Abstract

The delivery of engaging, creative, and informative information is crucial to ensuring educational material is well understood by readers, particularly students in schools. The objective of this community service initiative is to foster creativity and encourage innovation in graphic design among equivalent high school students in Banyumas Regency. Training sessions on the use of the Canva application were conducted for high school students, utilizing practical demonstrations in the laboratory facilities of Universitas Harapan Bangsa, as part of the themed campus branding event known as CSC Fusion Camp organized by the Computer Science Club's Student Activity Unit. The training curriculum encompassed account creation, template utilization, and element arrangement for slide production as instructional support. Results from these activities indicated that participants successfully applied what they learned directly from the training modules. An evaluation was conducted through questionnaires assessing the usability of Canva, clarity of the materials, and perceived benefits by the participants. It is anticipated that this training will enhance students' insights and knowledge in delivering engaging and comprehensible learning materials tailored to their needs. Recommendations for future implementations include the necessity for advanced training sessions to enable students to maximize their application of the knowledge gained from this training.

Abstract

Program Penjaringan dan Penyaringan Perangkat Desa (P3D) di dua desa yang berada di Kec. Lumbir bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan kualitas seleksi perangkat desa melalui inovasi berbasis teknologi. Program ini melibatkan 46 pendaftar, 21 anggota tim panitia, serta dukungan dari pemerintah desa, kecamatan, dan unsur keamanan. Inovasi utama dalam program ini adalah penerapan sistem Computer Based Test (CBT) dengan fitur live scoring, yang mencakup tiga aspek penilaian: ujian tulis (40%), praktik pengoperasian komputer (30%), dan wawancara kompetensi (30%). Hasil program menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 90%, yang mencerminkan efektivitas metode seleksi yang diterapkan. Kolaborasi multi-stakeholder dan penggunaan fasilitas laboratorium komputer universitas menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan program ini. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti adaptasi peserta terhadap sistem CBT dan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan berhasil diatasi melalui pelatihan dan penguatan komunikasi digital. Program ini menghasilkan template sistem seleksi digital yang dapat di replikasi di desa lain, peningkatan kapasitas panitia lokal, dan dokumentasi SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) yang terstandar. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan program meliputi peningkatan kapasitas SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia), pengembangan sistem evaluasi, dan replikasi program di desa lain. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model inovatif dalam rekrutmen perangkat desa yang lebih transparan dan profesional.

Abstract

Stunting remains a critical public health issue in Indonesia, with long-term consequences for children’s cognitive and physical development. This community engagement project aimed to strengthen early detection and prevention of stunting in Rancamaya Village, Cilongok, Banyumas, through the integration of grassroots health education and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The program involved midwives, Posyandu cadres, and youth from Karang Taruna in a series of educational sessions focused on nutrition, family planning, and child development. Participants were trained to use an AI-based mobile application designed to assist in identifying stunting risk using anthropometric data. The intervention resulted in improved community health literacy, greater responsiveness to early signs of malnutrition, and successful adoption of AI tools by local health workers. This initiative not only demonstrated the feasibility of deploying digital health technologies in rural settings but also underscored the importance of community-driven collaboration in addressing complex health challenges. The program presents a scalable model for similar contexts across Indonesia and beyond.

Abstract

Hoax merupakan tema yang mengundang perdebatan intens dalam ruang publik. Proses penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Dalam konteks pelatihan, peserta diharapkan untuk aktif berpartisipasi. Individu-individu peserta ini merupakan bagian dari generasi muda yang cerdas, menjalani pembelajaran di tingkat nasional dan internasional, dengan kemampuan luar biasa dalam mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan internet yang bertanggung jawab. Sebagai upaya awal dalam meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap masalah informasi hoax yang merajalela, penerapan etika dalam ranah maya harus diaktifkan. Mengingat media sosial mampu menyebarkan informasi dengan cepat, hal ini berpotensi memperbesar penyebaran informasi hoax. Akibatnya, banyak individu yang menerima informasi tersebut tanpa melakukan kajian lebih lanjut. Partisipasi dalam pemahaman Internet Sehat dan Aman (INSAN) dianggap sebagai taktik yang dapat diterapkan untuk menghadapi konsekuensi merugikan yang mungkin timbul dari penggunaan internet. Peran para akademisi, terutama yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tridharma perguruan tinggi, di mana salah satunya adalah pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan yang bersifat konstruktif, perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini terutama berlaku pada generasi muda, yang sebenarnya menjadi aset berharga bagi negara dan memerlukan perlindungan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease with a growing global prevalence, posing significant challenges for healthcare systems worldwide. Machine Learning (ML) offers promising solutions for early diagnosis and prediction by analyzing complex medical data efficiently. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA protocol to analyze 15 open-access articles published between 2022 and 2025 from the ScienceDirect database. These studies explore the use of various ML algorithms—including Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)—in diagnosing diabetes. The main objective is to evaluate the effectiveness, strengths, and limitations of each algorithm in clinical applications. The review highlights current trends, performance comparisons, and challenges in implementing ML models for diabetes diagnosis. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for researchers and practitioners aiming to develop more accurate, efficient, and applicable ML-based diagnostic systems for improved diabetes management and early intervention.

Abstract

The development of educational technology is growing rapidly, this is happening with the growing trend in the trend of online learning technology, mobile & multimedia. In the course of logic and program algorithm, students are introduced about the introduction of computer technology, in order to create a technology-based educational environment then made learning media introduction computer, made possible by the learning media, computer introduction, can help the learning process in the course of logic & programming algorithm.
