Abstract

Background: Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CLE) is a diverse group of autoimmune connective tissue disorders localised to the skin that can be associated with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Chronicity and recurrency of this disease can cause a significant reduction in worker productivity, absenteeism and medical expensesObjective: To identify Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus in welder is an occupational diseases or work aggravated diseases which will be implemented through seven step of ocupational disease.Case Presentation: A 42-year-old patient came with complaints of red patches on the face, scalp, and hands since 3 months ago. the patient was previously treated at an internal medicine polyclinic and was diagnosed with SLE. The patient was then referred to the dermatology department of allergy and immunology and was diagnosed with acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus.Discussion: According to the PERDOKI’s seven step guideline to diagnosis occupational disease, in this patient is declared as work aggravated disease. UV light is a major environmental triggering or precipitating factor in cutaneous lupus erythematosus(LE). Avoiding or reducing UV light exposure from the sun and from work are essential to prevent recurrence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL), Total Quality Management (TQM), dan Reward System terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tekpak Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dibagikan kepada 90 responden yang merupakan sebagian karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif statistik yang membuat pernyataan di google form dan menyebarkannya kepada 90 karyawan di PT Tekpak Indonesia. Kemudian data ini akan diolah menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 22, peneliti menggunakan 9 pengujian diantaranya adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji f, uji t, uji linear berganda, uji heteroskedstisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji koefisien determinasi. The reason of this consider is to look at how worker execution at PT Tekpak Indonesia is affected by the Quality of Work Life (QWL), Add up to Quality Administration (TQM), and Compensate Framework. Abstract

The amount of coffee husk waste has the potential as a pollutant in the environment if it is not managed properly. Making compost made from coffee husk as organic fertilizer is an effort that can be done to reduce the impact caused by coffee husk waste and at the same time as an effort to improve soil quality. This socialization activity aims to provide awareness and understanding of the impact of coffee skin waste and at the same time how to utilize the waste. This activity was carried out in the Social Forestry Business group (KUPS) Register Lima in Tebat Pulau Village, Bermani ulu sub-district, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. Methods of counseling and interactive discussions through the zoom meeting application. After this socialization activity was carried out, there was an increase in public awareness and understanding regarding the use of leather waste in improving soil quality.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan sektor yang potensial yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai salah satu pendapatan di suatu darah. Peminat wisatawan terhadap agrowisata cukup besar, terutama wisatawan manca negara yang ingin menikmati keindahan alam dan budaya Indonesia. Agrowisaya yang merupakan bentuk kegiatan kepariwisataan yang memanfaatkan sektor pertanian sebagai objek wisatanya sangat sesuai untuk menjadi suatu produk baru di bidang pariwisata. Salah satu agrowisata potensial adalah taman bunga Jang Smulen Florist merupakan agrowisata yang terletak di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan strategi pengembangan agrowisata taman bunga Jang Smulen. Perumusan strategi tersebut didapat dari mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal apa saja yang mempengaruhi agrowisata taman bunga Jang Smulen Florist melalui prilaku pengunjung menurut bauran pemasaran (tempat, harga, promosi, bukti fisik, orang, dan proses). Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penentuan responden menggunakan teknik purposive dengan metode sampel tidak sengaja. Berdasarkan data survey yang telah dilakukan akan menghasilkan data faktor internal dan eksternal dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT dalam penentuan strategi pengembangan. Terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan. Strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah dengan membuat event diwaktu strategis, pengaturan kembali komposisi dan letak tanaman bunga, menambah dan memperbaiki fasilitas penunjang lainnya produk wisata yang ditawarkan, dan menyediakan paket layanan pada pengunjung dan berbagai macam produk olahan pertanian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi digital terhadap pemikiran Islam kontemporer dan praktik keagamaan di kalangan anak muda generasi Z (Gen-Z). Penelitian mixed method dilakukan kepada 264 mahasiswa di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Garut pada Fakultas Pendidikan Islam dan Keguruan. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket lima skala berkaitan dengan pemikiran Islam kontemporer, praktik keagamaan, dan keduanya. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepada lima orang mahasiswa yang diambil dari responden yang terlibat. Analisis data menggunakan desain triangulasi dengan interpretasi berdasarkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada mahasiswa dari enam program studi kependidikan pada tahun akademik 2023/2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif teknologi digital sebesar 56,29% terhadap pemikiran Islam kontemporer Gen-Z, pengaruh positif sebesar 50,23% terhadap praktik keagamaan Gen-Z, serta pengaruh positif sebesar 51,48% terhadap pemikiran dan praktik keagamaan Gen-Z. Berdasarkan hasil ini terdapat potensi untuk penelitian berikutnya dalam mengembangkan teknologi digital di bidang keagamaan dan pendidikan islam.

