Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of advances in digital application-based technology on work quality through employee work effectiveness at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Main Unit. In the research, the variables used are advances in technology based on digital applications as the independent variable, work quality as the dependent variable and work effectiveness as the intervening variable.The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation, with a total sample of 135 respondents.. In this study using SPSS 26 software as a data analysis technique. The results showed that advances in digital application-based technology had a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, advances in digital application-based technology had a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on work quality, and advances in digital application-based technology had a positive and significant effect on work quality through employee work effectiveness Keywords: Advances in Digital Application-Based Technology, Quality of Work, Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer bonding dan customer relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan pengukuran menggunakan rumus Hair, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden. Objek penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan atau nasabah bank BNI Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS versi 4.0 for windows, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan Customer Bonding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Customer Relationship Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Customer Bonding berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Customer Relationship Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh Customer Bonding terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BNI Kota Makassar, Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh Customer Relationship Marketing terhadap Loyalitas BNI Kota Makassar. Abstract

Business has an important role in the economic sustainability of society in Indonesia, especially in Makassar City. With business, it is hoped that it will be able to make the economic cycle better. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of online marketing on the marketing performance of restaurant (bistro) businesses in Makassar City, to determine the influence of market orientation on the marketing performance of restaurant (bistro) businesses in Makassar City, to determine the influence of Product Innovation Moderating Online Marketing on Marketing Performance restaurant (bistro) business in Makassar City and to determine the influence of Product Innovation in moderating Market Orientation on Marketing Performance of restaurant (bistro) businesses in Makassar City. This research is a type of associative research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 120 respondents. The sample in this research uses the Hair formula with the research location being the restaurant business in Makassar City. The method for calculating the sample size is technical purposive sampling for restaurant businesses in Makassar City with certain criteria. Data processing is assisted by using SmartPLS software. The results of this research show that online marketing has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, product innovation moderates online marketing on marketing performance, product innovation moderates market orientation on marketing performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of just in time implementation, total quality management and information technology on operational performance at the Takalar sugar factory. This research uses primary data and secondary data, the sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling using simple random sampling and using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 127 respondents in this research. The type of research used is quantitative research. In this research, it uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0 for Windows as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the implementation of just in time has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, the implementation of total quality management has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, the implementation of information technology has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, and the implementation of just in time, total quality Management and information technology have a simultaneous influence on operational performance at the Takalar sugar factory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in workload between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, differences in work stress between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, and differences in performance between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with a comparative/comparative research approach. The instrument in this study is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is the independent sample t-test processed using the SPSS 29.0 for windows program. The results of the two independent sample t-test are that there are differences in workload between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, there are differences in work stress between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, and there is no difference in employee performance between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganlisis pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada kantor BPPW Sulsel.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140  pegawai kantor BPPW Sulsel, denga penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linear berganga, dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan progam pengolah data yaitu SPSS 20. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi,lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai malalui motivasi.   Kata kunci: Komunikasi; lingkungan kerja; motivasi; kinerja pegawai
