Introduction: Covid-19 has now been declared a pandemic case, the agricultural sector is no exception. Farmers' health during the Covid-19 pandemic and the high risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas need solutions in handling efforts. Purpose: developing a framework for reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas based on android (E'Nurse App during the Covid-19 pandemic) by compiling the design of the E'Nurse App and analyzing the effect of the E'Nurse App on farmers' understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in areas agriculture. Method: a mix of qualitative methods with an interpretive phenomenology approach to design the E'Nurse App (Emergensy Nursing) application, followed by quantitative methods with the Spearman Rho test and a questionnaire measuring tool. Respondents in this study were farmers of Pandalungan. Result: Formed the design of the E'Nurse App application, the pre-post treatment test obtained the value of r = 0.678,> α = 0.05. This means that there is an effect of providing education through the smart app application on farmers' understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas with a strong relationship. Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Hypertension is a condition in which there is a continuous increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure 140/90 mmHg. Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease such as myocardial infarction, stroke and complications. Hypertension can be treated pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Non-pharmacological treatment for hypertensive patients is Swedish foot massage therapy. Result: The results of data analysis using the Mann Whitney test showed that the significant difference between the intervention group and the control group was p 0.002. Therefore, it can be concluded that Swedish foot massage therapy has an effect on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Future studies should conduct research on Swedish foot massage using a larger sample and a longer timeMethod : This study used a quasi-experimental design with a two group pre-post design method. The sample consisted of 20 respondents obtained from simple random sampling. The sample was divided into two groups (10 respondents as the treatment group and 10 respondents as the control group). The treatment group was given an intervention during 3 days in a row for 15 minutes. Data analysis of this study used the T-dependent, T-independent, Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests. Conclusion: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a two group pre-post design method. The method used is correlation with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all 529 inmates at Class IIB Lumajang prison in 2021 and the sample size was 228 respondents, using the simple random sampling technique. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire sheet family support and psychological well-being. The data obtained were then coded, scored, tabulated, and analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that most of the 120 respondents (52.6%) had good family support, and the psychological well-being of the majority of 135 respondents (59.2%) was in the sufficient category. The results of calculations with the Spearman rank test obtained p=0.000. Because p<0.05, there is a relationship between family support and the psychological well-being of prisoners during the Covid-19 pandemic at Class IIB Lumajang Prison in 2021. Abstract

Background: Chronic kidney disease can cause physiological and psychological stress. Adaptation to changes related to disease conditions is an essential component in managing chronic kidney disease. Failure to adapt can decrease the quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease. This study aimed to identify the factors that affect quality of life and stress adaptation in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods: Systematic reviews using the PRISMA protocol and the JBI Critical Appraisal Tool were used to determine eligible articles from four electronic databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, Proquest, and DOAJ). Inclusion criteria include patients with chronic kidney disease quality of life, published in Indonesian and English in the last five years (2019 - 2023). Result: 14 articles were obtained according to the criteria. Factors that affect the quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease are age, comorbidities, socioeconomic status, income, coping, anxiety and depression, family support, and drug use. Positive self-acceptance, self-efficacy, and increased self-management skills can enhance the disease adaptation process, positively impacting patients' quality of life with chronic kidney disease. Conclusion: Patient adaptation to disease processes and management changes must be made to improve treatment outcomes. Nurses can develop nursing interventions based on appropriate stress adaptation models to increase the patient's ability to adapt to disease management to improve the results of care services and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease.

Methods: This article was obtained from 2018 to 2023. This research is a study using the Systematic Literature Review method. The search strategy used in this literature review is to use 4 databases, including Elsevier, Science Direct, Pubmed, Plos One, and Grey Literature. The interactions between the different determinants will be discussed. The design used in this study was a systematic review using the PRISMA 2009 flowchart, namely selecting articles that did not comply with the criteria for inclusion, screening, eligibility, and downloading of articles. Results: A total of 10 articles were analyzed, this study reveal that community-based risk management can reduce disaster risk and increase community resilience to disasters that occur as well as increase community capacity to prepare themselves and increase community knowledge about disasters. Conclusions: Communities need to be empowered in the role of disaster management in rural areas. Keywords: Community, Role, Disaster Risk Management, Rural
