Abstract

Fashion retail has an important role in the business development process in every country. Every company maintains and develops their products from all aspects. The application of visual merchandising and brand equity is an important aspect in the sustainability of a fashion retailer and introducing their brand to customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of Visual Merchandising (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) towards Consumer Buying Behavior (Y) in Pedro Store Manado. The researcher conducted this research through quantitative methods. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used to analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This technique using purposive sampling and conducts with 100 respondents and processed using SPSS program. The result proved that visual merchandising and brand equity have a significant and positive influence towards consumer buying behavior in Pedro Store Manado partially and simultaneously. Keywords: visual merchandising, brand equity, consumer buying behavior

Abstract

Adapun faktor-faktor yang sangat berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja kayawan yang ada di seluruh Holland Bakery Manado yaitu penempatan, komunikasi dan disiplin dalam bekerja. Penempatan berperan penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penempatan menyatakan bahwa mengisi jabatan dengan orang yang tepat akan mempengaruhi kuantitas dan kualitas pekerjaan. Penempatan adalah proses kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh manajer sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan untuk menentukan lokasi dan posisi seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas, Demikian juga dengan komunikasi sangatlah penting pada peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Holland Bakery cabang Kota Manado yang berjumlah 168 orang, jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 63 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ini bahwa Penempatan, komunikasi dan disiplin  secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada seluruh Holland Bakery cabang Kota Manado. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk penempaan karyawan perusahaan sebaiknya harus memperhatikan latar belakang pendidikan karyawan untuk meminimalisir hambatan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia demi peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan., (2) Diharapkan perusahaan lebih meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja karyawan sehingga dalam pekerjaannya karyawan lebih termotivasi untuk giat dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Kata Kunci: Penempatan, komunikasi, disiplin, produktivitas kerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to know the importance and performance of Food Service Attributes in Pondok Hijau Restaurant. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 customer who visits this restaurant. Using Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study shows that Service is located in quadrant I (Concentrate Here). This means that this attribute is perceived to be importance to customer and the performance level are fairly low. Employee, Freshness and Design and Decor are located in quadrant II (Keep up the good work). Attributes that located in Quadrant II means that it has a high importance to the customer and the company also achieves high performance according to the customer.  Appearance and Variety are located in quadrant III (Low Priority), this means that the two attributes are not really importance for the consumer and at the same time also has the low performance level.  Presentation and Cleanliness are located in quadrant IV (Possible Overkill), it means this contains attributes of low importance, but where performance is relatives high. The importance low because consumer think that the Presentation and Cleanliness is not really matter.  Pondok Hijau should consider which attributes need to be developed or which attributes need to keep the performance based on the result in quadrant, so the consumer will satisfy with the resto. Keywords: food service attributes, importance and performance analysis, restaurant.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai kebijakan dan praktik menentukan aspek manusia atau sumber daya manusia dalam posisi manajemen, termasuk merekrut, menyaring, melatih, memberi penghargaan dan penilaian. Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah penarikan, seleksi, pengembangan, pemeliharaan, dan penggunaan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai baik tujuan-tujuan individu maupun organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokus Kendali Internal secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokus Kendali Eksternal secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai dan (3) ntuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokus Kendali Internal dan Lokus Kendali Eksternal secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner penelitian yang dibagikan kepada responden yaitu pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sario. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara parsial Locus Kendali Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sario, (2) Secara parsial Locus Kendali Eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sario dan (3) Secara parsial Locus Kendali Internal dan Locus Kendali Eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sario.Kata Kunci:  Locus kendali internal, locus kendali eksternal, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction of Samsung smartphone users in Mando. The sample used 100 Samsung smartphone users. The sampling technique in this study uses a criteria sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis method used in this research is a multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 25 apps. The result based on (the t-test) shows that product quality and brand image have a significant influence on customer satisfaction with a significance value of .000 < .05 for product quality and .031 < .05 for brand image. The F-test result obtained a significance value of .000 < (.05). This concluded that simultaneously, the variables Product Quality (X1) and Brand Image (X2) have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y).    Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), often an additional role, refers to how employees behave while carrying out company-provided tasks. This behavior is non-binding, voluntary, and unrelated to the formal reward system provided by the company. OCB has the potential to improve organizational efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Self-efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Sintesa Peninsula Manado Hotel employees. the research method used is quantitative. data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to 43 hotel employees. the results of this study show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant influence on OCB. Then, self-efficacy also has a positive and significant influence on OCB. In addition, perceived organizational support and self-efficacy have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, meaning that Perceived Organizational Support and Self-efficacy of employees, together (simultaneously) can influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Sintesa Peninsula   Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support, Self-Efficacy

Abstract

 This research was conducted at the Esspecto Coffee Manado. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the customers purchase decision. This research used quantitative method. The data used are primary and secondary.  The sample studied was 100 respondents. The number of variables studied was 20 variables. After the data is processed by using factor analysis there is only 18 variables that can be analyzed further. The scale used is 7 points Likert scale. The data obtained from the respondents were processed using SPSS 20. The results showed that of the 18 factors analyzed by the factor analysis model, the factors influence by consumers in purchase decision at Esspecto Coffee Manado. These factors consist of 4 factors, namely Service Quality Index, Ambience and Amenities Rating, Facility and Value Perception, and Offering Quality and Brand Appeal.   Keyword: Customer Purchase Decision, Factor Analysis

Abstract

The banking industry in Indonesia plays a fundamental role in driving national economic growth and improving people's welfare. This research aims to fill the gap by examining the effect of board size and the relationship between gender diversity on the board on banking performance in Indonesia in the last 5 years. This research is using a quantitative method with the entire conventional banks in Indonesia as the population. Sampling technique that used purposive sampling technique, the total sample 52 banks. Data processing using STATA 17 software with multiple linear regression as the analysis method. The result shows that partially Board Size have a positive effect on banking performance, while Board Gender Diversity as measured using the Blau Index, have a negative effect on banking performance partially. But simultaneously, both the independent variables, Board Size and Board Gender Diversity, have a significant effect on banking performance. Hopefully, conventional banks in Indonesia pay more attention on maintaining the composition of the board and improving gender equality by creating a work environment that values diversity, providing equal opportunities for everyone, and eliminating gender bias in recruitment and promotion processes.    Keyword: Board Size, Board Gender Diversity, Banking Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in welfare policies between permanent employees and contract employees at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, Bitung, North Sulawesi. Employee welfare is an important factor that affects job satisfaction, productivity, and loyalty to the company. However, there are often significant differences in the welfare policies provided to permanent and contract employees, which can affect their motivation and performance. The population in this study were permanent employees and non-permanent employees at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, Bitung, North Sulawesi, totaling 136 people, namely 104 permanent employees and 32 non-permanent employees. This type of research uses comparative research which aims to see differences in the variables to be tested using Independent Sample T-Test analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the welfare policies of Permanent Employees and Non-Permanent Employees at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, Bitung, North Sulawesi.   Keywords: Employee Welfare, Company Policy, Permanent Employees, Contractual Employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Team Work terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 153 responden. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan alat uji analisis yaitu, IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Team Work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja. Secara parsial Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dan Team Work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Team Work, Efektivitas Kerja
