Abstract

This reaserch aims to find out how much service quality is to the loyalty of BMT BIF Jeroni 62 Bugisan Yogyakarta members. This research is quantitative research, using questionnaire data collection methods, with simple regression analysis that tests the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis of data in this study shows that the quality of service has a positive effect on member loyalty has a value of 0.605 and significantly has a value of 0.000 or <0.05. Value Fcounts 14,927 > 2.32, hypothesis test F quality of service has a positive effect and is accepted or there is an influence of service satisfaction on the loyalty of financing members at BMT BIF Jeroni 62 Bugisan Yogyakarta. The value of the coefficient of determination R which indicates the degree of relationship between free variables and bound variables is 0.558 means that there is a strong relationship. R2 determination shows a large contribution of 0.311 or 31.1% of the quality of service to member loyalty.

Abstract

This activity aims to develop the potential of Tanjungmojo Village through the establishment of a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES), focusing on strengthening superior and competitive Human Resources (HR). The methods used include training and mentoring conducted in three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, with active participation from village officials, community leaders, and BUMDES management. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in the participants' understanding of marketing strategies, product planning, and mapping the potential of village products, as well as the use of technology to support the performance of BUMDES HR. The conclusion from this activity shows that the training has been successful in providing the necessary foundational knowledge for the formation of BUMDES, although faced with challenges in communication and the varied backgrounds of the participants. Suggestions given include the need for ongoing evaluation, aligning perceptions between organizers and participants, and discipline in following the planned schedule. This activity paves the way for the economic improvement of Tanjungmojo Village through the effective and sustainable establishment of BUMDES.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the religiosity of the younger generation in Gedawang Village, Banyumanik, Semarang City, by providing character development based on religious values. This program is expected to equip the younger generation with a strong moral foundation, so that they are able to avoid negative behavior and become role models in society. Data were collected through interviews with participants and local community leaders, and analyzed qualitatively to assess the impact of the program. The results showed a significant increase in the understanding and application of religious values ​​among participants. The younger generation showed more positive changes in attitudes, such as increased discipline, honesty, and participation in religious activities. Community leaders also reported improvements in behavior and increased social involvement among the younger generation. This program makes an important contribution to the character development of the younger generation by providing an effective model to improve their religiosity and morality. The findings of this program can be used as a basis for the development of similar policies and programs in other areas, in order to create a younger generation that is based on strong religious and moral values, and contributes positively to society.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to examine the factors that influence dividend policy. This study reviews existing literature on dividend policy and identifies several factors that affect a company's decision to pay dividends. These factors include profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, firm size, leverage, company life cycle, and asset turnover. This study finds that these factors interact with each other and affect a company's ability to pay dividends. The findings of this study provide insights for companies to develop effective dividend policies that balance investor interests and financial performance. This study also highlights the limitations of existing research and suggests avenues for future research.

Abstract

This activity aims to strengthen the abilities and skills of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors in using digital technology to market their products and services. Through outreach, practical training, and the development of business groups, it is expected that MSME actors can develop more effective marketing strategies, enhance their competitiveness, and drive the economic growth of the village. The outreach discusses the importance of digital marketing, the latest trends, and its benefits for MSMEs. The practical training includes social media management, promotional content creation, paid marketing, and the creation and analysis of data for marketing purposes. The development of business groups aims to build cooperation and solidarity among MSME actors in developing joint digital marketing strategies. The results of the activities show an increase in participants' knowledge and skills and the formation of a solid network of cooperation among MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that affect the performance of MSME employees of Kripik Tahu Walik Cemara Kembar Magelang City Regency. This study tests 3 (three) hypotheses, namely: The following factors affect employee performance: compensation, leadership, and work discipline. The location of the survey was MSMEs Tahu Walik Chips. The data of this study was collected through a questionnaire from 53 employees. The method for analyzing data uses the classic hypothesis test, Multiple linear regression. The study results show that compensation, leadership, and work discipline improve employee performance. Based on the study's results, it is proposed that managers need to participate in decision-making so that employees can succeed. More attention must be paid to salary offers, allowances, and facilities, which need improvement. Performance should be improved by prioritizing attendance, Discipline, and achieving goals.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how employees at Moro Berkah Village-Owned Enterprise in Mororejo village, Kaliwungu district, Kendal Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, perform when motivated and disciplined at work. The unprofessional performance of employees at Moro Berkah Village-Owned Enterprise serves as the background. The independent variables in this study are work motivation and work discipline. Quantitative research is the focus of this kind of study. In order to collect data, questionnaires were distributed to forty employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for the data analysis. Work discipline and work motivation were found to have positive and significant effects on employee performance, according to the findings.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Insentif Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Kasus: Koperasi Aiden Jaya Bersama Ungaran Barat), pengambilan sampel dari populasi ditentukan secara sesnsus sampling, yaitu seluruh populasi dianggap sebagai sampel dengan jumlah 133 orang sebagai responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data sengan menggunakan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) yang sebelumnya diuji terlebih dahulu dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan asumsi klasik statistik, untuk uji asumsi klasik ini terdiri dari: uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Insentif Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Kasus: Koperasi Aiden Jaya Bersama Ungaran Barat)

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 September 2023 di Balai Desa Pagak, Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 42 peserta, yang terdiri dari 20 pemilik usaha gula cetak dan 22 pemilik usaha gula semut. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM terkait branding dan pemasaran digital. Meskipun produk gula cetak dan gula semut memiliki kualitas yang baik, ketiadaan merek dan terbatasnya pemasaran digital membuat produk mereka kurang kompetitif di pasar yang semakin dinamis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan melalui diskusi partisipatif dengan perangkat desa dan pelaku usaha. Informasi yang diperoleh digunakan untuk merancang materi pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi tentang pentingnya merek produk, pengenalan pemasaran digital, serta pelatihan praktis yang meliputi pembuatan akun bisnis, pengelolaan konten pemasaran, dan perumusan strategi pemasaran berbasis data. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode diskusi kelompok dan pengisian kuesioner untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap peran merek dalam membangun identitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen. Selain itu, peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam membuat konten pemasaran, mengelola transaksi digital, dan memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran berbasis data. Dampak kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan daya saing produk, perluasan jangkauan pasar, dan penguatan keberlanjutan usaha para peserta. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis praktik, program ini berhasil memberdayakan pelaku UMKM di Desa Pagak dan meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar global. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertema "Digitalisasi UMKM Desa Turunrejo: Transformasi Pembayaran Menuju Era Modern" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan 25 pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Turunrejo dalam mengadopsi teknologi pembayaran digital. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan persiapan berupa koordinasi dengan perangkat desa, pemetaan kebutuhan peserta, serta penyusunan materi pelatihan dan modul. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi manfaat teknologi pembayaran digital, pelatihan teknis penggunaan e-wallet dan pembuatan QRIS, serta pendampingan langsung di tempat usaha untuk memastikan penerapan teknologi berjalan efektif. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasakan manfaat berupa percepatan transaksi, peningkatan keamanan keuangan, dan akses pasar yang lebih luas, meskipun beberapa tantangan, seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, masih harus diatasi. Evaluasi melalui survei dan wawancara menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, menjadikan program ini langkah awal yang penting dalam mendorong inklusi keuangan dan pengembangan ekosistem ekonomi digital di Desa Turunrejo.
