Aktifitas fisik seperti olahraga sangat erat kaitannya dengan kualitas hidup, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, maka dari itu setiap individu perlu memiliki minat terhadap olahraga. Salah satu olahraga yang digemari masyarakat yaitu olahraga tradisional. Olahraga tradisional adalah permainan olahraga yang menggunakan alat tradisional yang dimainkan di atas lapangan atau tanah yang memiliki permukaan datar atau rata. Minat terhadap olahraga tradisional dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi minat mahasiswa STKIP Pasundan terhadap olahraga tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu mahasiswa PJKR STKIP Pasundan Cimahi angkatan 2018. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampling snowball dengan jumlah 50 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket atau kuesioner. Hasil analisis dari keseluruhan indikator menunjukkan minat mahasiswa STIKP Pasundan terhadap olahraga tradisional dengan persentase “sedang” sebesar 4%, “tinggi” sebesar 58%, dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 28%. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh maka minat mahasiswa STKIP Pasundan terhadap olahraga tradisional berdasarkan persentase minat berada dalam katergori “Tinggi.

Myasthenia gravis (MG) merupakan penyakit autoimun kronis yang dimediasi oleh antibodi terhadap acetylcholin receptor (AChR)  pada membran postsynaptic dari tautan otot saraf. Hilangnya situs AchR mengakibatkan kelemahan pada otot rangka yang berhubungan dengan pernafasan serta pergerakan ekstrimitas. Sebanyak 15 % – 20 % pasien dengan MG setidaknya mengalami satu kali myasthenic crisis. Myasthenic crisis  merupakan keadaan darurat medis yang terjadi akibat kelemahan otot-otot pernafasan sehingga pasien mengalami penurunan status pernafasan. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik dan menganalisis status pernafasan pasien MG. Metode : penelitian dekriptif dengan pendekatan observasi studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dan pengkajian menggunakan form pengkajian asuhan keperawatan RSHS dan lembar observasi status pernafasan nursing intervention clasification. Hasil : karakteristik  pasien dalam studi ini adalah pasien MG dengan riwayat gagal nafas,  jenis kelamin perempuan, dengan klasifikasi klinis MG IIb dan IIIb. Hasil Kedua pasien mengalami keluhan kesulitan bernafass namun saat diobservasi pasien kedua mengalami dua kali gagal nafas karena melakukan aktivitas seperti berbicara lama, mengedan, dan tertawa berlebih yang mengakibatkan kelemahan pada otot-otot pernafasan sehingga terjadi peningkatan frekuensi pernafasan dan penurunan saturasi oksigen. Simpulan : edukasi yang tepat mengenai aktivitas serta observasi status pernafasan secara berkala dibutuhkan pasien MG agar dapat mengontrol dan mencegah terjadinya gagal nafas yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Case Study: Respiratory Status of Patients Myasthenia Gravis at Azalea Room Hasan Sadikin Bandung Hospital. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a chronic autoimmune disease that is mediated by antibodies to the acetylcholine receptor (AChR) in the post-synapses membrane of the neural muscle tissues.  Loss of the AchR site results in weakness in skeletal muscle associated with breathing and limb movements. A total of 15%-20% of patients with MG have suffered a one-time crisis. The Myasthenic crisis is a medical emergency that occurs due to the weakness of the respiratory muscles so that the patient experiences decrease in respiratory status. Objective: to determine the characteristics and analyze the respiratory status of MG patients. Method: Descriptive research with an observation approach to case studies. The sampling technique uses consecutive sampling. Data collection and assessment used the RSHS nursing care assessment form and an observation sheet about the classification status of nursing interventions. Results: The characteristics of the patients in this study were MG patients with a history of respiratory failure, female sex, with clinical classification of MG IIb and IIIb. Both patients had a history of respiratory failure but when observed the second patient experienced two symptoms of respiratory failure due to activities such as prolonged talking, straining, and excessive laughter which resulted in weakness in the respiratory muscles which resulted in an increase in respiratory frequency and decreased oxygen saturation.  Conclusion: proper education about the activity and observation of respiratory status regularly is needed by MG patients to be able to control and prevent respiratory failure which can cause death.

Pemanasan merupakan aktivitas penting sebelum melakukan pembelajaran inti dalam pembelajaran penjas. Namun, ketika melakukan pemanasan masih banyak siswa yang melakukannya dengan seadanya dan kadang ada yang tidak mengikutinya dengan alasan bosan dengan gerakannya. Adanya modifikasi pemanasan dengan permainan kecil perlu dilakukan agar siswa berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran penjas. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi permainan kecil sebagai bentuk pemanasan terhadap minat siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. Populasi sebanyak 128 kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sucinaraja, Kabupaten Garut. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang berjumlah 38 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket minat yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitany dengan p=0.88. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada implementasi permainan kecil sebagai bentuk pemanasan terhadap minat siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani yang ditunjukan dengan uji signifikansi dengan uji T dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa T tabel dengan dk (n-2) = 36 yaitu 1,688 lebih kecil dari T hitung sebesar 434,934 ( 1,688 < 434,934). Modifikasi permainan kecil sebagai pemanasan harus tetap dilakukan dan diperbaharui untuk menjaga minat siswa ketika belajar penjas.

