Abstract

ABSTRAKPerikanan  tangkap  di  kawasan  Taman  Nasional  Karimunjawa  dikelola  oleh  lebih  dari  satu  instansipengelola.  Setiap  instansi  diduga  mempunyai  peran  masing-  masing  sesuai  tupoksinya.  Saat  ini  belum diketahui secara nyata instansi apa saja yang mengelola beserta perannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi instansi pengelola yang berperan dalam pengelolaan perikanan tangkap di kawasan TNKJ, persepsi,  aspirasi  dan  partisipasi  nelayan  terhadap  pengelolaan  perikanan  tangkap  serta  bagaimana  strategi pengelola  dalam  pengawasan  perikanan  tangkap.  Metode  penelitian  ini  adalah  studi  kasus  dengan  analisis deskriptif, dimana pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling, responden terdiri dari nelayan dan instansi pengelola. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  instansi yang  mengelola  perikanan tangkap adalah Unit  Pelaksana  Teknis   Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Karimunjawa, Balai Taman Nasional Karimunjawa, Dinas Perikanan, Polisi Air   dan Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut dan Satuan Kerja Pengawasan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan   Perikanan. Pembagian peran masing- masing instansi pengelola sudah sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing  serta tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan. Sinkronisasi dan koordinasi sudah dilakukan, hal ini terbukti   dengan  adanya  Nota  Kesepakatan Bersama. Sebanyak 80% nelayan setuju dengan peraturan yang diterapkan. Partisipasi nelayan terhadap sosialisasi dan pelatihan rendah yaitu 35% dan 19%. Strategi pengelola dalam pengawasan perikanan tangkap adalah dengan membentuk dan memberdayakan Pengawas   Perikanan  dan  Kelompok  Masyarakat  Pengawas  secara  sinergi. Strategi untuk  meningkatkan partisipasi  nelayan  dalam  sosialisasi  dan  pelatihan  adalah  dengan  memberikan penyadaran  motivasi dan  apresiasi berupa penghargaan dan pendampingan. ABSTRACTCapture   fisheries   in Karimunjawa National   Park   are   managed by   more   than one   management institutions.  Each  institution  is  assumed  to  have  their  respective  roles  according  to  their  basic  tasks  andfunctions. It is not yet known exactly what institutions are managing along with their roles. The purposes of  this study  were to know what institutions  were involved  in the management of capture fisheries in TNKJ  areas, perceptions, aspirations and participation of fishermen on the management of capture fisheries and  how the management strategy in the supervision of capture fisheries. This research method was case study with descriptive analysis, where data collected by interview and literature study. Determination of  respondents used purposive sampling method, respondents consist of fishermen and manager institution. The results showed that the institutions that managed capture fisheries were Technical Implementation Unit  Karimunjawa Fishery Port, Karimunjawa National Park Office, Fisheries Official, Water Police and Indonesian National Army – Navy and Work Unit of Supervision of Marine and Fisheries Resources. The  division of roles of each institution agency was in accordance with their respective fields and there was no  overlapping authority. Synchronization and coordination had been done, it was proved by the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As many as 80% of fishermen agree with the regulations applied. The  participations of fishermen on socialization and training were low at 35% and 19%. The management strategies in the supervision of capture fisheries were by establishing and empowering Fisheries Supervisor  and a group of supervisor community (PokMasWas). The strategies to increase the participation of fishermen in socialization and training were by giving awareness of motivation and appreciation in the form  of recognition and assistance.

