Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention of determining the influence of product quality, customer experience and perceived price suitability on repurchase interest in Scarlett skin care products. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique which was chosen because the researcher used his own judgment in selecting members of the population who were deemed able to provide information. The number of samples used in this research was 148 respondents. The results of the research were collected through questionnaires which were processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data quality test in this research is the validity test, reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the classical assumption, use the normality test and multicollinearity test. To test the hypothesis, use multiple linear regression, t test, goodness of fit test (f test) and coefficient of determination (R2 test ) . The results of this research show that product quality, customer experience and perceived price suitability have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Scarlett skin care products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity dimensions on repurchase intention of Scarlett skincare products in Bengkayang. The dimensions of brand equity studied include brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty, and other brand assets such as product distribution channels. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have used Scarlett products at least once. There are 200 respondents who have participated to fill out the questionnaire, but only 159 respondents were distributed in this study. The results showed that the variables of brand association, brand loyalty and other brand assets have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. In contrast, the variables of brand awareness and perceived quality show a negative and significant effect. These results indicate that good management of the dimensions of brand equity can increase consumer repurchase interest in Scarlett products. This study suggests adding other variables in future research to gain a deeper understanding.

Abstract

The circular economy represents a groundbreaking economic model that transforming waste into valuable products, potentially benefiting regional and national economies. This research explores the correlation between household waste management and its impact on environmental degradation and public health. Employing the System Dynamics method, the study delves into the intricacies of real-world system behavior, examining causal links and interrelationships within a system of interconnected sub-systems. Utilizing mental data, including scientific publications, mass media news, and expert opinions, alongside quantitative time series, the research focuses on the limitations of household waste management in addressing air and water pollution, posing potential health risks. Findings indicate a connection between population growth and increased waste generation, predominantly from residential sources. Unmanaged waste creation threatens air and water quality, emphasizing the importance of waste management in minimizing pollutants for improved public health. Aligning with the circular economy's 3R concept, effective waste management not only mitigates environmental impact but also holds the potential to enhance income generation. The circular economy's recycling and green entrepreneurship promotion can stimulate investments, fostering job creation. Collaborative efforts between governments and business owners can further support distribution and marketing channels, encouraging local self-sufficiency

Abstract

The circular economy is an innovative economic model that converts waste into valuable products, while offering substantial benefits for both regional and national economies. This study investigated how the household waste management practices affected environmental degradation and public health using the System Dynamics technique. The study drew on various sources, including mass media, expert opinions, time series data, and scientific publications, to assess the effect of waste on water, air, and public health quality. The findings indicated a link between population growth and the increased waste generation, particularly from the domestic sources. The unmanaged waste poses a threat to air and water quality, while highlighting the need for an improved waste management. A 3R approach (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) in the circular economy offers clear environmental and economic benefits, such as the reduced environmental impact, the increased income generation, and the enhanced investment and job creation. Additionally, the circular economy promotes the recycling and green entrepreneurship, while boosting investment and job creation. Collaboration between governments and business owners strengthens local distribution and marketing, enhancing local self-sufficiency. In summary, the adoption of a circular economic model offers substantial and wide-ranging benefits for economies at both the regional and national levels.    JEL Classification: K32; O44; Q50

Abstract

The purpose of this service is; 1) Providing insight and understanding to Kemayo Shop Owners regarding management through the ILO Score Module, 2) Implementing and planning the 3K module, and 3) Creating Promotions on Google Maps by uploading photos of Kemayo shop locations. The methods used in the ILO SCORE module are 5S, K3 and Promotion. The results of this activity have succeeded in implementing the 5S Module, K3 Module and Promotional Module for the Kemayo Bengkayang Grocery Store. The Kemayo grocery store is one of the MSMEs in Bengkayang. The Kemayo Shop was founded in 1995. There are several problems that exist in the MSME Kemayo Shop, including the environment in the Kemayo Shop area which is still not clean and there is no social media. This is due to limited understanding in managing MSMEs which makes it difficult for shop owners to manage the shop. Therefore, it is necessary to empower MSMEs through assistance in order to improve the welfare of MSMEs in Bengkayang Regency based on the ILO Score Module.

