Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires that learning activities in school must be carried out online in order to avoid interactions that can trigger an increase victims of the virus. 008 Sagulung Elementary School is the one of the schools that implement online learning, therefore an analysis is needed to find out about how the acceptance of the LMS used is. This reseacrh was conducted using the UTAUT model with the independent variables; Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social influence, Facilitating conditions and the dependent variables; Behavior intentions and User behavior. Data was collected by distributing questionaires using purposive sampling rechnique to 105 respondents consisting of teachers and students. The data processing is caried out using software SmartPLS 3.2.9 version. The result obtained from the research were, the Behavior intentions of the system is influenced by Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, and Social influences, while the User behavior is influenced by Facilitating conditions and Behavior intentions.

Abstract

In the advancement of technology in the industrial era 4.0 is characterized by developments in all fields of activity, causing companies and government agencies to compete to keep up with changes by utilizing information technology For companies engaged in manufacturing, especially the PCBA (printed circuit board assemby) department at PT Giken Precision Indonesia is a manufacturing company located in the industrial area of citra buana park batu ampar. One of the needs of employees is a field that must be prioritized, Regarding matters of licensing and leave at a company is one of the company's obligations that must be given, most of the current leave information is still in paper format, one of the things that employees often complain about work is the submission of employee leave. Problems from this employee leave submission system such as the slow search for employee leave data, and the leave submission form is still filled in manually or in writing and there is no database so that data from leave is still stored in archive file cabinets and drawers so that leave information is still less efficient. The problem of applying for employee leave causes many parties to feel a lack of information such as how much data is left on their leave and the leave approval process must meet their respective superiors first, and data processing that is still written using paper format is a waste. Seeing the problems regarding leave.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data merupakan hal penting dari sebuah perusahaan namun prosesnya tidaklah mudah. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, terciptalah banyak cara dalam mengolah data salah satunya yaitu Business Intelligence (BI) yang merupakan sebuah proses untuk melakukan ekstrasi data-data operasional perusahaan dan mengumpulkannya dalam sebuah data warehouse. Didalam proses operasional pada departemen procurement/purchasing, data transaksi pembelian mencapai ratusan hingga ribuan data dalam periode satu tahun. Namun, perusahaan saat ini belum memiliki aplikasi dashboard untuk melihat data mengenai kegiatan pemrosesan transaksi pembeliannya. Karena hal tersebut, dibutuhkan pembuatan aplikasi Business Intelligence untuk memproses sebuah data di perusahaan ini kemudian dibuatkan visualisasi data dalam bentuk dashboard agar manajemen atas bisa mendapatkan informasi secara cepat dan agar bisa memberikan keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan informasi yang telah didapatkan melalui dashboard tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi-informasi yang berguna untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pada perusahaan tersebut dengan dasar Business Intelligence. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan data warehouse yaitu metode kimball nine step methodology. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Power BI. Hasil analisis dapat dimodelkan dalam Power BI dan divisualisasikan menggunakan berbagai jenis diagram, table dan filter data dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan widget penyaringan.

Abstract

In competition in the business world, especially the retail industry, requires developers to find an appropriate strategy in order to increase sales of school equipment, one way is to know the sales pattern of school equipment so that we can apply the right steps to provide more facilities, in order to increase selling power. A priori algorithm is a type of association rule in data mining. A priori is a very famous algorithm for finding high frequency patterns. A high frequency pattern is an item pattern in the database that has frequency or support above a certain threshold which is called the minimum support term. Using an a priori algorithm can help develop a marketing strategy. The results showed that with a minimum support of 30%, there were 4 combination patterns of one item set that achieved minimum support, with the highest support for Stationery Office of 72.6%, for a combination of 2 itemsets there were 4 combination patterns with the highest support (School Stationery, Stationery Office) namely 54.8%, for a combination of 3 itemsets there was 1 combination pattern with the highest support (Art & Craft, School Stationery, Office Stationery) namely 32.9%.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the destinations for tourists to visit a city. Usually, to visit a tourist spot, individuals check the ratings of the place through Google reviews. In addition to ratings, some people also read reviews to assess the quality of the tourist spot. However, if the reviews given do not match the rating, there is a need for sentiment analysis to identify positive and negative reviews. This study takes a case study from Batam city, namely Mega Wisata Coastarina Batam. The method used in this research is Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes is chosen for its popularity in classification methods with good accuracy. Based on the research results, there are more positive sentiments than negative sentiments, namely 200 positive sentiments and 141 negative sentiments. The testing results of the research show the performance of sentiment analysis using the Naive Bayes method, with an F1-score accuracy of 69.49% and a margin of error of +-7.67%. The precision is 71.00% in positive predictions and 67.39% in negative predictions. The recall value is 75.53% for positive predictions and 62.09% for negative predictions. The F1-score results are 86.06% for positive predictions and 64.63% for negative predictions.

