Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong Bertambahnya keikutsertaan Generasi Z terhadap kegiatan investasi, terutama di wilayah perkotaan seperti Kota Denpasar. Meskipun tingkat inklusi keuangan di kalangan generasi muda relatif tinggi, hal tersebut belum sepenuhnya diimbangi oleh literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan, dan pengelolaan gaya hidup yang memadai, sehingga berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas keputusan investasi yang diambil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan, serta gaya hidup terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Kota Denpasar. Studi ini menggunakan metode survei yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari penduduk Kota Denpasar dari Generasi Z yang sudah familiar atau pernah melakukan investasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data guna menentukan bagaimana setiap variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pilihan investasi Generasi Z di Kota Denpasar dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh literasi keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik mendorong pilihan investasi yang lebih rasional, seperti yang terlihat dari dampak yang positif dan signifikan yang ditimbulkan oleh perilaku keuangan terhadap pilihan investasi. Di sisi lain, gaya hidup memiliki dampak besar terhadap pilihan keuangan ; Generasi Z cenderung kurang membuat pilihan investasi yang bijaksana jika mereka menjalani gaya hidup konsumtif.

Abstract

A firm's optimal firm value can attract potential funding sources, such as investors. Firm value is defined as the performance of a company, which has the capacity to influence investors' perceptions regarding the allocation of investment funds in a company. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value among food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study consists of food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 period, with a total population of 93 companies. The sample size was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 17 companies meeting the criteria for inclusion in this study, with a total of 85 observation data points. The data analysis techniques employed in this study encompass classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, the Y-test, and the t-test. The findings of the study suggest a positive and significant relationship between profitability and firm value. Investment decisions do not exert a substantial influence on firm value. The dividend policy of a firm can exert a deleterious effect on the firm's value.

Abstract

The company's value is crucial as it reflects the company's performance, which can influence investors' perception of the company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, company size, liquidity, and managerial ownership on company value in the automotive and component manufacturing sub-sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the years 2017-2021. The population in this study consists of manufacturing companies listed on IDX from 2017 to 2021, totaling 13 companies, with a sample size of 12 companies selected through purposive sampling method. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the factors influencing company value. The results reveal that profitability and managerial ownership have a positive and significant impact on company value, while company size has no significant effect. Interestingly, liquidity exhibits a negative and significant relationship with company value.  These findings suggest potentially important areas for future research. Expanding the study to include additional variables, such as leverage, capital structure, and dividend policies, could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the determinants of company value.

Abstract

Community health center is a community that has a vital role in the growth of human resources. If health services are low, it will greatly affect all sectors of community growth, including the economy in the area. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of psychological workload and work culture on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. The population is all employees of the UPTD Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Klungkung with total of 78 people. The analysis technique used is SEM–PLS. The research results show that psychological workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work culture has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, psychological workload has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that community health centers must continue to improve the performance and satisfaction of their employees so that employees can provide excellent service to the community.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini yang dilaksanakan di Lasanti Villas Seminyak bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan karyawan Front Office melalui pelatihan service excellent serta pembaruan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya kualitas pelayanan dalam industri hospitality yang sangat bergantung pada kinerja karyawan, khususnya pada bagian Front Office sebagai garda terdepan dalam berinteraksi dengan tamu. Namun, masih ditemukan permasalahan seperti belum optimalnya penerapan service excellent serta belum adanya Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang terstruktur, sehingga mempengaruhi konsistensi pelayanan dan kepuasan tamu di Lasanti Villas Seminyak. Program ini dilaksanakan selama 35 hari dengan berbagai kegiatan yang meliputi observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pembaruan SOP, pelatihan service ecxellent, membuat form fedback tamu dan review serta memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang sudah memenuhi standar service excellent. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang profesional, tersusunnya SOP Front Office yang lebih terstruktur, serta meningkatnya kepuasan tamu yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan review pada platform online. Seluruh program kerja yang direncanakan dapat terlaksana dengan baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 100%. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan secara berkelanjutan serta memperkuat daya saing usaha di bidang hospitality.
