Abstract

The reactivation plan of the Madiun-Slahung railway line in the National Railway Master Plan is the main program for the development of the railway network and service stage IV in 2026-2030, therefore it is necessary to conduct research on the demand for traction and generation as well as passenger interest in the future Madiun- This shelters are reactivated. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the calculation of the Madiun-Slahung area, it can be concluded that the model of the reactivation area of the Madiun-Slahung railway covers 7 districts, consisting of 45 sub-districts/villages. The method used is a household survey (Household Interview) which is intended to produce data on travel patterns and characteristics that affect the trip. The number of trip generation occurs in the range of numbers 6939-22594 motorbikes/hour for trip production and 1123-52265 motorbikes/hour for trip attraction, where zone 2, Kartoharjo sub-district has the largest number of trip production and zone 4, Ponorogo sub-district has the largest number of trip attractions. This is due to the high population, number of vehicle ownership and the strength of attraction due to the large number of shops and campuses and schools in the zone. The largest travel distribution value occurs in zone 4, because the zone is land use for shops, offices, campuses and schools.

Abstract

The train is one of the modes of transportation that has advantages compared to other modes of transportation, such as saving space, an elevated level of security, free from congestion, high carrying capacity, and environmentally friendly. One of the modes of rail transportation available at Daop 9 Jember is the Ranggajati Train which has two classes, namely executive and business. Because there are class differences, everyone has several factors in choosing the train class. Therefore, a search for the effect of variables with the selection of the Ranggajati train class will be carried. This in the future can be used as an evaluation material for PT. KAI to improve services and facilities according to the characteristics of each class. In this study, primary data collection was conducted using a Google form for passengers of the Ranggajati train in executive class and business class. The data processing and analysis method uses descriptive statistics to get an overview of the characteristics of the Ranggajati train passengers. Subsequently, calculations were done using binary logistic regression of selecting the train class. The result of the research obtained passenggers characteristics are dominated by men, 21-25 years old, work as student, travel neccesities for education, income less than 1.000.000, expenses for transportation 100.000 until 300.000, private vehicle owned motorcycle and car.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada tenaga perawat lokomotif di golongan kelistrikan khususnya pada pelepasan inner race bearing pada generator lokomotif. Hal itu dikarenakan Proses pelepasan inner race bearing pada generator lokomotif dengan tenaga manual dapat menyebabkan risiko terhadap keselamatan pekerja maupun pada kecacatan generator tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabidan ini berupa perancangan, desain dan manufaktur, serta sosialisasi penggunaan alat dan penyerahan alat kepada Balai Yasa Yogyakarta. Hasil desain dan menufatur alat pelepas inner race bearing pada generator dipraktikan dan diuji di workshop Balai Yasa Yogyakarta. Pengujian ini menggunakan variabel yaitu waktu pelepasan dan efisiensi jumlah tenaga. Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak empat kali dengan jumlah tenaga perawatan yang melakukan perawatan yaitu sejumlah 2 orang dan rata-rata pelepasan adalah 2,8 detik. Alat ini di serahkan kepada Balai Yasa Yogyakarta supaya dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan perawatan lokomotif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the asset utilization of LRT Sumsel station. Analysis with the AHP method was carried out in 2 ways, namely selecting potential business types and determining strategic station locations. The results showed that the selection of potential business types in the order of tenant/booth was 0.683, ATM Center was 0.178, and Advertising was 0.139, while the selection of strategic stations based on stations that have utilized their assets, namely Asrama Haji Station was 0.361, Ampera Station was 0.195, DJKA Station was 0.177, Bumi Sriwijaya Station was 0.152, Bandara Station was 0.071, and Cinde Station was 0.044, and stations that have not utilized their assets are Polresta Station was 0.283, Demang Station was 0.245, Puntikayu Station was 0.145, Jakabaring Station was 0.117, Dishub Station was 0.095, Garuda Dempo Station was 0.059, and RSUD Station was 0.056. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan aset stasiun LRT Sumsel. Analisis dengan metode AHP dilakukan dengan 2 cara yaitu memilih jenis usaha potensial dan menentukan lokasi stasiun strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan jenis usaha potensial dengan urutan yaitu tenant/booth sebesar 0,683, ATM Center sebesar 0,178, dan Advertising sebesar 0,139, sedangkan pemilihan stasiun strategis berdasarkan stasiun yang sudah memanfaatkan asetnya yaitu Stasiun Asrama Haji sebesar 0,361, Stasiun Ampera sebesar 0,195, Stasiun DJKA sebesar 0,177, Stasiun Bumi Sriwijaya sebesar 0,152, Stasiun Bandara sebesar 0,071, dan Stasiun Cinde sebesar 0,044, serta stasiun yang belum memanfaatkan asetnya yaitu Stasiun Polresta sebesar 0,283, Stasiun Demang sebesar 0,245, Stasiun Puntikayu sebesar 0,145, Stasiun Jakabaring sebesar 0,117, Stasiun Dishub sebesar 0,095, Stasiun Garuda Dempo sebesar 0,059, dan Stasiun RSUD sebesar 0,056.

