Abstract

−Abstrak Algoritma quicksort merupakan salah satu algoritma pengurutan tercepat dan efisien yang biasa digunakan pada komputer. Dalam konteks sistem informasi akademik, pemilahan data siswa berdasarkan berbagai kriteria seperti nilai, nama atau nomor siswa sangatlah penting untuk keperluan administrasi dan akademik. Jurnal ini membahas tentang implementasi algoritma quicksort pada bahasa pemrograman C++ pada sistem informasi akademik. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Quick Sort dapat mengurutkan data siswa dengan cepat dan efisien sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dan fungsionalitas seluruh sistem informasi akademik. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menguji kecepatan dan efisiensi algoritma dengan dataset siswa yang besar, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Quick Sort merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk kebutuhan penyortiran data sistem informasi akademik.

Abstract

The Plastic Laboratory is one of the Laboratories of the Rubber and Plastic Processing Technology Study Program located at the ATK Polytechnic Yogyakarta. Plastic Workshop has several machines including hopper dryer machines that cannot be functioned because of the absence of supporting devices. The design of this hopper dryer support device aims to help the process of operating the hopper dryer that has been in the plastic workshop. This buffer tool is designed according to needs by taking into account the ergonomic value of the machine and plastic workshop room. The design of the Hopper Dryer buffer consists of a Hopper Dryer holder table and a plastic ore transport funnel. In this study, in order to achieve the results of the hopper dryer support device design as expected, several stages or design steps were prepared starting from determining the list of needs, determining concepts, designing components, making detailed technical drawings, materials used, making products and trials. From the analysis of the use of the hopper dryer buffer tool made, it can be concluded that with this buffer device, the hopper dryer that initially could not be functioned can finally be operated properly so that it can help the drying process of plastic ore to be processed on the Blow Molding machine. From the trials carried out with the maximum load, the hopper dryer capacity is safe to use so that if each production process only uses 1/4 of the maximum capacity, the resulting load voltage of 1029 N is still very safe to use.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah merupakan salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi stabilitas dan perkembangan perekonomian nasional, terutama ekonomi syariah. Perkembangan perbankan syariah direfleksikan dengan adanya merger tiga bank syariah milik BUMN yaitu BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan BSM. Adanya merger ini diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian nasional. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas secara mendalam mengenai dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya kebijakan merger tiga bank syariah milik BUMN menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) terhadap perekonomian nasional. Adapun metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bank syariah di Indonesia telah memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perkembangan perekonomian nasional, khususnya di sektor ekonomi syariah. Bergabungnya tiga bank syariah milik BUMN yaitu BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) semakin memberikan dampak yang positif bagi perkembangan perekonomian. Merger bank membuat adanya sinergi yang kuat antara tiga bank syariah dengan aset yang lebih besar pula. Dampak merger yang ditimbulkan sejauh ini adalah positif, BSI dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar mampu memperluas pangsa pasar dan lebih kompetitif secara global serta memberikan pembiayaan-pembiayaan terhadap pembangunan sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan rencana pemerintah dalam sektor pembangunan nasional. Bank Syariah Indonesia Selain itu, Bank Syariah Indonesia juga memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat kelas atas dengan menawarkan berbagai inovasi produk yang mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, sehingga membuka peluang untuk meenggaet investor lokal dan asing. Bank Syariah Indonesia juga memberikan pelayanan yang selektif terhadap poros stabilitas perekonomian nasional yaitu UMKM.

Abstract

The use of mobile devices has become a primary necessity for the Indonesian society. The benefits of mobile devices are increasingly abundant. However, it is essential to consider the impact of electromagnetic exposure on health. Recently, government regulate Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limits for mobile phones and computer tablets. The government strives to ensure that devices circulating in Indonesia comply with these SAR limits. Unfortunately, the number of laboratories in Indonesia capable of testing SAR is quite limited. This situation presents a business opportunity for telecommunications testing laboratories to invest in SAR testing systems. The author analyzes the techno-economic aspects of investing in SAR system tests using parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). Two options are compared: the first involves investing in two complete SAR measurement systems, while the second entails investing in one measurement system with a backup probe. Both options allow for full operation of the SAR testing system, enabling consumers to request testing whenever needed. The calculations reveal that both options yield an NPV greater than zero, an IRR exceeding the specified interest rate, and the ability to recoup the investment within a six-year payback period. Consequently, this investment is deemed viable for implementation at present with current condition.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan “roh” pendidikan yang harus inovatif, dinamis, dan berkala sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman dan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, kompetensi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dan pengguna lulusan. Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kurikulum baru yang diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) pada tahun 2022. Salah satu perubahan yang signifikan dalam kurikulum ini adalah pada standar penilaian. Standar penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan pada penilaian proses dan hasil belajar yang berkelanjutan, serta penilaian yang berbasis portofolio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi standar penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka di MTs Al-Quraniyah Ulujami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MTs Al-Quraniyah Ulujami telah menerapkan standar penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka secara cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari perencanaan penilaian yang matang, pelaksanaan penilaian yang beragam, dan pelaporan penilaian yang sistematis. Namun, masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki, seperti perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam penilaian, serta perlunya sosialisasi yang lebih luas kepada orang tua dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Work-life balance is a condition where an individual is able to maintain a balance between the world of work and personal life in a sustainable manner. This balance is something that is expected by every employee, including non-managerial employees of the HCGA division of PT XYZ. The main objective of this study is to determine the achievement of employee work-life balance as reviewed from three aspects, namely time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. In addition, this study also identifies factors that support and inhibit the achievement of work-life balance in employees. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems that arise. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The results of the study indicate that not all employees are able to achieve optimal work-life balance. Some employees, especially those from the recruitment and general affairs departments, feel that they have a good work-life balance thanks to work flexibility and the ability to manage time. However, employees from the people development and administration departments of HCGA actually experience difficulties due to excessive workload, additional tasks outside of their job descriptions, and lack of team management from superiors. The support of coworkers who help each other and create a supportive work environment is one of the main supporting factors in achieving work-life balance. On the other hand, work pressure outside of working hours and ineffective communication are obstacles that are often faced. This study only uses one variable so that it cannot fully describe the relationship with other aspects such as work stress or job satisfaction. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more variables in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of work-life balance in the work environment.