Abstract

The research is dedicated to developing a web-based pharmacy information system tailored for Rafa Farma Pharmacy in Batam City, addressing limitations present in the current Acosys system. Acknowledging the pivotal role of pharmacies in public health, the proposed system strives to improve accessibility, efficiency, and information security. Utilizing web technology, it enables seamless access from various locations and devices, streamlining pharmacy operations.The system's design integrates features like recording drug transactions, precise stock monitoring, and an intuitive user interface. Its primary objective is to offer an efficient solution for pharmacy management, ultimately enhancing customer service. Rafa Farma Pharmacy serves as the main case study, with the objective of overcoming access restrictions associated with the current system. The envisioned web-based system, implemented using the PHP programming language, MySQL is utilized as the database for the system and employing the waterfall method, aligns with the broader trend of information systems enhancing operational efficiency, particularly in health and pharmacy services, thus contributing to overall public health improvement.

Abstract

SMPN 16 Batam is one of the schools in the Riau Islands that implements the Smart Indonesia Program through the Smart Indonesia Card. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. To minimize errors and get fair results, a decision support system is needed to determine which students are worthy of receiving the Smart Indonesia Card. In this study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity of Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). These two decision making methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is to see the differences in decision results from them. The criteria used in this study are parent’s income, parent’s completeness status, Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) data status, report grades, and achievements. The alternative data used was 77 datas from 344 datas from SMPN 16 Batam students who received the assistance. Based on the results, it was found that the student who deserved this assistance was Al Furqan Syarifuddin with a result of 0.93 on SAW and 0.206 on TOPSIS. These two methods produce slightly different decisions in the order of student priority but produce top recommendations for students receiving Smart Indonesia Cards.

Abstract

Determining the right study program for prospective students is a very important first step in the higher education journey. Along with technological developments, the computer-based written examination (UTBK) method has become an increasingly popular and efficient choice for college entrance selection. This research aims to implement the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in determining study programs for UTBK participants. The TOPSIS method was chosen because of its ability to accommodate various complex assessment criteria and provide more objective results. This research uses UTBK score data from several participants as a case study. Criteria considered include subject grades, participant interests, and study program capacity. Each criterion is given a weight according to its level of importance.The research results show that the TOPSIS method is able to provide study program recommendations that suit the profile of each participant effectively. It is hoped that the implementation of this method can help universities in selecting study programs more accurately and fairly, as well as assisting prospective students in choosing study programs that suit their potential and interests.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing an e-commerce platform for PT. Kartika Utama Inti, located in Batu Ampar, Batam City, Riau Islands, which experiences increasing visits every year. E-commerce has become one of the main platforms for companies to expand their market reach and increase sales. The aim of this research is to design an e-commerce platform for PT Kartika Utama Inti using the waterfall method. The waterfall method is chosen because it provides a structured and sequential approach to software development. This research begins with an analysis of user and business needs, which are then used as the basis for designing a suitable e-commerce system. The next stages include system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The development process is carried out gradually and linearly, allowing for good control over each stage of development. The waterfall method also facilitates comprehensive documentation, which serves as a guide for future system development and maintenance. The results of this research are expected to provide guidance for PT Kartika Utama Inti in effectively and efficiently developing and maintaining their e-commerce platform.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk demokratis dari negara kepulauan ini adalah diadakannya pemilu lima tahun sekali untuk memilih pemimpin negara,legislatif,kepala daerah maupun pemimpin organisasi masyarakat tingkat bawahpun dipilih secara demokratis, hal ini dilaksanakan demi terciptanya kehidupan yang aman,damai dan sejahtera. Pemilihan umum merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kedaulatan rakyat terhadap negaranya sebagaimana yang telah dituangkan dalam undang-undang Dasar tahun 1945,dimana pemilu ini merupakan hak bagi semua warga negara indonesia tanpa terkecuali. penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana proses selama ini yang telah dilakukan untuk pemilihan kepala warga di salah satu perumahan Cipta Asri Group, masalah dari informasi yang kami peroleh kebanyakan dari warga yang telah diwawancari mengatakan kalau mereka tidak datang ketempat pemilihan dengan berbagai alasan diantaranya tidak tahu kapan diadakan pemilihan tersebut,kesibukan mereka yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan bahkan banyak yang tidak peduli karena alasan tidak tahu calon-calon yang akan mereka pilih, metode yang digunakan adalah yaitu algoritma classifier C4.5 , dengan tujuan untuk menetukan syarat-syarat untuk pengajuan calon pemimpin dikalangan masyarakat, hasil penelitian ini akan diuji dengan software Weka yang menggambarkan pohon keputusan dengan nilai gain tertinggi untuk klasifikasi penetapan calon yang akan ikut berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan pemimpin masyarakat dengan hasil yaitu sosialisasi,pendidikan dan kependidikan yang menjadi akar pohon dengan nilai gain tertinggi.
