Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka yang sudah diimplementasikan sejak 2022 lalu menekankan pada pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam sehingga pembelajaran lebih optimal agar peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Hal tersebut memberikan keleluasaan bagi guru untuk memilih perangkat ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana laboratorium IPA yang kurang memadai menjadi salah satu kendala dalam penguatan kompetensi tersebut sehingga guru menjadi kesulitan dalam menyampaikan materi yang membuat rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menjadi wadah untuk membantu para guru IPA khususnya biologi dalam merancang dan membuat alat peraga yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Alat peraga yang dibuat dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu sistem ekskresi, sistem pernafasan, dan sistem peredaran darah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh para guru dan siswa SMP IT Hafifudin Kabupaten Majalengka dengan antusias dan respon yang baik.

Abstract

Partners' health problems include the increasing problem of Diabetes Mellitus which causes a lot of stress for the elderly, and the absence of an activity program to reduce stress for the elderly in Jumerto village. The mindfulness training program is an exercise program developed to reduce stress and reduce the occurrence of health problems experienced by the elderly caused by psychological disorders. This program was developed in line with the Muhammadiyah University of Jember's service strategic plan and government policies related to elderly health care. This program works with the elderly posyandu in Jumerto Village, Patrang District, Jember Regency. The targets and outcomes resulting from this community service program are 1) service products in the form of knowledge and mindfulness training for the elderly with Diabetes Mellitus and posyandu cadres, 2) the availability of simple modules or books about the physical and mental health of the elderly with Diabetes Mellitus, 3) articles that national accreditation. The methods that will be used to achieve this goal are 1) mentoring, 2) education and 3) practice of mindfulness exercises in the elderly with Diabetes Mellitus and elderly Posyandu cadres with an evaluation of the process and results of the mindfulness training program activities. The mindfulness training program was carried out from April 24 -May 16 2023 every Saturday at the Jumerto Village Hall, Patrang District, Jember Regency, and was attended by 45 elderly people. Activities carried out include socialization of activities, screening of the physical and mental health of the elderly and mindfulness exercises. The results of the process evaluation carried out on 45 elderly people participating in the mindfulness training program were carried out by facilitators accompanied by 2 elderly cadres and 2 nurses starting on April 24 2023. The results evaluation was carried out on May 16 2023 and found 100% of the elderly expressed satisfaction with the mindfulness program at Posyandu Elderly with proven patients with Diabetes Mellitus Most of them experience mild stress (66.6%). So that this program can be continued by the Elderly Posyandu

Abstract

The development of digital technology in education has driven the transformation of learning media from print to electronic formats. One innovation that is increasingly being used is the Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD), which is designed to be interactive, flexible, and support independent learning for students. This study aims to analyze the literature related to the application of E-LKPD in biology learning in high schools, particularly its role in developing students' critical thinking skills. The method used is a literature review with a narrative review model, analyzing 18 articles published between 2022 and 2025 through the Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, and ResearchGate databases. The analysis was conducted based on the research focus, methods, and relevant key findings. The results of the review show that E-LKPD has been proven to be practical and effective in improving learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. The integration of E-LKPD with innovative learning models such as Problem-Based Learning, Guided Discovery, and scientific approaches can encourage students to analyze, evaluate, and interpret biological concepts in greater depth. Therefore, E-LKPD can be positioned as a strategic digital medium that supports the achievement of 21st-century skills and is in line with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the critical thinking skills of high school students based on a systematic literature review of a number of studies both nationally and internationally. The approach taken is a literature review, selecting 15 relevant articles published between 2012 and 2024 that measure critical thinking skills using indicators proposed by Facione, Ennis, or similar frameworks. The findings of this study indicate that, in general, high school students' critical thinking skills fall into the low to moderate category, particularly with weaknesses evident in evaluation and inference indicators. Internal factors such as motivation, self-confidence, and metacognitive skills, as well as external factors including learning models, school atmosphere, and the quality of questions posed by teachers, have a significant influence on the achievement of these skills. Active learning methods such as Problem-Based Learning, Argument-Driven Inquiry, STEM-based learning, and the use of Open Educational Resources have proven to effectively enhance critical thinking skills. For future research, it is recommended to test combinations of active learning methods with educational technology and conduct longitudinal studies to monitor the continuous development of these skills.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the effectiveness of learning through the development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) by utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) technology. By combining the concept of traditional LKPD with AR, this study creates an innovation in the delivery of learning materials. Learning methods integrated with AR can provide a more interactive and immersive learning experience for students. Augmented Reality LKPD assisted by Augmented Reality is designed for various subjects, presenting interesting and dynamic visualizations. The main benefit of this study is to increase student engagement and understanding in learning. By utilizing AR technology, this study also has the potential to change the traditional paradigm of learning into a more modern and relevant experience with current technological developments. The results of the validity of LKPD experts assisted by Augmented Reality by material experts are 79%, learning media design experts are 80%, language experts are 85%, and lecturers/practitioners' assessments are 88% with a very valid category. For the results of large-scale trials of media, the results are 78.4% with interesting criteria. Keywords: Student Worksheets, Augmented Reality

