Abstract

Tempe MSMEs Mr. Sinaga who is an MSMEs engaged in the food industry which produces processed tempeh wrapped in plastic and wrapped in banana leaves. This Tempe MSMEs is located at Jalan Santun No 70A, Sudirejo I Village, Medan Kota District, Medan City. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy for Mr. Sinaga's Tempe MSME in order to increase sales at the Medan intersection market. Tempe MSMEs Mr. Sinaga implements the 4P components of the Marketing Mix product (product), place (place), price (price), and promotion (promotion). This studies is a sort of subject studies, specifically the writer is going without delay to the sector at Tempe MSMEs, Mr. Sinaga, Sudirejo I Village, Medan City District. The author uses data analysis strategies, specifically qualitative methods with a descriptive technique. In analyzing the facts, researchers performed field observations, interviews and documentation to obtain the required data. The results of this study indicate that the application of a marketing strategy to Mr. Sinaga's Tempe MSMEs by implementing the 4P components of the advertising blend in increasing sales volume with the result of increasing sales to Tempe MSMEs by setting prices according to product quality and target market. The role of place in increasing Tempe MSMEs is choosing a strategic location and center of community outreach for shopping at the market. The promotion carried out by Tempe MSMEs is to increase sales, namely by cooperating with other traders, maintaining regular customers and marketing face to face around the market.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Denasa water Refillable Drinking Water Depot located on Jalan Air Bersih Gg sederek Sudirejo 1 Medan city. The purpose of this study is to reveal the successful sales strategy used by Denasa Water's Refillable Drinking Water Depot business in maintaining its business. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, and observation of Informant Selection in this study revealed 6 people, namely 2 Business Owners, 2 Employees, and 2 Consumers. The results of this study show that the success of Denasa Water Refill Drinking Water Depot in maintaining its business is supported by several aspects. Among them are quality products, responsive service, affordable prices, massive sales promotions, superior quality, friendly service. This is the key to Success

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the patient's decision at midwife Deby's practice is influenced by word of mouth, price and brand image. The sample for this study was 240 respondents. Sampling using random sampling is sampling that provides equal opportunity for each member of the population to be sampled. using multiple regression tests to analyze the data and the coefficient of determination (R2) to assess the hypothesis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test), while data processing using SPSS 22. The results showed that partially word of mouth, price and brand image influences patient's decision to use services at Deby's midwife practice, and simultaneously word of mouth, price and brand image influences patient's decision to use services at Deby's midwife practice

Abstract

Society 5.0 tidak dapat kita hindari dimana merupakan suatu perkembangan teknologi informasi yang ditandai dengan transformasi teknologi analog kepada digital. Society 5.0 berpusat lebih kepada manusia yang berbasis teknologi. Sehingga dianggap perlunya tulisan ini dilakukan untuk melihat arti penting Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam society 5.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan arti pentingnya Sumber Daya Manusia dan prinsip-prinsip strategi sumber daya manusia yang dapat diterapkan dalam organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif penelitian kualitatif. Metode untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode literasi. Hasil dalan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manusia merupakan bagian dari era society 5.0 dan merupakan komponen utama. Dan yang diinginkan di dalam era society ini merupakan sumber daya manusia yang mampu menghadapi tantangan dalamnya dan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten dalam segala bidang karena society 5.0 lahir untuk memudahkan kehidupan manusia yang berkualitas yang dijalani oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas juga.

