Abstract

Abstract: Absenteeim is the absence of someone at work. In Indonesia, especially for the State Civil Service (ASN), absenteeism will affect their salary or income. According to previous research, absenteeism has a relationship with job stress and job insecurity. Job stress is a condition of constancy that creates a physical and psychological imbalance, which affects emotions, thought processes, and the condition of an employee. Job insecurity is the powerlessness to guarantee the continuity of work or its components when the work situation is threatened, and creates insecurity for employees, or insecurity felt by employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample of this study were all respondents of KPU Minahasa Tenggara. This research uses purposive sampling and the date is filled in by 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous Job Insecurity and Job Stress have a significant effect on Absenteeism, Job Insecurity does not significantly influence Absenteeism in the Southeast Minahasa KPU partially, and Work Stress behavior has a significant effect on Absence in the Southeast Minahasa KPU partially. The recommendation is for the Southeast Minahasa KPU to focus more on knowing what drives Work Stress in the Southeast Minahasa KPU and the impact on absenteeism from the office. As frequently mentioned by companies, managers and employees must work together to find out what is best for the company. Keywords: job stress

Abstract

A good leadership is important in every company in achieving the company’s goals. A good leadership also will affect the work performance of employees, if the leadership style applied by the leader is not in the right way, the employee will experience stress at work. This study aimed to determine what type of leadership style should be embraced to decrease the negative effects of stress on employees. Research uses a quantitative approach. The sample are 60 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sulawesi Bagian Utara and using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results shows that Transformational, Transactional, and Laissez-faire leadership style simultaneously influence Work Stress. The findings also revealed that the Transformational Leadership style and Laissez-faire Leadership Style have negative relationship but does not significant influence Work Stress. While, Transactional Leadership Style has positive relationship and significant influence Work Stress. As for the recommendation, the leader should maintain and improve more on transformational leadership style by giving more motivation, inspiring and give more attention to the employees since it can brings good effect  and can decrease on employees’ stress level. Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, laissez-faire, work stress

Abstract

Abstract: Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the internet, but also mobile phones, display advertising, and other digital medium. Digital Markting is one of  marketing strategy that used by company to promote their business. Digital marketing is a way to promote brands and products online. The aim of this study is To know How is the Utilization of Digital Marketing in MSME’S and what is the impact to the them.  In order to achieve these objectives the researcher got information from 10 respondents using qualitative study which is in-depth interview and uses purposive sampling. The results showed that Digital Marketing has a good and positive impact to the business’s owner or the MSME’S and also digital marketing become an important role for those who using digital marketing to promoting and selling their product, digital marketing also help all the business’s owner to sell a product, through digital markting also it easy to reached the customer, cost effecitively, and measurable way. Digital Marketing has so many benefits, easy to use, very helpful, useful for the newbie. Abstract

Abstrak : BKDPSDA di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara menuntut masing ? masing pegawai untuk berinovasi dan berani mengambil resiko dalam bekerja, dalam hal ini pegawai harus kreatif dalam bekerja seperti pegawai harus mampu menemukan hal yang baru. Maka setiap pegawai dibuat perjanjian kerja dan masing ? masing pegawai memiliki target yang dikenal dengan Sasaran Kerja Pegawai (SKP). Dan pegawai juga memiliki komitmen yang rendah terhadap organisasinya, dengan demikian maka dibuat perjanjian kerja dari masing ? masing pegawai. Sehingga pegawai dituntut untuk berkomitmen dalam menyelesaikan perjanjian kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi sebanyak 37 orang dan sampel sebanyak 37 orang yaitu seluruh pegawai di BKDPSDA di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara simultan komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. BKDPSDA di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara sebaiknya meningkatkan lagi faktor ? faktor yang mendukung komitmen organisasi agar kinerja pegawai dapat meningkat terhadap organisasi. Kata Kunci : komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, everything is practically inseparable from technology, and also includes the marketing process now became digital. There are several digital marketing strategies, and one of them is hyperlocal marketing strategy. Hyperlocal marketing can help the startup business to get an advantage by using the area they know best to bring in more customers. Hyperlocal marketing can reach customers digitally. This study aims to analyze whether the use of hyperlocal marketing of street food startup business in Manado is effective or not. This research takes a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with 10 street food startup business owners in Manado as the respondents, which were chosen through purposive sampling. Findings of this research to know more about the use of hyperlocal marketing of street food startup business from business owners experienced. The results of this research are the use of hyperlocal marketing can affect the business sales, also effective to all street food startup businesses who become a respondent in this research. Street food startup businesses in Manado should improve their knowledge about the use of hyperlocal marketing, so that the use of hyperlocal marketing can work even better to get more customers and can increase the sales. Keywords: hyperlocal marketing, digital marketing, street food, startup business

