When discussing with members of the Women's Farmers' Group in Muara Harapan Village, Muara Enim, South Sumatra, they had a number of problems as well as the reasons why salted egg production and green tea production were not growing rapidly and in fact were always decreasing every year. The problem in question is a lack of capital costs. After discovering this problem, the author discussed with other authors and village officials suggesting collaborating with Fintech in order to improve the home businesses of KWT Melati women so they can compete with competitors both online and offline. Kesimpulan artikel ini menunjukkan pertama, In a short time, the author can only do three things, namely provide education on how to use FINTECH applications, identify which FINTECHs are licensed and which FINTECHs are not licensed, and submit proposals to the Village Government, Regency Government and FINTECH Companies. Kedua, FINTECH is the easiest and fastest financial institution to provide loans, so according to the author, FINTEC is the most suitable financial institution.

Abstract

Ria Cinema is located in Pematangsiantar City. This cinema was built in 1953 and started operating actively in 1955. This building is a cinema building that was built after the end of the Dutch occupation of Indonesia. In 2003, this cinema was no longer actively operating. The main reason is because the cinema does not support the city's economy, in 2022 the former cinema building has been restored and revived by changing its function as a food court which is named Foodcourt Ria Heritage. Transfer of function is the process of an activity that changes the initial function into a new function of a room, a building. Transfer of building functions is a strategy in building preservation. As a historical relic in the field of film, the existence of this building certainly has a lot of potential. This study discusses the description of the changes in the building of the former Ria Cinema in terms of building facades and spatial planning. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that aims to describe the observed object. In this study it was found that the conversion of the former Ria cinema building was determined by several elements, namely the facade elements (walls, doors, windows, roof and structures) and spatial elements. This research concludes that the conversion of the former Ria cinema building into a Ria Heritage food court has affected the change in facade elements

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Perilaku, Ruang, Aktivitas  Abstract Architectural behavior is a human activity that can be observed directly or indirectly that occurs in a building or the surrounding environment, while space is a limited or unlimited unit equal to an empty place that is prepared with a certain capacity to contain goods. The architectural behavior and space referred to in this study is about how the daily activities occur between traders and buyers at the Fruit Market. This market is located on Jalan Pasar Buah, Pusong Baru village, Banda Sakti sub-district, Lhokseumawe city. The problem in this study is about the use of space that is not optimal where the space is not used properly by traders. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that prevent traders from occupying internal space, and how the physical conditions of the market are. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with direct field analysis for two weeks. The concept is carried out in the form of activity analysis of each block and physical analysis of location, light, color, ventilation, circulation, material and dimensions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the inner space of the fruit market is not used because of the lack of buyers because there are fewer buyers, so the traders occupy more of the outer space so that more buyers come. In addition, the physical factors of the inner building are lacking in light and air, so that it makes traders uncomfortable occupying the inner space. Keywords: Behavior, Space, Activities

Abstract

The importance of community education is increasingly recognized as essential for fostering social cohesion, lifelong learning, and sustainable development, especially in marginalized communities. However, many existing initiatives fail to achieve long-term sustainability and do not adequately respect the cultural dignity of the communities they serve. This community empowerment project aimed to develop a sustainable and dignified community education model that is deeply rooted in the cultural and social contexts of the community. The project employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving community members as co-researchers in identifying educational needs, developing strategies, and implementing solutions. The collaborative approach ensured that the educational programs were culturally relevant, addressing the specific challenges and aspirations of the community in Lhokseumawe. Local educational committees were established, and community members were trained in leadership roles to ensure the sustainability of the initiative. The results demonstrated significant improvements in community engagement, educational outcomes, and social cohesion. Community members took active roles in the educational process, resulting in a stronger sense of ownership and responsibility. The integration of cultural heritage into the curriculum enhanced the relevance and effectiveness of education, while the establishment of sustainable structures ensured the long-term impact of the project. The findings underscore the importance of participatory, culturally responsive approaches in building sustainable and dignified community education systems. In conclusion, this project provides a successful model for future initiatives, highlighting the need for continued community involvement, cultural relevance, and sustainability in educational development efforts.