Abstract

Abstrak Kabupaten Cirebon berada pada nilai CFR (Case Fatality Rate) tertinggi di Jawa Barat yaitu 2,5%. Kasus terkonfirmasi mencapai 7.792 kasus, 4.432 kasus terjadi pada wanita usia produktif 20-54. adanya peningkatan kasus pada klaster keluarga ibu rumah tangga, Puskesmas Kamarang merupakan Puskesmas yang memiliki laju insidensi kasus 7,9%. Dimana 56% kasus terjadi pada ibu rumah tangga, dan 1 orang ibu rumah tangga meninggal dunia usia 37 tahun. Protection Motivation Theory menjelaskan bagaimana individu termotivasi untuk bereaksi dengan cara protektif terhadap ancaman yang dirasakan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi analitik observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu ibu rumah tangga usia 20-54 tahun, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan total sampel 290 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar kuesioner, analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis univariat , bivariat, dengan menggunakan uji chi square, dan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi. terdapat hubungan antara respon efikasi (p=0,002), efikasi diri (p=0,028), dan niat (p=0,000) dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19. sedangkan efikasi diri melalui variabel antara yaitu niat. Respon efikasi, efikasi diri, dan niat merupakan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada ibu rumah tangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kamarang. Abstract Kabupaten Cirebon is in the CFR (Case Fatality Rate) value in Jawa Barat, namely 2,5%. Confirmed cases reached 7.792 cases, 4.432 cases occured in women of productive age 20-54 years. In early 2021 there was an increase in cases in the housewife family cluster, Puskesmas Kamarang that has a case incidence rate of 7,9%. Where 56% of cases occured in housewives, and 1 housewife died at the age 37 years. Protection Motivation Theory explains how individuals are motivated to react in a protective way to perceived threats.This type of research is quantitative research with anstudy design observational analytical using aapproach cross-sectional. The sample in this study were housewives aged 20-54 years, sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 290 people. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire sheet, the data analysis carried out was univariate , bivariate, using test chi square, and analysis multivariate with regression test. that there was a relationship between response efficacy (p=0.002), self-efficacy (p=0.028), and intention (p=0.000) with COVID-19 prevention behavior, while self-efficacy through an intervening variable, namely intention. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of parent-school relationships in enhancing student moral development at SD Negeri 12 Bireuen, operating as a Sekolah Penggerak. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach and encompasses various stakeholders, including the principal, teachers, students, parents, school committee, and the school environment. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on the principal's leadership role in engaging with the community within the context of the Sekolah Penggerak in Bireuen Regency, following the steps of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings reveal that the approach adopted by the Principal of SD Negeri 12 Bireuen has fostered an environment conducive to positive moral growth among students. Collaborative efforts and participation from diverse groups, such as the teachers' council, committees, parents, and community leaders, have proven pivotal in program planning and execution. Utilizing both group and individual meetings, alongside mediums like brochures, newsletters, and the Monday flag ceremonies, has effectively strengthened the school's community relationships and facilitated the dissemination of student and school-related information. An encompassing evaluation of various school elements underscores the program's success in enhancing student morale. In summary, the integration of parent-school relations within the framework of Sekolah Penggerak has yielded constructive outcomes on student moral development. The principal and the school community have effectively cultivated cooperative partnerships, promoted robust communication, and ensured active engagement from all stakeholders.

Abstract

As an innovative learning media, the Utilization of Digital-Based Interactive Stories in Indonesian Language Lessons has become a necessity in the sophisticated learning process in this digital era. This article discusses the Utilization of Digital-Based Interactive Stories in Indonesian Language Lessons to improve student collaboration. This approach provides a solution to provide meaningful experiences for students with full involvement and student action and expression in Indonesian language lessons through strong visual and audio aspects as well as integrated challenges and rewards. Although digital-based interactive stories offer various benefits to motivate students in learning, their use in the classroom also faces challenges such as technology accessibility and integration into the curriculum. This article aims to explore more deeply the potential, challenges, and practical impacts of the use of digital-based interactive stories in improving the effectiveness of Indonesian language learning in the digital era. By understanding the importance of implementing this technology, comprehensive and in-depth research on this topic is needed to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the problems faced in the use of science learning media, especially material material, at the elementary school level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses data collection methods such as observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research involved fourth grade teachers from five elementary schools in Bandar Baru District. The results of the research show several main problems, namely: (1) limited number of concrete learning media that can show changes in the shape of objects, (2) little variation in learning media that can show abstract concepts about the characteristics of solid, liquid and gas objects, and (3 ) little use of technology-based learning media to help understanding (4) Teachers' difficulties in developing learning media that suit the characteristics of the material and elementary school students, and (5) The use of learning media is not yet optimal in facilitating active and exploratory learning. Recommendations from this research include: procurement of adequate learning media, training in developing innovative learning media for teachers, as well as optimizing the use of learning media in the science teaching and learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

Traditional games are folk games that are inherited or developed from generation to generation in a particular area or culture. Traditional games are usually played in groups indoors or outdoors using simple equipment available in the surrounding environment with a fun nature. This study aims to identify and analyze children's characters developed through the application of traditional games. The type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. Literature review of relevant journal articles from Google Scholar , articles are limited to publications in 2024 with the search keywords "character education, character, traditional games and children" is a data collection technique in this study. The focus of the study is a literature review of various types of traditional games and the character values of children developed through these games. Traditional games are not only a means of entertainment, but also contain character values that are important for the formation of good personality and social interaction in children. Based on the Analysis of Character Values in the journal on the formation of children's character through traditional games in 2024, eleven character values were obtained, including the characters of honesty, sportsmanship, justice, responsibility, cooperation, discipline, creativity, hard work, independence, control or self-control and tolerance.

