Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi internet dan meningkatnya pengguna internet, membuat kegiatan perdaganganpun mulai mengalami perkembangan. Banyak pelaku bisnis yang menggunakan internet untuk melakukan promosi dan melakukan perdagangan, bisnis baru dalam dunia digital ini disebut dengan perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli online Tokopedia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang pernah melakukan belanja online di Tokopedia atau situs belanja online lain. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 96 orang yang dipilih menggunakan nonprobabilility sampling melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel independen yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen adalah Electronic Word Of Mouth (E_WOM) (0,521), diikuti oleh kepercayaan konsumen (0,421) dan yang terahir adalah kemudahan penggunaan (0,209). Hasil menunjukan bahwa variabel kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli online pada situs Tokopedia. Kata kunci: kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan, electronic word of mouth dan minat beli.

Abstract

SWOT Analysis adalah salah satu alat manajemen untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur secara sistematis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang berada di ruang lingkup internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. SWOT Analysis digunakan untuk mengukur kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman perusahaan PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo Cabang Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo Jakarta dengan pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif, yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa skor yang didapat melalui analisis SWOT PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo Jakarta masuk pada kuadran I (positif, positif). Merupakan posisi yang sangat menguntungkan bagi perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang dengan kekuatan yang saat ini PT. Chaya Interfreight Cargo miliki. PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo sangat mendukung untuk menerapkan strategi pertumbuhan yang agresif. Kata kunci: manajemen stategik, perusahaan logistik, SWOT analysis   SWOT Analysis is one of the management tools to identify and systematically measure the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the company's internal and external scope. SWOT Analysis is used to measure the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo Jakarta Branch. The research was conducted at PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo Jakarta with data collection using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research was conducted qualitatively with descriptive analysis. The study concluded that the scores obtained through the SWOT analysis of PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo Jakarta is in quadrant I (positive, positive). It is a very advantageous position for the company to take advantage of opportunities with the strengths that PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo currently has. PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo is very supportive of implementing an aggressive growth strategy. Keywords: logistics company, strategic management, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis profitabilitas (return on aset) dalam memediasi struktur modal (debt to equity ratio) dan likuiditas (current ratio) terhadap return saham (capital gain/lost). Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu perusahaan yang termasuk pada kelompok LQ-45 tahun 2019. Sampling jenuh digunakan dalam penelitian sehingga diperoleh 45 data. WarpPLS Regression digunakan dalam analisis untuk memudahkan pengujian mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas tetapi likuiditas tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas. Profitabilitas menjadi pemediasi struktur modal terhadap return saham dengan arah negatif tetapi tidak menjadi pemediasi likuiditas terhadap return saham. The study intends to analyze profitability (return on assets) in mediating the capital structure (debt to equity ratio) and liquidity (current ratio) to stock returns (capital gains / lost). Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely companies included in the LQ-45 group in 2019. Saturated sampling was used in the study so that 45 data were obtained. WarpPLS Regression is used in the analysis to facilitate mediation testing. The results of the study showed that profitability has a positive effect on stock returns. Capital structure negatively affects profitability but liquidity does not affect profitability. Profitability mediates capital structure against stock returns in a negative direction but does not mediate liquidity to stock returns.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengukur pengaruh pengawasan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu seluruh karyawan di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 responden yang diambil dari rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi disertai penyebaran kuesioner, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji model, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan dan motivasi kerja secara individual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Kata kunci: kinerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, pengawasan  ABSTRACT The study aims to measure the influence of supervision, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. The population in the study was all employees at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk.   The research sample was 85 respondents taken from the slovin formula. Data collection through observation is accompanied by the dissemination of questionnaires, validity and reliability tests, model tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the measurement show that individual work supervision and motivation have no significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Keywords: performance, supervision, work environment, work motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh ROA dalam memediasi Pertumbuhan Aset dan NPM terhadap Return Saham. Data berupa sekunder yang berjumlah 55 data dari 11 laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI. Jenis metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Uji statistika memakai taraf 5% pengujian yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitiannya diperoleh Pertumbuhan Aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA dan Return Saham. NPM berpengaruh terhadap ROA tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham. ROA tidak mampu memediasi Pertumbuhan Aset dan NPM terhadap Return Saham. Penelitian ini membuktikan satu hal yang utama yaitu variabel ROA tidak mampu memediasi variabel Pertumbuhan Aset dan NPM terhadap Return Saham. Selain itu, hasil lainnya membuktikan variabel NPM berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Hasil ini hendaknya dijadikan bahan evaluasi perusahaan agar memperhatikan rasio NPM yang dimilikinya karena variabel ini mampu mempengaruhi Return Saham. Para investor juga disarankan untuk menganalisa terlebih dahulu rasio NPM yang dimiliki perusahan sebelum melakukan investasi. This research aims to measure the influence of ROA in mediating Asset Growth and NPM on Stock Returns. The data is secondary, totaling 55 data from 11 annual financial reports of transportation sector companies listed on the IDX. The method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. Statistical tests use a 5% testing level which is processed using the SmartPLS3 application. The research results showed that Asset Growth did not affect ROA and Stock Returns. NPM affects ROA but does not affect Stock Returns. ROA is unable to mediate Asset Growth and NPM on Stock Returns. This research proves one main thing, namely that the ROA variable is unable to mediate the Asset Growth and NPM variables on Stock Returns. Apart from that, other results prove that the NPM variable affects ROA. These results should be used as material for company evaluation so that they pay attention to their NPM ratio because this variable can influence stock returns. Investors are also advised to first analyze the company's NPM ratio before investing.

