The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant relationship between selfadjustment and culture shock. The number of samples used is 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in thisstudy was purposive incidental sampling. Measuring instruments used were culture shock scale questionnaire 32items and adjustment items scale 59 items. Data were analyzed using product moment analysis. The analysisshows the value (rxy) = -0.652 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning that there is a negative relationship betweenadjustment and culture shock ie the lower the level of adjustment, the higher the level of culture shock in NTTstudents in the early semester in Wijaya Putra University.

The data collection tool was in the form of a questionnaire in the form of google form consisting of 41 items of psychological well being statements and 47 items of prosocial behavior statements. Data analysis was performed using Pearson's product moment correlation statistical technique, with the help of SPSS for Windows Ver 2.1. From the results of the research analysis, the correlation value between psychological well being and prosocial behavior was 0.517 and p was 0.197 with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000. Compared with the significance level of 0.05 (5%), the sig (2-tailed) value is smaller, which means that there is a relationship between psychological well being (X) and prosocial behavior (Y) in early adult individuals in West Surabaya.

Women have a dual role as wives and mothers in the household, but many also work. This condition causes women to face multiple roles and work stress that affects their performance. This study aims to examine the effect of multiple role conflict and work stress on the performance of female employees at CV. Electric Steel Light. The research subjects consisted of 84 married female employees, selected by purposive sampling method. Data is collected through a questionnaire that measures multiple role conflict, job stress, and work performance. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS for Windows 16.0 program. The results showed that the p-value = 0.000 <0.05, which indicates a significant influence between multiple role conflict and work stress on the performance of female employees at CV. Electric Steel Light. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.25 indicates that multiple role conflict and stress contribute 25% to work performance, while the remaining 75% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on calculations, the effective contribution of multiple role conflict to work performance is 8.14%, while the effective contribution of work stress is 16.83%. Abstract

Time management that is less effective and efficient in the learning process is one of the problems that students often experience. It is like doing fun habits or activities with friends so they ignore the assignments given, low student interest in doing teacher assignments, resulting in delaying time to do assignments known as procrastination. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of peer conformity with academic procrastination in Muhammadiyah 14 Surabaya Junior High School students. The research subjects consisted of 42 male students and 48 female students, using the incidental method. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring peer conformity, and academic procrastination. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows programme. The hypothesis results showed that p-value=0.008<0.05, which indicates the influence of peer conformity with academic procrastination. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.008 shows that peer conformity has a weak effect of 0.008%, while the remaining 0.092% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. the conclusion, peer conformity has a low effect on academic procrastination 0.008%, this is because there are other factors that influence academic procrastination besides peer conformity and can be used as a study for further researchers.