Abstract

PLN Indonesia Power UBP Grati bergerak di bidang pembangkitan listrik menggunakan gas dan uap. PLTGU Grati menggunakan Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) untuk menghasilkan uap panas (steam). HRSG merupakan alat boiler yang berasal dari sisa gas buang turbin yang digunakan untuk memanaskan air, kemudian diubah menjadi uap dengan suhu dan tekanan yang tinggi. Turbin uap (steam turbine) memanfaatkan uap tersebut untuk menjalankan proses. Penggunaan HRSG meningkatkan efisiensi bahan bakar pada unit turbin gas (GT) dan sangat efektif untuk menjalankan turbin uap (ST). Kapasitas produksi uap dari HRSG bergantung pada kapasitas energi panas, termasuk gas buang dari unit GT. HRSG berperan penting dalam pembangkitan listrik di PLTGU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung efisiensi panas HRSG yang dapat meningkat jika kehilangan panas ke atau dari lingkungan. Perhitungan efisiensi panas HRSG dilakukan secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data dari Central Control Room (CCR). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa ketika laju aliran energi yang diperlukan untuk mengubah air menjadi uap panas adalah 73,55802 MW dan laju aliran energi gas buang HRSG adalah 118,3423 MW, sehingga efisiensi HRSG optimal adalah 62,16%. Efisiensi HRSG dapat menurun akibat kondisi kurang baik pada dinding HRSG, penyumbatan pada pipa-pipa HRSG, dan korosi akibat pengendapan sulfur.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the problems faced in learning Social Sciences (IPS) at UPTD SD Negeri 18 Peusangan. Based on initial observations, it was found that students' low interest and understanding of social studies subjects was influenced by the dominant learning method using lectures, limited learning media, and the lack of relevance of the material to students' lives. Apart from that, limited teacher competence in using technology and applying innovative methods is also a factor that contributes to this problem. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and analysis of student learning outcomes. The research results show that students are less motivated and passive during social studies learning because the method tends to be monotonous and the material is not linked to everyday experiences. Learning media that is limited to textbooks makes learning less interesting for students. The low scores on student learning outcomes indicate that they have difficulty understanding social studies material in depth. Solutions are needed in the form of implementing more interactive learning methods, using simple visual or digital media, and training for teachers in the use of technology and student-based learning methods.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation strategies of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach in elementary mathematics education. Using a qualitative case study design, the research examines how teachers integrate technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge in mathematics instruction. The study focuses on a sixth-grade teacher from a public elementary school in City X, selected based on their competency in educational technology. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and analysis of teaching documents. Findings reveal that the TPACK strategy is implemented through three key aspects: (1) selection of relevant digital media, (2) development of technology-based interactive learning methods, and (3) design of activities connecting mathematical concepts to real-life contexts. The study identifies two critical success factors: teachers' ability to adapt to students' needs and their technological proficiency. The research concludes that the TPACK approach can enhance mathematics learning effectiveness in elementary schools when supported by continuous teacher training and adequate technological infrastructure. These findings contribute to understanding how technology integration can optimize pedagogical practices in basic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) guru serta hubungannya dengan kualitas pengajaran di TK Fatih T. Nyak Arief Bilingual School Banda Aceh. Fokus kajian ini adalah pada bagaimana penguasaan TIK oleh guru mendukung inovasi dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki kompetensi dasar TIK yang cukup baik, terutama dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dan platform daring. Penggunaan TIK terbukti meningkatkan partisipasi anak, memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, serta mendorong kreativitas guru dalam merancang materi ajar. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan pelatihan lanjutan dan fasilitas pendukung. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi TIK secara berkelanjutan guna mendorong kualitas dan inovasi dalam pengajaran PAUD di era digital.