Abstract

                Child abuse remains a growing concern in Malang City. According to recorded data, there were 120 cases of child abuse throughout 2024, with an additional 40 cases reported by February 2025. These figures highlight the apparent failure of the contemporary local child protection system to fulfill the vision of the “Golden Generation 2045” and the 16th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which emphasizes peace, justice, and strong institutions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Regional Regulation (Perda) of Malang City Number 12 of 2015 concerning child protection, as one of the local legal instruments designed to prevent and address child abuse. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a discourse analysis approach, this research seeks to understand the phenomenon through the lens of policy formulation, implementation, and policy challenges. The findings reveal that the policy implementation has not had a significant impact due to weak inter-agency coordination, limited resources, and lack of policy initiation or oversight. This study recommends the importance of cross-sectoral institutional synergy, regulatory reform based on victim data, and improved capacity of policy implementers in alignment with the goals of child protection and the SDGs.

Abstract

In the era of rapid digitalization, the utilization of information technology in human resource management has become increasingly essential. This study examines the implementation of the Mekari Talenta digital attendance system in managing employee attendance administration at PT Hutama Marga Waskita. The objective of this research is to understand the extent of the system's application within the company, identify challenges encountered during its implementation, and explore the strategies employed to overcome these obstacles. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, involving both primary and secondary sources to gain a comprehensive understanding. The findings reveal that the transition from manual to digital attendance systems presents several challenges, including user negligence in recording attendance, an organizational culture that is not yet fully adaptive to digital systems, and the absence of automatic reminder features. Despite these challenges, the system offers significant benefits such as expediting attendance recap processes, integration with payroll, and providing flexible access to attendance through mobile devices. This research contributes to the existing literature on digital attendance management and provides recommendations for optimizing the use of digital attendance systems in modern workplaces.

Abstract

From the perspective of user acceptance, this research assesses the success of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system's implementation at PT. XYZ. Based on the UTAUT model, this study considers Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Conditions (FC) as crucial factors that shape system Use, User Satisfaction, and eventual Net Benefit. A questionnaire-based survey was administered to 100 active ERP users at PT. XYZ to gather the necessary data. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0 for validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results demonstrate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Facilitating Conditions are significant predictors of Use and/or User Satisfaction. However, Social Influence does not significantly impact Use. Furthermore, the study reveals that the mere act of Use has an insignificant impact on both User Satisfaction and Net Benefit, while User Satisfaction significantly and positively influences Net Benefit. The study highlights critical factors for ERP success at PT. XYZ from a user acceptance viewpoint, offering actionable recommendations for enhancing system adoption and organizational benefits.

Abstract

Adopsi anak merupakan praktik hukum yang telah lama ada di Indonesia, yang dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan perlindungan dan kesejahteraan kepada anak yang tidak dapat diasuh oleh orang tua kandungnya. Namun, praktik ini juga berpotensi disalahgunakan untuk tujuan ilegal, seperti perdagangan anak. Sehingga di perlukan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan adopsi baik selama proses maupun setelah adopsi. Pengawasan setelah adopsi sebagai langkah preventif terhadap tindak pidana perdagangan anak, dengan fokus pada implementasi regulasi yang berlaku di Indonesia, terutama berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 3 Tahun 2018 tentang Bimbingan Pengawasan dan Pelaporan Pelaksanaan Pengangkatan Anak. Penelitian  ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, kasus, dan konseptual. Peraturan Menteri Sosial Nomor 3 Tahun 2018 tentang Bimbingan Pengawasan dan Pelaporan Pelaksanaan Pengangkatan Anak kurang efektif dalam pengawasan setelah adopsi karena kekosongan hukum pada Pasal 15 terhadap pengawasan setelah adopsi bagi adopsi yang dilakukan oleh warga negara Indonesia. Kemudian, dalam kasus perkara Nomor 30/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Cbi, terlihat bahwa adopsi menjadi salah satu cara terjadinya tindak pidana perdagangan anak. Perkara ini menyoroti bahwa perlu dilakukan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan adopsi maupun setelah.