Abstract

Dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi memudahkan setiap individu untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan sangat mudah dan efisien. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, internet dapat lebih mudah di akses oleh masyarakat, bahkan di pelosok desa sekalipun. Dengan menggabungkan internet dan pemasaran maka pelaku usaha bisnis dapat meningkatkan exposure kepada konsumen untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Apotek Delima merupakan salah satu drug store yang menjual obat bebas, obat keras dan obat herbal yang sudah memiliki izin resmi sudah menerapkan strategi pemasaran online.Saat ini strategi pemasaran digital dianggap sebagai sebuah keharusan, karena dapat menghubungkan ke berbagai segmen pasar di berbagai kota baik nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Dengan memiliki inovasi dan kreativitas maka Apotek Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi strategi S-W-O-T untuk meningkatkan penjualan Apotek Delima. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Apotek Delima mempraktikkan strategi pemasaran digital (digital marketing) secara online melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp yang terhubung dengan jangkauan konsumen yang lebih luas sejak 2019 dan sudah melakukan jualan secara online melalui E-commerce Shopee dan Tokopedia. Penerapan digital marketing yang dilaksanakan Apotek Delima dapat meningkatkan penjualan karena konsumen lebih luas, lebih dekat, dapat memeriksa kualitas dan reputasi produk, dan dapat melakukan transaksi secara online. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, Apotek Delima Medan telah berada di posisi yang benar dan relevan, yaitu di kuadran I (pertumbuhan) dalam penerapan pemasaran digitalnya.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the relationship between workload and work pressure on employees at Class II A Correctional Institution Ambon. The research approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of correlation research. The population in this study were employees in the security and guard team, totaling 85 people. To determine the number of samples in this study using a total sampling technique, namely the entire population is used as a research sample which also amounts to 85 people. Data collection was carried out using a scale of workload and work stress. Based on the results of data analysis using the correlational analysis method, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between workload and work stress seen by the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.758 with p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that the hypothesis says there is a positive relationship between workload and work stress the higher the workload, the higher the work stress, and vice versa, the lower the workload, the lower the work stress received. In this study the workload on employees is high, based on the empirical average value obtained (71,43) is greater than the hypothetical average value (47). Furthermore, it is known that work stress on employees is high, this is based on the empirical average value obtained (114,71) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (95). Likewise with the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) which has a value of 0.694, this is equivalent to 69.4%, meaning that workload contributes 69.4% to work stress on employees. The effective contribution of workload affects work stress by 30,6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the Supervisor and the standard operating procedures for room cleaning in improving the performance of housekeeping department employees. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. In this study, data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, research samples of supervisors at Grand Mercure Medan Hotel in the housekeeping department. The results of this study say that the role of supervisors and standard operating procedures (SOP) greatly affects employee performance so that employees can carry out SOP properly at work and with the role of supervisors and standard operating procedures can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Hotels are a service sector that offers services, such as overnight services, front office, food and beverage, and also recreation. It is know that the number of hotels has increased significantly in the 2021-2023 priode. this research aims to determine the development of competition in the hotel industry at the santika premiere dyandra medan petisah, medan city, north sumatera. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview participant observation. The result of this research at the santika premiere dyandra hotel medan in facing competition in the hotel industry in the city of medan and a sales marketing has carried out their responsibilities and their job desk well and always provides profesional direction,carrying out B2B (business to business) B2C (Business to Customers) marketing, maake sales calls, sales visit, promotion and events. All front office Departements always apply the characteristics of service dimensions,,namely is tangible, reliability, responsiveness,assurance and emphaty.

Abstract

Goa Ergendang tourist attraction is a natural wiosata object that has great attractiveness and potential, but in developing this object there needs to be a promotional strategy carried out by the manager to introduce the attraction so that tourists are interested in visiting Goa Ergendang tourist attraction. Data collection used in this research is observation, documentation, literature study and interviews. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study aims to determine and analyze the development strategy in increasing tourists at Ergendang Cave. The results of the research show that there are several things that become obstacles in increasing the number of tourists in Ergendang Cave, namely 1. inadequate facilities, smallest location and inadequate accessibility. For strategies that must be carried out in the future are, 1. Promotion and branding, 2. Analyzing the characteristics of potential tourists, affordable tariffs and increasing and collaborating with local communities, 3.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge about leadership to santri and santriwati in the Saifullah An-Nahdliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School environment through Outing Class activities. A total of 40 people from several grade levels equivalent to SMP / MTs and SMA / MA, consisting of 22 male students, and 18 female students participated in this activity. The method of this community service activity uses the lecture method, direct demonstration, discussion, and question and answer. The lecture method was used to convey general knowledge about leadership. Demonstration is used to provide direct skills regarding understanding, how to form, and types of leadership by utilizing existing games and tools. Discussion and question and answer are used to complete things that have not been accommodated by the two methods above. The obstacle faced is that the students do not have prior knowledge about leadership. The service team provided material on leadership and teamwork, then Outing Class activities were carried out by playing several types of leadership games such as leaking pipe games, rigging games, water tower games, Human Ladder games, and moving bracelets games. The post-test results showed that after participating in the activity the participants' understanding and knowledge of leadership increased, as shown by the N-gain results which were categorized as high (g> 0.7).
