Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi anak ADHD kelas 1 melalui sistem kerja di SLB Putra Mandiri Tarik Sidoarjo. Permasalahan anak ADHD berinisial FH kelas 1 SD diantaranya mengalami kesulitan berkonsentrasi selama proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian subjek Tunggal dengan desain A-B. penggunaan instrument ini berupa non tes melalui observasi pencatatan dengan jenis pengukuran frekuensi. Tahap dasar berlangsung selama 5 sesi dan tahap intervensi berlangsung selama 8 sesi. Berdasarkan data yang diukur pada tahap intervensi, perilaku konsentrasi yang ditunjukkan dengan meninggalkan perilaku kursi menunjukkan penurunan, jika dibandingkan dengan tahap baseline, sebelum mendapatkan intervensi terlihat dari data yang diperoleh overlap sebesar 0 %. Dengan demikian dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan konsentrasi anak ADHD di SD kelas 1 melalui sistem kerja di SLB Putra Mandiri Tarik Sidoarjo. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menyajikan analisis yang komprehensif mengenai permasalahan dan pemenuhan aksesibilitas fisik dan non fisik di Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember. Dengan menggali lebih dalam tentang kondisi yang ada, diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang konstruktif bagi pihak universitas untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas serta upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi langsung, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil dari Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahawa UNIPAR banyak menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan aksesibilitas fisik kepada mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas, yang secara signifikan dapat berdampak pada pengalaman pendidikan mereka. Tantangan ini berasal dari infrastruktur yang tidak direncanakan sebelumnya untuk kebutuhan yang memadai bagi Penyandang disabilitas namun untuk Mengatasi masalah ini, UNIPAR berupaya memenuhi bentuk aksesisbilitas secara non fisik yang dimulai dari statuta UNIPAR hingga implementasi kebijakan layanan disabilitas hingga fasilitas beasiswa untuk disabilitas, dengan harapan tercipta dan terbentuknya infrastrukrur sosial inklusif sebagai tujuan utama dalam membentuk kampus inklusif dan ramah disabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh media acrylic painting telenan terhadap kemampuan vokasional siswa disabilitas rungu kelas XI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 5 sesi, 2 sesi pretest dan 3 sesi posttest. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancagan “One Group Pretest Posttest Design”. One Group Pretest Posttest Design adalah desain penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan pada satu kelompok sampel. Desain ini dilakukan dengan memberikan tes sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Desain penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis ore-experimental design atau eksperimen semu.Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari perlakuan yang diberikan. Hasil perlakuan dapat diketahui lebih akurat karena dapat membandingkan dengan keadaan sebelum diberi perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 sampel yaitu siswa disabilitas rungu kelas XI SLBN Brnajangan Jember. Tujuan utama dari penelitiaan ini adalah untuk melatih kemampuan vokasional melukis, melatih kemampuan imajinasi siswa, melatih siswa disabilitas rungu untuk mengkombinasikan warna warni dari cat acrylic. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan terhadap kemampuan vokasional melukis siswa disabilitas rungu. Simpulan ini didasari dari perolehan skor yang meningkat dari ketiga subjek, dengan Zhitung = 1,7361 > Z α = 1,645, maka H0 ditolak, artinya cukup bukti untuk menerima H1 yang berbunyi “Ada pengaruh penggunaan media acrylic painting telenan terhadap kemampuan vokasional siswa disabilitas rungu kelas XI SMALB-SLBN Branjangan Jember. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak metode Discrete Trial Training (DTT) terhadap konsentrasi menulis peserta didik disabilitas autis. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain Single Subject Research(SSR), dengan menerapkan dua perspektif, analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil dari analisis dalam kondisi, terhadap kecenderungan arah kondisi A dan kondisi B, menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan varibel ke variabel. Level stabilitas dan rentangnya adalah +10 untuk kondisi A dan +35 untuk kondisi B. Selanjutnya, perubahan level dalam kondisi A tercatat sebesar 10, sedangkan kondisi B menunjukkan perubahan sebesar 25. Sedangkan analisis Antar kondisi perubahan level menunjukkan 35-35 = 0 dengan presentase overlap adalah 0/100 × 100% = 0%. Oleh karena itu, dari hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa penggunaan dari metode Discrete Trial Training (DTT) berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi menulis peserta didik disabilitas autis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the solmization method in learning pianica on the musical abilities of students with visual impairments at SLB Branjangan Jember. This study used the Single Subject Research (SSR) method with an A-B design. The baseline phase (A) was conducted for five sessions