Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  (1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru biologi tentang Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri Kota Kendari, (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang hanya menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Fenomena yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini yaitu tentang kemampuan guru mata pelajaran biologi SMA Negeri Kota Kendari dalam menerapkan standar proses kurikulum 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik purpose sampling, yang merupakan pengambilan secara sengaja sesuai dengan persyaratan tertentu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu : (1) SMA Negeri 1 Kendari, (2) SMA Negeri 4 Kendari, (3) SMA Negeri 5 Kendari, (4) SMA Negeri 6 Kendari, dan (5) SMA Negeri 9 Kendari. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan melihat persentase rata-rata kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan RPP dan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan standar proses kurikulum 2013 sesuai dengan RPP yang telah disusun. Kompetensi guru mata pelajaran biologi di SMA Negeri kota Kendari jika dilihat dari kemampuan dalam penggunaan RPP kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran dalam ada tiga indikator dengan persentase rata-rata terendah adalah  penerapan model pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 80%, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dengan media pembelajaran dengan nilai 81%, dan penerapan strategi pembelajaran yaitu 83%. Untuk indikator tertinggi dalam penggunaan RPP kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran yaitu penyampaian kompetensi dan rencana kegiatan rata-rata 95%. Kata Kunci: standar proses, pembelajaran biologi, kurikulum 2013

Abstract

This research explores the cooperation of multiethnic communities and the formation of a farmer mentality in East Kolaka District, Southeast Sulawesi Province, in building food security.  The purpose of this study is to understand how the interaction between diverse ethnic groups in East Kolaka society affects the way farmers manage agricultural resources and shape their mentality regarding agriculture so as to realize food security. The cultural interaction among multi-ethnic communities serves as a collective strength in East Kolaka District to address food scarcity and to build a food security system, which has not been optimally examined and elucidated in previous studies. Using qualitative approach, data was collected using in-depth interview and observation. This study was conducted in East Kolaka District, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The total number of informants is fourteen, including rice farmers, community leaders, members of farmer groups, agricultural extension workers, and village and sub-district government officials. The study shows that various ethnic groups have unique agricultural practices, traditional techniques, and different local knowledge. The interaction between these groups has resulted in an exchange of knowledge and experience, which in turn affects the mentality of farmers positively in the face of environmental and social changes, and can build their food security and even surplus. These findings have important implications in efforts to improve food security and agricultural sustainability in East Kolaka, as well as encourage inter-ethnic cooperation in the context of agriculture. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexities of multi-ethnic societies and how interactions between these groups can shape peasant mentalities. The findings of this study can be an input for policymakers in designing more inclusive and sustainable strategies in agricultural resource management in similar regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan (1) sejarah Benteng Kontara Tangkombuno diPulau Wawonii, dan (2) fungsi pembangunan benteng tersebut pada masa lampau. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah, yang meliputi tahapan heuristik, kritik sumber,interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Benteng Kontara Tangkombunomerupakan benteng utama masyarakat etnis Wawonii yang dibangun dengan memanfaatkan konturalam serta susunan batu besar sebagai sarana pertahanan. Sejarah benteng terbagi dalam dua periode,yaitu masa praaksara dan masa kerajaan tradisional (Mokole). Di dalam area benteng terdapat GuaUpasi dan Gua Jin yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pertemuan, serta ditemukan tinggalan arkeologisseperti makam, sisa dapur, dan tengkorak manusia maupun hewan. Fungsi utama benteng ini adalahsebagai tempat perlindungan dari ancaman luar, termasuk dari kelompok bajak laut yang disebutberasal dari Tobelo. Meskipun secara geografis letak benteng tidak berada di bibir pantai, posisinyayang strategis di dataran tinggi memberikan perlindungan alami. Akses masyarakat ke pantai melaluialiran sungai yang cukup deras juga menunjukkan adaptasi lingkungan yang kompleks dankemampuan mereka mengelola medan untuk tetap terhubung dengan wilayah pesisir tanpamengorbankan aspek keamanan.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of enhancing the capacity of women weavers to support the development of the creative economy in Lanto Village, Mawasangka Tengah District, Central Buton Regency through motif design training. The background of this activity is based on the limited innovation in traditional weaving motifs, which tend to be repetitive and insufficiently represent the rich visual elements of the local environment. The method used was participatory, involving several stages: coordination and field survey, socialization and identification of natural potentials, motif design training, implementation of the designs into woven fabrics, and evaluation. The activity engaged 11 artisans from the Dasawisma Ar-Rahman group, with training conducted over five days, three hours per day. The results showed a significant improvement in design understanding and skills, and the successful creation of six new motifs, three of which were ready for application in woven products. The activity also fostered increased awareness and enthusiasm among the artisans to continue innovating. In conclusion, this training effectively empowered women weavers by strengthening creativity rooted in local wisdom, with strong potential to support cultural preservation and the development of the community-based creative economy.