Abstract

Nur Bakso merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada dikota Bengkayang. Berdasarkan Modul ILO SCORE penelitian ini betujuan untuk menerapkan modul-modul yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan UMKM., terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada pada Nur Bakso diantaranya adalah area kerja yang kurang bersih, tata letak barang, dan kurangnya kedisiplinan waktu. Dan hal ini menjadi permasalahan bagi pemilik UMKM serta pelanggan yang datang di Nur Bakso. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengatasi dan menyeesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Modul ILO SCORE memiliki tujuan yang positif bagi usaha Nur Bakso ini dinataranya adalah : 1) peningkatan kualitas suatu produk, 2)5S tataletak, 3)meningkatkan kedisplinan waktu pada karyawan dan, 4)K3Hygiene. Dengan adanya Modul ILO SCORE diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di UMKM Nur Bakso Bengkayang. Serta mampu membantu pemilik UMKM untuk meningkatkan kesejateraan bagi seluruh karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to review the historical journey, core principles, organizational structure, and member development of one of its branches, namely in Bengkayang Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, conducted through a literature review of CUKB's internal documents from the year 2025. The findings show that CUKB has not only survived various challenges, including a fire tragedy, but has also succeeded in expanding its reach and strengthening public trust. Guided by the principles of solidarity, social responsibility, and sound governance, CUKB has become a relevant credit union model for community economic development. This article also examines CUKB's internal strategies in maintaining its existence through risk management, member empowerment, and the strengthening of cooperative values amidst the pressures from conventional financial institutions. In the local context of West Kalimantan, CUKB demonstrates that the spirit of mutual cooperation and solidarity remains a key strength in building community based economic resilience

Abstract

Abstrak harus dalam teks miring yang sepenuhnya dapat diterima, di bagian atas makalah dengan satu kolom seperti di sini, di bawah informasi penulis. Gunakan kata "Abstrak" sebagai judul, dalam 10 poin Times, huruf tebal, kiri relatif terhadap kolom, awalnya menggunakan huruf kapital. Abstraknya harus dalam tipe 9 titik, spasi tunggal, dan panjang hingga 200 kata dengan tiga hingga enam kata kunci yang terkait dengan artikel Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Cafe Play Ground, sebuah UMKM yang terletak di wilayah perbatasan Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. Pendekatan etnografi digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan persepsi para karyawan serta pemilik usaha dalam konteks kerja sehari-hari. Hasil observasi dan wawancara mendalam menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak hanya didorong oleh faktor ekonomi, tetapi juga oleh nilai-nilai sosial dan rasa yang dimilikinya terhadap tempat kerja. Disiplin kerja, meskipun tidak formal dan hirarkis, dijaga melalui kesadaran kolektif dan pendekatan kekeluargaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi antara motivasi intrinsik, insentif sosial, dan budaya kerja yang terbuka dapat membentuk kinerja karyawan yang stabil dan produktif di sektor perbatasan UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Cafe Bukit Senyum, Kabupaten Bengkayang, dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif. Analisis SWOT diterapkan untuk memetakan faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi operasional kafe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekuatan utama Cafe Bukit Senyum terletak pada konsep unik, penawaran menu tradisional, dan lokasi yang strategis. Namun, beberapa kelemahan signifikan teridentifikasi, seperti ketiadaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), minimnya program pelatihan bagi SDM, dan sistem promosi yang masih terbatas. Peluang eksternal muncul dari meningkatnya tren kuliner lokal dan adanya dukungan pemerintah terhadap UMKM. Sementara itu, ancaman utama berasal dari persaingan usaha yang ketat, perubahan selera konsumen, serta keterbatasan SDM yang kompeten. Berdasarkan analisis matriks TOWS, dirumuskan rekomendasi strategis yang berfokus pada penyusunan SOP, penyelenggaraan pelatihan layanan secara rutin, serta optimalisasi promosi melalui media sosial. Temuan ini berkontribusi sebagai rujukan praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun strategi pengembangan SDM yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan industri kosmetik di Indonesia yang mengalami perkembangan signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang produk Wardah di Kabupaten Bengkayang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian konfirmatori yang mengguanakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh masyarakat di Kabupaten Bengkayang yang sudah pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk Wardah minimal 1 kali. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 124 responden yang telah berpartisipasi mengisi kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.