to observe students' initial musical abilities without treatment. Furthermore, in the intervention phase (B), which lasted for seven sessions, students were given learning using pianica with the solmization method. Data were analyzed to see changes in students' abilities between the two phases. The results showed that students experienced a significant increase in musical skills after the intervention. In the baseline phase, students had difficulty recognizing and playing notes correctly. However, students could identify and play notes better after using the pianica with the solmization approach. In conclusion, applying solmization in pianica learning can be an effective method for students with visual impairments to improve their musical abilities. This study contributes to more inclusive music learning for students with visual impairments. By implementing solmization and using the pianica, students can learn music more easily and in a structured manner according to their needs.   Keywords: Solmization Method, Musical Ability, Pianica, Visual Disability

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the improvement of tooth brushing skills through picture sequences among students with intellectual disabilities at Batang State Special Needs School (SLB Negeri Batang). This study employed Kemmis' 3-classroom action research model, utilizing two cycles. The results showed that in Cycle I, the average skill achievement was still below 60%, with low participation. Cycle II showed improvement through the use of interactive picture sequences, with an average skill score above 80%. In Cycle III, most students were able to perform all tooth brushing steps independently without assistance, with achievement rates ranging from 91.6 to 100%. This study concludes that the use of picture sequences is efficacious in improving self-help toothbrushing skills in children with moderate intellectual disabilities at Batang State Special Needs School (SLB Negeri Batang).   Keywords: Picture Sequence, Moderate Intellectual Disability, Tooth Brushing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model on the basic arithmetic skills of seventh-grade autistic students at the Branjangan Special Needs School in Jember. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with a Single-Subject Research (SSR) design, utilizing an A-B design. The subject was a seventh-grade autistic student who exhibited difficulties in arithmetic. The results showed a significant increase from the average percentage in the baseline phase (28%–36%) to 60%–80% in the intervention phase. The absence of overlap between baseline and intervention data (0%) and the upward trend (+) indicate that the BBL model has a positive effect on improving the basic arithmetic skills of seventh-grade autistic students at the Branjangan Special Needs School in Jember.   Keywords: Brain-Based Learning, Basic Arithmetic Skills, Autistic Students

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing the token economy method on improving compliance among students with mild intellectual disabilities at the Arya Satya Hati Special Needs School (SLB). This study used a Single Subject Research (SSR) method with an A–B design consisting of a baseline phase (5 sessions) and an intervention phase (5 sessions). The results showed an increase in compliance from an average of 37% in the baseline phase to 77% in the intervention phase. The conclusion is that implementing the token economy method is efficacious in improving compliance among students with mild intellectual disabilities, making it a viable alternative behavioral intervention strategy in SLB. These findings also provide practical implications for SLB teachers in utilizing the token economy as a behavior development strategy.   Keywords: Mild Intellectual Disability, Token Economy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Repetitive Learning Method (RLM) through storybook media on the speaking ability of Autistic children at SDI Achmad Jogoyudan Lumajang. The method used is Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B design, which consists of a baseline phase (A1) and an intervention phase (B1). The study's results showed a significant and stable increase. In the baseline phase (sessions 1-5), the subject's ability ranged from 24% to 36%. After the RLM intervention through storybooks, the subject's ability increased drastically and consistently, reaching 80% in the last session. Visual analysis between conditions (A1-B1) revealed a change in level of +8 points, indicating a positive trend, and an overlap percentage of 0%, suggesting that the Repetitive Learning Method (RLM) has a positive effect on improving speaking ability in Autistic children following the intervention. These findings confirm that the integration of RLM, with repetition priming and spaced repetition mechanisms, and engaging storybook media, synergistically creates an optimal learning environment to overcome verbal communication barriers in children with autism. The conclusion is that the implementation of the Repetitive Learning Method (RLM) through storybooks has an impact on the speech skills of autistic children at SDI Achmad Jogoyudan Lumajang.   Keywords: Autistic Children, Storybooks, Verbal Communication, Repetitive Learning Method