Abstract

Penjualan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam kegiatan operasional suatu usaha. Perkembangan usaha dapat dilihat dari hasil penjualan yang dilakukan, oleh karenanya penjualan menjadi hal yang dibutuhkan dalam keberlanjutan usaha terutama pada usaha mikro. Agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan, tentunya suatu usaha perlu melakukan perencanaan bisnis. Perencanaan bisnis meliputi perencanaan keuangan, sumber daya manusia, serta pemasaran. Dalam peningkatan penjualan dibutuhkan perencanaan dengan mengetahui perkiraan penjualan di masa depan. Penyusunan forecast penjualan pada mitra diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam berfikir logis dan analitis untuk dapat mempertahankan usahanya. Tujuannya agar forecast penjualan yang dibuat dapat membantu mitra dalam mengelola persediaan serta dapat menentukan pemasok dan pembiayaan, yang pada akhirnya mitra dapat mengambil keputusan strategis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pada pemahaman mitra atas perhitungan peramalan penjualan, dibuktikan dengan hasil peramalan penjualan yang disusun oleh mitra secara mandiri. Kegiatan pendampingan diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan pada materi lainnya yang mendorong peningkatan kompetensi mitra.

Abstract

The existence of a school website is an important means to convey information effectively to students, teachers, parents, and the general public. SDN Utan Kayu Utara 01, located in East Jakarta, has an official website that can be used as a medium for information and communication. This training aims to provide a basic understanding of the importance of websites in education; train participants to manage websites using WordPress, a platform that is easily accessible and user-friendly; support SDN Utan Kayu Utara 01 in creating a digital platform that supports teaching and learning activities and administration. This training is carried out through three main stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and mentoring. The implementation is carried out in one full day (8 hours) consisting of 3 sessions, namely Introduction to Websites and WordPress, Website Management and File Management. Website management training using WordPress at SDN Utan Kayu Utara 01 has produced several significant achievements, both in terms of participant capabilities and infrastructure management. This training has succeeded in improving teachers' technical skills in managing school websites, such as uploading various types of content such as text, images, and videos to beautify and complete the website page. Website management training using WordPress at SDN Utan Kayu Utara 01 has been successfully implemented. From the evaluation, the majority of participants felt that this training was very useful, especially in facing the demands of digitalization of education.

Abstract

The Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM) conducts data collection to collect accurate and integrated data to formulate more effective policies in protecting and empowering MSMEs. The data collection target in 2024 includes 4 million data from five provinces, with Bekasi District targeting 100,000 data. To ensure broad participation, this activity involves various parties, including practitioners, academics, and communities. The data collection aims to address issues faced by MSMEs, such as lack of accurate data, access to financing, and training support. Through systematic methods, including the formation of teams and the use of mobile applications for data collection, it is hoped that this data collection can increase the economic potential of MSMEs and positively contribute to the local economy. The results of this activity show that collaboration between government, academia, and the community can improve the effectiveness of MSME development in Bekasi District. The results of this activity also showed an exceeding of the data collection target by 100.08%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang di sebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Schoot Pharma. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang pegawai dipilih dengan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja pegawai, dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional belum terlalu maksimal diperlukan dalam organisasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan karier memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a google form distributed to employees of PT Schoot Pharma. The research sample of 40 employees was selected by saturated sampling method. The results showed that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction serves as a mediating factor that affects employee performance. While transformational leadership has an insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, and has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Thus, this study implies that transformational leadership is not maximally needed in organizations based on the results of the study and career development has an important role in improving employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work-life balance, work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT Multicentral Aryaguna. This research was conducted at PT Multicentral Aryaguna. The population in this study were 165 employees of PT Multicentral Aryaguna. The number of samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula technique with an error rate of 10% which resulted in 63 and rounded up to 65 respondents. The data taken from this research was obtained directly using a closed questionnaire. The multiple regression analysis tool was calculated with the help of the SPSS version 16 program. The results of the research were obtained using the t test and F test. The research instrument was carried out through validity and reliability tests. The research produced three main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely: 1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. 2) Job Stress has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