This study aims to measure how big the inhibiting factor for the achievement of the basketball Unit at STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and uses a survey research design. In this study, researchers used a google form questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population involved was 17 people and the researcher took a sample of 17 people using a total sampling technique. From the results of this study, the inhibiting factors for the achievement of UKM basketball STKIP Pasundan Cimahi are (1) Lack of facilities and infrastructure, (2) Management is not organized by the campus, (3) The lack of funding received by UKM, (4) athletes (SDM). With a percentage of 88%, this study concludes that the inhibiting factors for the achievement of UKM basketball STKIP Pasundan Cimahi are the lack of facilities and infrastructure, less organized management by the campus, the lack of funding received by UKM, and few human resources so that it can have a big impact on achievement. This study aims to determine the implementation of ice breaking on student learning motivation. The research method used is Experiment. The population of grade 5 SDN 1 Wanayasa was 32 students, sampling was carried out using the Total Sampling technique, the research sample amounted to 32 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire (questionnaire). Hypothesis testing using paired Sample T test, which is to test the normality and homogeneity of the research data Because the significance value is less than 0.0020 <0.05, it can be concluded that the research data is accepted. The results of the increase from the Pre-test and Post-test increased by 5.7%. So it can be concluded that ice breaking can increase student learning motivation. Permasalahan saat ini adalah bahwa acara FIBA 3X3 dan pemain yang mengikutinya harus terdata secara online. Ini akan memungkinkan peringkat pemain dan Negara Indonesia untuk diupdate di www.play.fiba3x3.com dan www.em.play.fiba3x3.com. Namun, hanya beberapa acara yang terdata secara online. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa sebagian besar penyelenggara acara belum memahami aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengisi acara secara online, seperti 3X3 Basketball Event Maker. (1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman atlet, pelatih, pengurus, dan penyelenggara 3X3 di bawah naungan PERBASI tentang penyelenggara yang terdaftar dengan akun FIBA. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service innovation on public satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study was the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City totaling 100 people. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression, determination coefficient test and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the determination coefficient of the Service Innovation variable as a whole has an influence of 57.5% on Public Satisfaction while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other factors not studied by the author. Introduction: Anesthesia is an action to relieve pain during surgery and various other procedures that cause pain in the body, there are several anesthesia actions including general and spinal anesthesia but the anesthesia action causes some side effects. Objective: This study aims to determine the comparison of side effects of spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia in postoperative patients. Method: The research design used in this study is a comparative study with the type of descriptive research. Population The population in this study was patients under spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia. Result and Discussion: Based on the results of statistical analysis of the Chi-square test, it shows that there is a significant comparison in both types of anesthesia used for surgery, namely general narcose anesthesia and spinal anesthesia on postoperative side effects with a value of (p-value = 0.026).  Conclusion: The conclusion of two different types of anesthesia shows significant differences due to differences in the way of administration of anesthetic drugs and the doses given so that they get different side effects. Advice in using the type of anesthesia must be considered the type of surgery to be performed as little as possible must reduce the side effects obtained by the patient.

This study aims to analyze and understand the role of brand awareness as a mediator in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and digital content quality on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs in Panam, Pekanbaru. The research employs a quantitative approach using Path Analysis. Data were collected randomly from culinary MSMEs in Panam, Pekanbaru, over the period from 2020 to 2024. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroskedasticity test. The findings of the study are as follows: 1) Digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on brand awareness of culinary MSMEs. 2) Digital content quality has a positive and significant impact on brand awareness of culinary MSMEs. 3) Digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs. 4) Digital content quality has a positive and significant impact on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs. 5) Brand awareness has a positive and significant impact on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs. 6) Digital marketing strategies significantly enhance sales growth through the mediation of brand awareness in culinary MSMEs. 7) Digital content quality significantly enhances sales growth through the mediation of brand awareness in culinary MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer marketing and price on the purchase intention of trendy food among Generation Z in Bangkinang City. The rapid growth of social media has significantly influenced consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are known for their high level of digital engagement and openness to new trends. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with a structured questionnaire distributed to respondents aged 17–26 years. A total of 385 valid responses were obtained through purposive sampling, assuming an infinite population. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the significance and magnitude of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, suggesting that endorsements and promotions by social media personalities can effectively stimulate consumer interest. Price also shows a significant influence, indicating that affordability and perceived value remain important considerations for Generation Z consumers. These findings provide practical implications for culinary business owners and marketers in designing promotional strategies that combine influencer engagement with competitive pricing to maximize purchase intention.
