This means that community service on Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus is very effective in the elderly in order to prevent an increase in glucose levels. Counseling on preventive efforts for the elderly in diabetes regarding these degenerative diseases is very necessary so that the elderly maintain their health better. The elderly are expected to be able to understand about efforts to prevent and treat degenerative diseases in the elderly with diabetes. Hopefully this community service can be a reference for researchers and further community service, as well as the community.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease, and specific treatments are needed in order to control blood glucose. In addition to pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacology therapy also takes an important role to control blood glucose levels and should be done regularly. Brisk walking is one example of physical activity which included in non-pharmacology therapy and can improve body expenditure. This activity can help DM patient to control their blood glucose level within the normal range. The physical activity of Brisk Walking, which is one type of exercise that can maintain blood sugar levels within the normal range, especially in people with Diabetes Mellitus. This study aimed to determine the effect of Brisk Walking on the blood glucose level of DM patients at Tamalenrea Health Center Makassar City. This study adopted a quasy experiment and a one-group pre-post test design. A total of 16 respondents were selected purposively based on the determined criteria. Data analysis of the difference of blood sugar level between the treatment and control was carried out by using the Spearman correlation test with SPSS version of 21. The difference was significant with the value of p < 0.05. The results showed that the physical activity of Brisk Walking could control blood sugar levels. Statistical analysis showed that the average blood sugar content was significantly lower in patients practicing Brisk Walking (blood sugar level <200 mg/dl)(176.06%) than the control (blood sugar level > 200 mg/dl) (218.81%). So it can be concluded that by doing physical activity Brisk Walking can control blood glucose levels.