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Education learning at SMAN 1 Nunukan Selatan, Nunukan District, North Kalimantan Province. The objectives of the research are: 1) to understand how Islamic Education teachers implement the Merdeka Curriculum at SMAN 1 Nunukan Selatan, 2) to identify the challenges faced by teachers in implementing Islamic Education through the Merdeka Curriculum, and 3) to explore the solutions provided by teachers in overcoming these challenges. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with the research location at SMAN 1 Nunukan Selatan, Nunukan District. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, with respondents including the school principal, curriculum supervisor, Islamic Education teachers, and students. Research instruments used include the researcher, observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. Data were analyzed using steps such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluded with data verification. The results show that the implementation of Islamic Education learning at SMAN 1 Nunukan Selatan has not yet been optimal in applying the Merdeka Curriculum. This is evident from the teachers' readiness, as they feel that the curriculum still requires adjustments and processes. The teaching methods continue to follow the previous curriculum patterns, and there are difficulties in preparing teaching materials. Additionally, limitations in the availability and utilization of facilities and infrastructure also pose challenges. However, Islamic Education teachers strive to optimize learning by adapting quickly, developing competencies, enhancing creativity, and utilizing technology for more effective teaching. Collaboration with colleagues and support from various parties are crucial solutions for teachers in implementing Islamic Education through the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The local community’s culture has been recognized as playing an essential role in achieving food security. This study attempts to demystify a cultural tradition among an Indonesian agriculture society, called Mekambare, that plays such a role in sustainable agricultural management. It was conducted in East Kolaka Regency, an area dominated by lowland rice farmers. Framed in a qualitative method, this study used observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies as techniques of data collection. The results showed that Mekambare played a crucial role in forming social solidarity among lowland rice farming communities. Through Mekambare, farming communities build mutual cooperation and support one another in overcoming challenges related to supplying food demands. This social solidarity is manifested in the exchange of food commodities, social support, and the dissemination of traditional knowledge in agricultural management. With Mekambare, the lowland rice farming communities maintain the balance of the agricultural ecosystem by utilizing natural predators, utilizing organic fertilizers from livestock manure, and implementing integrated weed control. This research can make a positive contribution to efforts to achieve sustainable food security and the welfare of farming communities in East Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal usaha, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap pengembangan UMKM, sehingga dapat diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif  dengan  desain explanatory research. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi terdiri dari pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Mamuju. Sementara Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. ukuran  sampel optimal  yang  dibutuhkan  adalah 96 orang responden. Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  melalui  distribusi  kuesioner    kepada   responden,   menggunakan   daftar   pernyataan   yang terstruktur  secara  sistematis  menggunakan  skala  Likert  atau  skala  5  poin. Dalam pernyataan tersebut menggunakan penilaian: sangat tidak setuju (1), tidak setuju (2), netral (3), setuju (4), dan sangat setuju (5).  Kemudian, instrumen   diuji menggunakan   uji   validitas   dan   reliabilitas   terlebih   dahulu.   Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dan diolah menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda melalui alat analisis IBM SPSS statistic versi 26. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha, kualitas produk, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan UMKM baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan UMKM sangat dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi antara dukungan modal usaha yang memadai, kualitas produk yang terjaga, serta promosi yang efektif. Ketiga faktor tersebut saling melengkapi dan berperan strategis dalam memperkuat daya saing serta meningkatkan kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai respon atas rendahnya pemahaman penenun lokal terhadap makna filosofis simbol dalam motif tenun tradisional yang berdampak pada lemahnya narasi budaya dan daya saing produk ekonomi kreatif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperkuat pemahaman makna filosofis kelompok Dasawisma Ar-Rahman di Desa Lanto terhadap simbol-simbol tenun sekaligus mendorong pemanfaatannya dalam strategi peningkatan nilai jual produk. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif selama satu bulan dengan tahapan pelatihan, diskusi reflektif, penyusunan narasi produk, dan pendampingan promosi berbasis storytelling. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 41,8% menjadi 85,8%. Selain itu, peserta mulai menyusun narasi produk yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai budaya dan kearifan lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan pemahaman simbolis tenun mampu mendorong revitalisasi budaya lokal dan menjadi strategi efektif dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis identitas budaya. Model kegiatan ini berpotensi direplikasi pada komunitas lain dengan karakteristik budaya serupa.
