Abstract

Firms big and small that can weather the economic storm will be able to hire more people and put more people out of poverty. Lacking proper asset segregation, small and medium-sized firms in Medan's Kampung Baru, Maimun District, tend to skimp on accounting. Intuition and expertise continue to guide the decision-making process for the majority of these heavy traders. One goal of PKM in basic accounting courses for SMBs is to teach students how to perform accounting in a way that is both methodical and crucial for measuring revenue, expenses, and profits. to keep up with the company's progress. In the Medan Maimun District of Kampung Baru Village, there are three steps to carrying out community service: conducting interviews and field observations, training, and mentoring and monitoring. Increased work motivation is one possible outcome of this activity's success in expanding participants' understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices.

Abstract

Through a literature review, this research investigates how Islamic economic theory has contributed to the rationalisation of education in Indonesia. An integrative education system that harmonises material and spiritual aspects is built on the principles of justice, balance and benefit. Therefore, Islamic economic philosophy provides a framework for moral and spiritual education that produces morally and intellectually strong people. In order to deal with globalisation and create a generation that is grounded in moral principles and thinks logically, this application is essential. To incorporate Islamic economic philosophy into national education policy and create a globally competitive education system that preserves regional spiritual and cultural values, curriculum design, teacher training and stakeholder participation are necessary.

Abstract

The eradication of corruption in Indonesia, classified as an extraordinary crime, has not been optimally implemented, particularly in addressing perpetrators who flee to other countries. The international community, through the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), has committed to combating corruption among member states. Corruption, in addition to being an extraordinary crime at the national level, has also become an international (transnational crime) threat, endangering global society and the international economy. Indonesia’s commitment to eradicating corruption includes efforts to recover and repatriate assets resulting from corruption that have been moved abroad. This has been carried out through cooperation agreements, including extradition treaties and mutual legal assistance agreements, with countries where corrupt individuals hide stolen assets. While these measures have shown progress, they remain suboptimal due to obstacles in implementation, arising from political and legal factors as well as the execution of agreements. Consequently, convicted perpetrators of corruption in Indonesian courts are often able to resist enforcement due to differences in legal systems between Indonesia and partner countries. To optimize efforts and reduce these legal and implementation challenges, strong political will from the Indonesian government and proactive diplomatic relations between heads of state and law enforcement officials are needed to foster effective cooperation in pursuing corrupt individuals hiding abroad.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the world of education has encouraged the use of digital media, particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS), in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the influence and effectiveness of LMS use on improving learning quality, learning motivation, and student engagement. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing ten relevant national scientific articles published within the past five years. The findings indicate that the use of LMS such as Google Classroom, Moodle, and Schoology generally contributes positively to supporting more interactive, flexible, and structured learning. LMS has also proven to enhance learning independence and facilitate learning management by educators. However, its effectiveness is influenced by human resource readiness, digital competencies, and the availability of technological infrastructure. Therefore, continuous training for educators, the selection of LMS tailored to specific needs, and infrastructure support are necessary to achieve effective and sustainable digital learning.

Digital Education and Entrepreneurial (DE) represents a new paradigm in Education and Entrepreneurial that leverages digital technology to create, manage, and expand businesses. By integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, DE plays a crucial role in reshaping traditional business models, driving innovation faster, and enabling enterprises to reach broader markets. This transformative approach benefits individual entrepreneurs and contributes to broader economic development. One of DE’s most significant impacts is its ability to foster economic growth. By embracing digital Education and Entrepreneurial, businesses can create new jobs, increase competitiveness, and adapt more effectively to the demands of the digital age. These factors collectively ensure that economies are better positioned to thrive in a technology-driven world. A recent study developed a predictive model using the CatBoost algorithm to understand better the factors influencing digital Education and Entrepreneurial. This advanced machine learning method was applied to data collected from thousands of college students, encompassing various demographic, psychological, and business-related variables. The results demonstrated the model’s high accuracy in predicting intentions toward digital Education and Entrepreneurial, offering a reliable framework for analysis and application. The study identified three key factors influencing students’ intentions to pursue digital Education and Entrepreneurial. These are digital skills, which reflect their ability to navigate and utilize digital tools effectively; self-efficacy, their confidence in their entrepreneurial capabilities; and Education and Entrepreneurial education, which equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to innovate and create businesses. These findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions and policymakers. By emphasizing digital skills training, fostering self-efficacy, and enhancing Education and Entrepreneurial education programs, they can better prepare students to succeed in the digital economy. Such targeted initiatives empower individuals and contribute to the sustainable growth of digital Education and Entrepreneurial, reinforcing its role as a driver of innovation and economic progress.

This study aims to analyze the effect of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication on outpatient satisfaction at Kolonodale Regional Hospital, North Morowali, Central Sulawesi. This research method is a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 100 patients. The sampling technique uses an accidental sampling method. Data were obtained by filling out a questionnaire using a Likert scale and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS application. The results of the study show the effect of accessibility on patient satisfaction with a value (0.016 < 0.05), then the effect of facilities on patient satisfaction with a value (0.00 < 0.05), then the effect of staff communication on patient satisfaction with a value (0.00 < 0.05), and the effect of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication simultaneously on patient satisfaction is positive and significant (0.000 < 0.05). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2 square) = 0.536; This means that the variables of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication collectively influence patient satisfaction by 53.6%, with the remaining 46.4% influenced by other variables. Therefore, the influence of accessibility, facilities, and staff communication, both partially and simultaneously, on patient satisfaction is positive and significant.
