Abstract

Dalam mencapai kinerja karyawan, Kepemimpin mempengaruhi bawahan dan bawahan dapat mempengaruhi pemimpin dan Iklim organisasi mempengaruhi praktik kebijakan SDM yang diterima oleh anggota organisasi. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam persaingan di era global, sehingga harus berfikir bagaimana menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas dan memiliki keterampilan serta berdaya saing yang tinggi dalam persaingan. Dalam globalisasi yang menyangkut hubungan intraregional dan internasional akan terjadi persaingan antar negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Tirta Taman Bali (NONMIN). Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling aksidental. Pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner diberi bobot dengan menggunakan skala likert. Jawaban responden diuji dengan Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas. Model uji yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda yang didahului oleh Uji Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan, Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The concept of company value emerges as a pivotal factor that investors must consider prior to making investment decisions concerning a particular company. The average company value or Price Book Value (PBV) has been observed to undergo a persistent decline from 2020 to 2023. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of company size, profitability, and liquidity on company value in banking sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The population for this study comprised all banking companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2023, a total of 47 entities. The purposive sampling method was employed to ascertain the sample size, which resulted in a total of 30 companies and 120 observations over a period of four years. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the research data. The findings of this study indicated that the size of the company does not exert any influence on the value of banking sub-sector companies that are listed on the IDX. The findings of this study demonstrate that profitability exerts a positive and significant effect on the value of banking sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The findings of this study demonstrate that liquidity exerts a positive and significant effect on the value of banking sub-sector companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

Transportasi adalah salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam keseharian masyarakat untuk berpergian. Salah satu transportasi yang mudah digunakan adalah sepeda motor. Hal ini membuat melonjaknya kebutuhan sepeda motor sehingga memerlukan banyak tempat service untuk memunuhi kebutuhan service motor masyarakat. Salah satu dealer yang ramai di kunjungi adalah PT. Astra Motor Ubud. PT. Astra Motor Ubud melayani service sepeda motor masyarakat lokal maupun wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Ubud atau melewati Ubud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi terhahap kepuasaan pelanggan di PT. Astra Motor Ubud. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen service yang berjumlah 98 orang. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian adalah persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan di PT. Astra Motor Ubud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dilakukan pada CV. Mutiara Permai Cantika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Mutiara Permai Cantika yang berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik Sampling Jenuh, dimana semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Mutiara Permai Cantika. Hal ini berarti bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada CV. Mutiara Permai Cantika. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Mutiara Permai Cantika. Abstract

Keputusan pembelian konsumen merupakan bagian dari perilaku konsumen yaitu studi tentang bagaimana individu, kelompok, dan organisasi memilih, membeli, menggunakan, dan bagaimana barang, jasa, ide atau pengalaman untuk memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka. Sehingga membentuk sikap pada konsumen untuk mengolah segala informasi dan mengambil kesimpulan berupa respons yang muncul produk apa yang akan dibeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis electronic marketing, electronic word of mouth, dan electronic trust terhadap keputusan pembeli pada aplikasi Instagram bisnis di kota Denpasar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode Snowball Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa electronic marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembeli pada aplikasi Instagram bisnis di kota Denpasar. Sedangkan electronic word of mouth, dan electronic trust berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembeli pada aplikasi Instagram bisnis di kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengguna Instagram Bisnis untuk berbelanja.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector in Indonesia has great growth potential and is a prime choice for investors. However, this sector faces economic challenges and intense competition, making profitability an important indicator for attracting investment. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The research population includes all property and real estate companies listed on the IDX during that period, with purposive sampling techniques resulting in 20 companies meeting the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a positive and significant effect, while company size does not have a significant effect on Profitability.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical sector plays a crucial role in health reform. Health issues are closely related to the availability of medicines. The pharmaceutical industry is part of the sector that plays an important role in the availability of various health products that support human quality of life. This study aims to explain the effect of liquidity, company size, profitability, and asset structure on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2023. The researchers used 11 pharmaceutical companies as the population, which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used by the researchers included classical assumption tests, t-tests, descriptive statistics, F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study show that profitability and company size do not significantly affect capital structure, while asset structure and liquidity in the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX have a significant negative effect. Suggestions for further research include developing this study by adding other variables.

Abstract

In general, companies are established with specific objectives, one of which is to increase company value as a long-term goal. High company value can be beneficial for the company and its shareholders. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on company value in technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The population of this study consists of all technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 19 technology companies, bringing the total sample size to 57. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a significant positive effect on company value, while capital structure has no effect on company value in technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022.

Abstract

Good performance will enable the company to achieve the goals that have been determined. The study aims to analyze the influence of work life balance and internal communication on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as mediation at PT Royal Express Indonesia. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT Royal Express Indonesia as many as 40 respondents who were determined using census techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using partial least square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Royal Express Indonesia, internal communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Royal Express Indonesia, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Royal Express Indonesia, internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Royal Express Indonesia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Royal Express Indonesia, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediation at PT Royal Express Indonesia and internal communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as mediation at PT Royal Express Indonesia.

Abstract

Financial sustainability is an important aspect for companies to maintain operational continuity, optimize resource management, and achieve long-term organizational objectives. This study examines the effect of employees’ financial literacy and financial compliance on financial sustainability, with internal control as a mediating variable at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera, Balinusra Region. The study addresses the need to strengthen financial sustainability by integrating employees’ financial capabilities, compliance with financial regulations, and effective internal control mechanisms. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed to examine the causal relationships among the research variables. Data were collected from 200 respondents using a saturated sampling technique and a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that financial literacy and financial compliance have positive and significant effects on internal control. Furthermore, financial literacy, financial compliance, and internal control positively and significantly affect financial sustainability. Internal control also partially mediates the effects of financial literacy and financial compliance on financial sustainability. The R-square values of 0.682 for internal control and 0.698 for financial sustainability indicate that the model adequately explains variations in the endogenous constructs. These findings confirm that financial sustainability requires integrated improvements in financial literacy, compliance, and internal control.
