Abstract

PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk or better known as Indomaret is one of the companies engaged in retail in which this company every day must meet the needs of consumers. Consumers tend to pay attention to prices on label and product layout. At the price tag, the promo price and promo period are shown. However, when the promo period is still ongoing, the desired product kosumen is empty. In addition, the laying of the product on the shelf is not in accordance with the habits of consumers when buying the product simultaneously in one time. This causes disappointment to consumers who can not meet their needs. Therefore the company should look at the purchase patterns made by consumers. To know the product purchased simultaneously, use association rule (data association rule) that is Data Mining technique to find association rule of a combination of items. The association search process uses the apriori algorithm method which can generate the knowledge contained in the customer's transaction data, regarding the purchase pattern by the consumer. Based on the calculation of apriori algorithm that meets the minimum value of confidence and tested with Tanagra software, the highest Indomaret rule store that appears on Instant Oil and Noodle products with Support value 43.3% and confidence 92.8%, this is the same as manual calculation a priori algorithm. Then can be arranged product layout adjacent to facilitate the existence of the product and make it easier in determining inventory of product promo desired by consumer and can be used as decision Support manager in managing company activity.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out in the form of soft skill education development for vocational students at SMK Putera Jaya Batam in Batam City. Soft skill s education is very useful for vocational school graduates who will enter the world of work, with this ability it will make it easier for graduates to adapt to the work environment. Besides that, the soft skill competencies possessed by vocational school graduates will help in training a good work ethic and the ability to solve problems with any method and supported by a good leadership spirit, making it easier for graduates to work in a team. There are several soft skill s that need to be mastered by vocational school graduates including creative thinking skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, communication skills, leadership skills. From some of these abilities, an activity is made that is able to optimize the implementation of information technology-based soft skill s in academic education in vocational schools through community service activities by applying design thinking methods, leadership training and implementing simple applications commonly used by the community, with the hope that this activity is able to provide an overview of how to implement soft skill s in the world of work, and students also know the importance of soft skill s in the world of work so as to increase the interest of students to continue to explore and master soft skill s education as an answer to future challenges as quality vocational graduates

Abstract

Along with the decline in the covid pandemic in the city of Batam, the government has reopened the tourism faucet to the Batam area. The growth of tourist visits from month to month has increased. However, when compared to the level of tourist arrivals to Batam in the year before the Covid pandemic, it was very much different. Even though the government has improved tourism supporting infrastructure, service levels, better security conditions, the growth of visits has not met expectations. There is one aspect that needs to be developed, namely the aspect of information technology as a communication mouthpiece, travel guide and as an assistant in tourism travel. Information technology is able to solve existing problems in tourism activities in Batam City. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an integrated tourism portal between visitors, tour service providers consisting of the government, the private sector as tourism business managers in the city of Batam and other interested parties. The development of tourism portals is still individual in nature which is still not effective for visitors, because every visitor who needs information and tourism services must open various websites. For this reason, it is necessary to have an interactive web portal that is integrated from various aspects of needs and is expected to become a communicator from stakeholders in the Batam city tourism sector, and is also able to provide precise information on various types of activities in Batam City.

Abstract

In Muhammadiyah's efforts to spread the values of Islam Berkemajuan, an effective da'wah strategy is essential. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to determine the best da'wah strategy. In this analysis, three main criteria were used: Alignment with Muhammadiyah Values (KNM), Effectiveness of Delivery (EP), and Ease of Implementation (KI). Alternative da'wah strategies analyzed include Digital Da'wah (DD), Educational Da'wah (DP), and Social Da'wah (DS). The results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation show that the criterion with the highest value is Alignment with Muhammadiyah Values (0.5075), followed by Delivery Effectiveness (0.24). The results of the strategy prioritization step are as follows: Dakwah Pendidikan (DP) received the highest weight of 0.5075, while Dakwah Digital (DD) received a weight of 0.2473, and Dakwah Sosial (DS) received the lowest weight of 0.2452. Therefore, Educational Da'wah (DP) becomes the most recommended strategy as it has the highest weight, indicating that the educational method is more in line with Muhammadiyah's values and more effective in implementation. Based on these findings, Muhammadiyah is advised to strengthen the role of education as the main strategy in da'wah, while still optimizing the use of digital technology to increase the effectiveness of message delivery.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era persaingan global saat ini, kemampuan untuk menciptakan ide bisnis yang inovatif dan aplikatif menjadi salah satu kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), khususnya dalam mendukung program kewirausahaan sekolah. Namun, masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan ide usaha secara sistematis dan strategis. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa SMK Kolese Batam tentang kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan pengembangan ide usaha yang menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Fokus dari pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah tentang sembilan komponen utama BMC, yaitu segmen pelanggan, proposisi nilai, saluran distribusi, hubungan dengan pelanggan, sumber pendapatan, sumber daya utama, aktivitas utama, mitra utama, dan struktur biaya. Metode pengabdian yang di lakukan yaitu berdasarkan ide bisnis siswa, studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, dan ceramah interaktif adalah semua teknik pelatihan yang digunakan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih memahami konsep BMC dan lebih tahu bagaimana membuat ide usaha yang lebih terarah dan realistis. Kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan minat siswa dalam berwirausaha dan meningkatkan keyakinan mereka bahwa mereka akan memiliki usaha sendiri setelah mereka lulus sekolah. Diharapkan, pelatihan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang kreatif, inovatif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja maupun dunia usaha. ABSTRACT In today's era of global competition, the ability to create innovative and applicable business ideas is one of the important competencies that must be possessed by Vocational High School (SMK) students, especially in supporting school entrepreneurship programs. However, many students still have difficulty in developing business ideas systematically and strategically. The purpose of this Community Service is to improve the understanding and skills of SMK Kolese Batam students about entrepreneurship through business idea development training using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The focus of the training conducted is on the nine main components of BMC, namely customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue sources, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. BMC creation simulations based on students' business ideas, case studies, group discussions, and interactive lectures are all training techniques used. The results of the training showed that students better understood the concept of BMC and knew more about how to create more focused and realistic business ideas. This activity also fostered students' interest in entrepreneurship and increased their confidence that they would have their own business after they graduated from school. It is hoped that this training will be the first step in creating a young generation that is creative, innovative, and ready to face the challenges of the world of work and the world of business.