Abstract

Active learning is a crucial approach for creating dynamic and application-oriented learning environments. One relevant active learning method in Tourism Geography is the field study. This article aims to analyze the implementation of field study as an active learning strategy to enhance students’ understanding and engagement. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study involved 30 students and one course instructor in a field activity at Rumah Pohon Waai, Central Maluku, Indonesia. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires, tests, and evaluations of final reports, while qualitative data were obtained through observations, interviews, and student reflections. The findings indicate that the field study significantly improved conceptual understanding, analytical skills, as well as students’ motivation and participation in the Tourism Geography course. The article recommends broader adoption of field studies within experiential learning practices in higher education.

Abstract

Bullying among junior high school students is a significant issue that disrupts psychosocial development and the learning process. This community engagement initiative focuses on empowering students at SMPN 1 Cikembar, Sukabumi Regency, through anti-bullying education grounded in Islamic values to prevent aggressive behavior and foster a harmonious school environment. The objective is to enhance the awareness of ninth-grade students regarding the adverse impacts of bullying and to instill values such as rahmah (compassion) and ukhuwah (brotherhood) as the foundation for social behavior. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, this initiative involved 350 students in a one-hour socialization session facilitated by students of Islamic Education (PAI). Interactive methods, including group discussions, role-plays, and in-depth interviews, were utilized for data collection, which were subsequently analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate a significant increase in students’ understanding of bullying, from 20% to 75%, with 65% of students actively participating in discussions. A 30% reduction in verbal conflicts was observed within one week post-session. The Islamic values-based approach proved effective in enhancing empathy, although time constraints limited long-term behavioral internalization. This engagement lays the foundation for sustainable anti-bullying programs, with recommendations for follow-up sessions and the integration of religious values into the school curriculum. The initiative contributes to fostering inclusive character development among adolescents and creating a safe school environment in rural settings.

Abstract

Budaya riset yang berintegritas sangat penting untuk menjamin kredibilitas ilmu pengetahuan dan akuntabilitas akademik. Namun, tekanan publikasi dan kemajuan teknologi digital meningkatkan risiko pelanggaran etika seperti plagiarisme, fabrikasi data, dan penyimpangan metodologis. Studi ini bertujuan mengkaji keterkaitan antara etika penelitian, integritas akademik, dan metodologi ilmiah sebagai pilar utama pembentukan budaya riset berintegritas. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review naratif dengan menganalisis publikasi ilmiah sepuluh tahun terakhir melalui pendekatan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa etika penelitian memberikan landasan moral, integritas akademik membentuk komitmen pada kejujuran ilmiah, dan metodologi ilmiah memastikan proses riset yang sahih dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Ketiga aspek tersebut saling menopang, sehingga kelemahan pada satu aspek dapat memicu pelanggaran integritas riset. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi komprehensif seperti penguatan pendidikan etika, kebijakan institusional yang tegas, serta pemanfaatan pengawasan berbasis teknologi untuk mewujudkan budaya riset yang berkelanjutan dan bermartabat.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines teachers' digital competence in the technological era, its relevance to professional and educational contexts, and implications for educational development. Method: This research adopts a phenomenological approach to investigate and articulate the lived experiences of teachers regarding their digital competence in the era of technology. Result: The findings highlight four key dimensions of digital competence: (1) technological awareness, emphasizing the importance of technology in modern learning; (2) technical skills, encompassing mastery of digital tools and platforms; (3) digital collaboration, where informal learning enhances mutual support among teachers; and (4) adaptability, reflecting the ability to embrace new technologies. Novelty: A key novel finding is the critical role of informal learning in the workplace, which significantly contributes to enhancing teachers' digital competence. Effective strategies include continuous learning with mentorship, social support from colleagues and family, and leveraging digital media as a learning resource. Best practices such as workplace collaboration and family-supported learning foster holistic digital literacy development. Intrinsic motivation also drives successful technology adoption. This study recommends a holistic approach to developing teachers' digital competence through ongoing training, social support systems, and integrated technology use. Strengthening digital competencies promotes workforce readiness, enhances teaching quality, and improves student learning outcomes. In the context of Education 4.0, this development is pivotal for educational transformation and preparing the younger generation to thrive in the digital era.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to map global trends in integrative learning models that combine numeracy literacy and character development, to provide in-depth insight into the contributions of existing research and the gaps that need to be addressed. Method: The method used is quantitative-based bibliometric analysis, with data collected from the Scopus database in the time period 2002–2024. Analysis was carried out using VOSviewer and R-Studio software to identify publication patterns, collaboration networks between authors and institutions, and dominant research themes. Results: The research results show a significant increase in related publications since 2016, with a peak in research activity in 2024. The main findings indicate that the topics of numeracy literacy and character development are increasingly gaining global attention, with the largest contributions coming from the fields of social sciences, computer science, and education. Co-occurrence analysis reveals that terms such as "e-learning," "digital literacy," and "project-based learning" are the main focus in the integration of numeracy literacy and character development. Novelty: The implication of this research is the need to develop evidence-based integrative learning models that can be adapted contextually to improve student learning outcomes holistically.
