Public service is a responsibility that governments must render to their people, as efforts of the state to meet the needs of its citizens and the rights of their citizens. One form of public service required by governments in services is the provision of public transportation. But with the rapid advance in information technology in the globalization, transport services have emerged from many types, one of which is online-based transportation. However, the high interest the city of Banda Aceh on online transportation has led to a conflict between online transportation and conventional transport, using this type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. The results of this study suggest that the role of the ministry of decommissioning today in addressing the conflict between transportation online and conventional transport has not yet been established by the city Dinas Perhubungan Banda Aceh in regulating the smooth operation of both transports and the lack of the same facilities provided for them. As for the mediation strategy, the negotiations between the two transport groups have also not been carried out by the city's Banda Aceh Dinas Perhubungan which is aimed at resolving the conflict between the two.

This paper analyzed how several mosques as a public space are not friendly to one gender group. Mosques as public spaces should be accessible to everyone and must accommodate the needs of all gender groups. This study seeks to see how the spatial arrangement that is not friendly to women impacts the comfort of women to worship in the mosque. In addition, this study also tries to analyze mosques in Banda Aceh, which are considered gender-responsive. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and uses gender planning theory as an analytical tool. This study found several findings. First, the comfort and discomfort related to the arrangement of space and facilities are experienced by female congregations and male congregations. Second, assumptions that affect spatial planning and facilities have discriminated against one gender group. Third, mosques in Aceh are generally intended for men; this results in the layout of the mosque not accommodating the needs of women.

All public spaces, including mosques, should be accessible to everyone and must accommodate the needs of all gender groups. This paper analyzes several mosques in Aceh which are considered unfriendly to one gender and several mosques which are considered gender responsive and their impact on the convenience of women to worship in the mosque. This study used a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and gender planning theory as an analytical tool. This study found several findings. Second, spatial planning and facilities have discriminated against one gender group. Third, mosques in Aceh are generally reserved for men. This resulted in the layout of the mosque not accommodating the needs of women. Therefore, this study recommends that all public spaces, especially mosques, must be designed as gender-friendly buildings, accommodating all needs for worship for both men and women, parents and children, without reducing the value and spatial aspects of the mosque building.

In order to implement educational policies during the Covid-19 emergency period, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia released Circular Letter 4 of 2020 on March 24, 2020. Universitas Islam Negeri-Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh has also been affected by Covid-19, and they have decided that all academic activities and faculty services be completed online by all students. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of student academic services during Covid-19 and the factors that hinder and facilitate that effectiveness. In this study, we used a descriptive qualitative methodology with in-depth interviews conducted with the purposively selected informants. The findings demonstrated that, despite the availability of online resources, the effectiveness of student academic services during the Covid-19 pandemic was still insufficient. Goal attainment, integrity, and adaptation are three examples of service effectiveness metrics that have not been met. Despite this, service providers continue to work on enhancing their offerings, particularly in light of the Covid-19 outbreak.