Abstract

Introduction:Educational games are games that are able to stimulate and train children's brain development and stimulate children's creative thinking, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) requires support in optimal development in creativity and talents possessed. Method:The type of research in this study is Correlation Research, while the research design is a Cross Sectional Study with a sample of 30 respondents who were taken using a total sampling technique. This research was conducted at SLB-C Bintoro Jember. in April 2021 by collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is the Spearman Rho test where this study determined the level of significance (α) 5% (0.05). Result: Based on data analysis, 28 respondents with a percentage of 93.3% are included in the category of optimal Educational games, 27 respondents with a percentage of 90.0% are included in the category of optimal creativity and talent. With the results of the Spearman Rho test it was found that value = 0.001 < 0.05.  Discussion:This research is recommended for parents to be more supportive in creativity and talent in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are optimal.Keywords : Educational Games, Creativity and Talent, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Abstract

Pemahaman petani terhadap konservasi tanah dan air di Desa Salawana Kecamatan Kertajati Kabupaten Majalengka masih tergolong rendah, sehingga penerapannya di lapangan belum optimal. Kondisi ini menyebabkan areal sawah, kebun, dan lahan pertanian rentan terhadap erosi serta penurunan produktivitas tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran petani mengenai pentingnya konservasi tanah dan air dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lahan pertanian. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta pembagian leaflet edukatif. Subjek kegiatan ini adalah 35 orang petani di Desa Salawana yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan keterlibatan aktif mereka dalam kegiatan pertanian. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner pre-test dan post-test yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan penyuluhan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada awalnya sebagian besar petani belum memahami secara mendalam tentang tujuan, manfaat, dan teknik penerapan konservasi tanah dan air. Namun, setelah mengikuti penyuluhan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi petani untuk menerapkan langkah-langkah konservasi, seperti pembuatan terasering sederhana, penanaman vegetasi penutup tanah, dan pemanfaatan saluran drainase. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan konservasi tanah dan air mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan kesiapan petani dalam menerapkan praktik konservasi untuk mencegah erosi, mempertahankan produktivitas lahan, serta mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian di Desa Salawana.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja merupakan fenomena yang kian meningkat dan menjadi sumber kecemasan bagi orang tua, terutama di wilayah Desa Kemuningsari Kidul, Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kenakalan remaja dengan tingkat kecemasan orang tua. Penelitian menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, melibatkan 87 orang tua yang memiliki anak remaja usia 10–19 tahun, dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Self-Report Delinquency (SRD) untuk mengukur kenakalan remaja dan State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar remaja berada pada kategori kenakalan sedang hingga tinggi, dan sebagian besar orang tua mengalami kecemasan sedang. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kenakalan remaja dengan kecemasan orang tua (ρ = 0,000 < α = 0,05). Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kenakalan remaja, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kecemasan yang dialami orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pihak keluarga, masyarakat, dan tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan peran dalam pengawasan dan pembinaan remaja guna menekan perilaku menyimpang serta mengurangi kecemasan orang tua.

Abstract

  Pendidikan jasmani memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kesehatan fisik dan mental mahasiswa serta memengaruhi prestasi akademik secara tidak langsung. Aktivitas jasmani yang rutin dan terencana tidak hanya meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh, daya tahan, dan kekuatan otot, tetapi juga membantu mahasiswa dalam mengelola stres, meningkatkan suasana hati, dan menjaga kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran pendidikan jasmani dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Sumber data diperoleh dari buku ajar, artikel ilmiah, jurnal penelitian, dan dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengelompokkan temuan berdasarkan pengaruh pendidikan jasmani terhadap kebugaran fisik, kesehatan mental, prestasi akademik, serta kendala pelaksanaan di perguruan tinggi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesehatan fisik dan mental mahasiswa, pengembangan sikap dan karakter positif, serta kesiapan akademik yang optimal. Kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani meliputi keterbatasan waktu, fasilitas olahraga yang kurang memadai, dan rendahnya motivasi mahasiswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan jasmani dalam kurikulum perguruan tinggi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan mendukung keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa.
