Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how job satisfaction, work environment, and service quality affect employees' performance at the Puskesmas Kalikajar II Wonosobo. The participants of this research consist of 38 personnel from the Kalikajar II Wonosobo Community Health Centre. This research used multiple linear regression analysis on a sample size of 38 individuals. The saturation sampling method was the sample strategy employed in this study. The questionnaire survey method was employed as the data collection strategy in this study. The study's findings indicate that service quality has a beneficial impact on employee performance, albeit this effect is not statistically significant. Therefore, hypothesis 1 is rejected. Consequently, the performance of workers is unaffected by the kind of service they deliver. The presence of work facilities has a beneficial impact on the facilities. Hypothesis 3 is rejected since job satisfaction has a favorable influence on employee performance, albeit this effect is not statistically significant. This implies that fluctuations in employee work satisfaction do not impact performance of employees, hence supporting hypothesis 2. This implies that enhanced work amenities have the potential to enhance employee productivity, and conversely, improved employee performance may lead to better work employee performance

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of investment motivation in the relationship between risk perception, financial literacy, and investment decisions among PayLater users in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 200 respondents aged 18–45 who had used PayLater services for more than six months. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze both direct and indirect effects between constructs. The findings reveal that risk perception and financial literacy positively influence investment motivation. Investment motivation, in turn, has a significant positive effect on investment decisions and serves as a strong mediator between risk perception, financial literacy, and investment decisions. Although financial literacy only marginally affects investment decisions directly, its indirect effect through motivation is significant. The results emphasize the importance of enhancing both financial literacy and investment motivation to improve the quality of investment decisions in the context of digital financial services like PayLater.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV Adelindo Abadi in Semarang City. The background of this research is based on the importance of human resources as a key factor in achieving organizational goals. Employee performance is not only determined by technical skills but is also strongly influenced by the quality of leadership implemented by management, the level of motivation experienced by employees, and the extent of job satisfaction that creates a supportive work environment. These three aspects are believed to play an essential role in enhancing productivity and strengthening the company’s competitiveness. The research method applied is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees who served as respondents. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. The findings of this study indicate that leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whether tested simultaneously or individually. This means that the better the leadership practices, the higher the motivation provided, and the greater the level of job satisfaction experienced by employees, the more optimal their performance will be. Based on these results, it is recommended that company management consistently develop effective leadership styles, provide motivation that is aligned with employee needs, and establish a comfortable and supportive work environment. By doing so, the company can continuously improve employee performance and remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic business environment.
