Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam organisasi, terutama di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Muwahidin, yang memiliki SDM memadai dan membutuhkan pengelolaan yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen SDM dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta menganalisis proses rekrutmen di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Muwahidin tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama empat bulan, dari Juli hingga Oktober 2024, dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan informan penelitian. Informan terdiri dari Pimpinan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Muwahidin, Ketua Pengurus Pondok Pesantren, serta Ketua Pembina Putra dan Putri. Wawancara dilakukan dengan metode semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Muwahidin mencakup: (1) Perencanaan, yang meliputi penarikan SDM serta perencanaan program seperti pelatihan, kajian bagi pembina, pemberian motivasi, dan evaluasi; (2) Pelaksanaan, yang mencakup pelaksanaan pelatihan, pemberian motivasi, dan evaluasi. Adapun proses rekrutmen dilakukan melalui dua sumber, yaitu: (a) Sumber internal, berupa kaderisasi dari santri dan alumni; serta (b) Sumber eksternal, yaitu perekrutan dari luar lembaga, khususnya kaderisasi maha santri Ma’had Aly Nurul Hakim Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the characteristics of phonetic errors in stress pronunciation among first-year students in the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Education and Teaching, Ali bin Abi Talib Islamic University, Surabaya, for the academic year 2023/2024. The researcher employs an error analysis method, with data focusing on recorded pronunciation errors by first-year students at Ali bin Abi Talib Islamic University in Surabaya. The approach used in the research is qualitative, specifically descriptive-analytical, where the study describes the phenomenon of phonetic errors in stress pronunciation made by students. The data type consists of linguistic errors found in the works of students from Ali bin Abi Talib Islamic University in Surabaya. The results indicate that first-year students were either inattentive to sentence correctness, rushed in their speech, or lacked knowledge about stress in Arabic language studies. For these reasons, the researcher investigates this issue to reveal what has been overlooked regarding the errors of students at Ali bin Abi Talib Islamic University, Surabaya, in the academic year 2023/2024, and so forth.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the non-communicable diseases that is still a serious health problem and a cause of death in the world. The prevalence of cancer in children in Indonesia is 4%, this is one of the major problems of children's health in Indonesia. Chemotherapy treatment has a physiological and psychological impact which can later cause problems that can have an impact on the quality of life of children. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, gender, and education factors on the quality of life of children with cancer during chemotherapy at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. This study used a descriptive method with a cross sectional design. The sample in the study was a child with cancer who underwent chemotherapy. Sampling was done using the consecutive sampling method with a total of 50 respondents. The measuring tool uses the PedsQL 4.0 quality of life questionnaire.The results of the research that have been conducted by statistical tests obtained a sig value of 0.036 (p<0.05) and a positive correlation test of 0.298 between age and quality of life, gender is not related to quality of life, education level is not related to quality of life. It can be concluded that there is a weak relationship between age and the quality of life of children with cancer during chemotherapy.