Abstract

Abstract: In Manado, there are several Honda dealers. One of them is Honda Martadinata which is now run by PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo Manado. High levels of work engagement are when employees are involved with, committed to, enthusiastic, and passionate about their work. Employee relationship is one of key factors that can increase the employee’s well-being. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of work engagement and employee relationship on employee well-being at PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo Manado. This research using multiple regression with total sample 101 employees. The result shows that both of work engagement and employee relationship have a significant and positive influence toward employee well-being. The employee feel engage with their work and put all their efforts and knowledge on it and also has a great communication between one and another employee and also with their superiors. The company should arranging their employee to put them into a fitted division according to their skills and talent so their employee can give an efficient work that can increase the company performance in all sectors and should work hand-in-hand to enhance workplace happiness and in generating productive employee with the potential of being high performance achievers. Keywords: employee well-being, work engagement, employee relationship

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan tujuan perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dari karyawan yang dimiliki. Terutama dalam era globalisasi saat ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja agar dapat bersaing di lingkungan industri yang semakin kompetitif.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Perum Bulog Divre Sulut dan Gorontalo. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 46 orang pada bulan November 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi kerja dan kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel keterlibatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Perum Bulog Divre Sulut dan Gorontalo. Kata Kunci: work competence, emotional intelligence, work involvment, employee performance.

Abstract

Emotional branding is defined as the engagement of consumers in a deep, long-term, intimate emotional connection with the brand, which is beyond the benefit based satisfaction, and which creates a special trust based relationship for the development of a holistic emotional experience. The aim of this study is to know how is the Consumer Perception of Emotional Branding at Starbucks in Manado Town Square. In order to achieve these objectives the researcher got information from 15 informants using qualitative study which is in-depth interview and uses purposive sampling. The results showed the good emotional branding comes because of all the good exeperiences consumer gets when they visit starbucks coffee shop. In this case most of the consumer concern only on the service, price, product and the ambience. After made the conclusion of this current research,  it is better for consumer to know and explore about the thing that makes them have a emotional branding towards starbucks coffee shop. For the Starbucks Coffee Shop at Manado Town Square, it is more better to keep improving the service and always provide a good innovation to make customer stay and retain. Keywords: consumer perception, emotional branding, starbucks.

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource becomes one of the important aspect in organization in order to be able to mobilize the rest of the resources. cyberloafing refers to the act of employees using their companie?s internet access for personal need during work hours. Cyberloafing term is an employee opportunity to reply personal emails, surf entertainment site, maintain a personal blog and even conduct personal business transactions while appearing to be absorbed with work-related tasks on the computer. This research aims to see the relationship between cyberloafing and employee productivity on RSU. Ratatotok Buyat. This research uses qualitative analysis method total sample are 15 employees. The result shows that, Cyberloafing does not significant on RSUP Ratatotok - Buyat productivity because all the employees are aware the right time how to using internet or mobile phone in while work. They were only using internet in free time or after work, it means there was no work for them. Based on employee answers, they were using internet for personal needs such as reading online news, chatting in social media like a Face book, and Instagram. RSU. Ratatotok Buyat should make grounded rules about using internet in while working and put CCTV to control employees while working. keywords:cyberloafing, employee performance

Abstract

The advertising industry has experienced a major change during the past few years. Advertising on e-commerce can trace customer behavior in order to make the advertisement relevant with the customer past behavior on internet. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the perception of customer in retargeting advertisement to increase customer purchase intention This study employs multi linear regression to investigate the influence of consumer behavior. This study conducts with 100 Facebook user and e-commerce customer in Feb Unsrat as the respondents. Findings of this research show that discount, reference to previous visit, and advertisement frequency simultaneously influence customer purchase intention when they see retargeting advertisement in Facebook. Recommendation to this research advertising should be more minimalist, relevant, shorter, low frequency and for the advertisement companies should make some precautions, in order to minimise consumer suspicions for their data thus it might increase consumer purchase intentions. Keyword: retargeting, facebook, discount, reference to previous visit, advertisement frequency, e-commerce