Abstract

The Mojokerto-Sepanjang Double Line Project (JGMS) is between Mojokerto-Sepanjang at KM 23+000 to KM 56+000. One of the jobs in the project is R.54 rail welding work with thermite welding. The work certainly has hazards and risks that may occur. This research aimed to identify the potential hazards and risks involved in the thermite welding of R.54 rails, analyze the risk levels from low to extreme, and conduct risk control. Analysis using the HIRARC method resulted in 15 potential hazards and risks, classified as three extreme risks, four high risks, five medium risks, and three low risks. Based on the risk assessment, risk control would suggested, including installing safety lines, providing safety briefings, modifying the burning torch, maintaining a safe distance between tools and workers, and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). ABSTRAK Proyek Jalur Ganda Mojokerto-Sepanjang (JGMS) merupakan proyek yang berada diantara MojokertoSepanjang pada KM 23+000 sampai KM 56+000. Salah satu pekerjaan yang ada dalam proyek tersebut adalah pekerjaan pengelasan rel R.54 dengan las thermite. Dalam pekerjaan tersebut tentunya memiliki bahaya dan risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa saja potensi bahaya dan risiko yang terjadi pada pekerjaan pengelasan rel R.54 dengan las thermite dan menganalisis tingkatan risiko serta melakukan pengendalian risikonya. Analisis dengan metode HIRARC menghasilkan 15 potensi bahaya dan risiko dengan klasifikasi risiko 3 risiko ekstrim, 4 risiko tinggi, 5 risiko sedang, dan 3 risiko rendah. Dari hasil penilaian risiko tersebut maka akan dilakukan pengendalian risiko antara lain memasang safety line, memberikan safety briefing, memodifikasi burning torch, menjaga jarak aman antara alat kerja dan pekerja, serta menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).

Abstract

This research analyzes the strength of the upper structure of plate girders BH 1385 KM 347 + 431 between Karanggandul - Purwokerto on the downstream route of Cirebon-Kroya. The analysis includes assessing its capacity to withstand the locomotive series CC 206 load, considering its construction history since 1917 and the planned load in 1911. The bridge's steel profile was measured for technical drawings involving the steel profile's inertia with hole elongation. Working loads were manually analyzed and compared with SAP 2000 application results. The analysis indicates a deflection of 0.717 cm manually and 0.624 cm with SAP 2000, with bending stresses of 0.903 T/cm2 and 0.592 T/cm2, respectively. Both results remain below the allowable deflection limit of 1.35 cm and the stress limit of 1.300 T/cm2, confirming the bridge's current safety. These calculations serve as a reference for the bridge's safety. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis kekuatan struktur bagian atas jembatan baja tipe rasuk plat BH 1385 KM 347 + 431 di antara Karanggandul - Purwokerto, jalur hilir Cirebon-Kroya. Analisis mencakup kemampuan jembatan menahan beban lokomotif seri CC 206 dengan mempertimbangkan sejarah konstruksi sejak 1917 dengan rencana muatan rencana tahun 1911. Pengukuran profil baja jembatan dilakukan untuk gambar teknis dan perhitungan melibatkan inersia profil baja dengan perlemahan lubang keling. Beban-beban yang bekerja kemudian dianalisis secara manual dan dibandingkan dengan hasil aplikasi SAP 2000. Hasil menunjukkan lendutan jembatan sebesar 0,717 cm secara manual dan 0,624 cm dengan SAP 2000, serta tegangan lentur masing-masing 0,903 T/cm2 dan 0,592 T/cm2. Kedua hasil tetap di bawah izin maksimum lendutan 1,35 cm dan tegangan 1,300 T/cm2, menunjukkan jembatan masih aman menahan beban saat ini. Hasil perhitungan ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan keamanan jembatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of users of goods delivery services by train at Madiun Station and to analyze the factors that influence the choice of goods delivery services by train at Madiun Station using the multinomial logistic regression analysis method. The results obtained are based on the characteristics of users of goods delivery services by train dominated by men with student status, last education is high school and monthly income is less than Rp. 1,000,000. Of the 5 factors studied, namely the price factor, location factor, security factor, timeliness factor and information availability factor. There are 4 factors that significantly influence the choice of shipping goods by train at Madiun Station, namely location factors, security factors, timeliness factors and information availability factors.

Abstract

The volume of BHP courier transportation in Indonesia in 2021 increased by 265% from 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the quality of services provided to users of BHP courier transportation services between KALOG, Herona Express, and LNP expedition services at Purwokerto Station. The sample used in this study are 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique sampling. The attributes used as a reference are the five dimensions of service quality, which were Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a descriptive analysis method, Service Performance (SERVPERF), and MANOVA. The results of this study showed from overall service quality dimensions score. With the highest total average score (4,123) obtained by KALOG expedition services, then Herona Express (4.118), and the lowest total average score (4.056) obtained by LNP expedition services. From the results of the MANOVA comparison test, it is known that the tangible dimension is the dimension with the most significant difference in the comparison between: KALOG expedition services with Herona Express, KALOG expedition services with LNP, and Herona Express expedition services with LNP.
