Abstract

Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data was analyzed interactively to describe the situation and management process of educators and education personnel carried out by FKIP UWGM Samarinda. The implementation of human and academic resource management is carried out by integrating all elements of leadership and work units. There is the application of direct experience that supports management which is carried out both from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The management functions and duties of educators and education staff have implications for FKIP UWGM in dealing with the shortage of educators and education staff through placement. Coaching and development is also carried out for educators and education staff through training and further studies, which are carried out by study programs in every faculty at the University.

Abstract

Sektor Pertanian memegang peranan penting yang sangat penting terutama dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia khususnya di Kelurahan Makroman . Tujuan dari kunjungan keUsaha UMKM Tahu dikelurahan Makroman ini adalah untuk mwndeskripsikan pengelolaan usaha, menganalisis situasi dan kondisi Internal dan Eksternal, serta melakukan analisis SWOT strategi pengelolaan usaha produksi tahu pada usaha keluarga di Kelurahan Makroman.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung. Usaha pabrik tahu ini merupakan Usaha Keluarga dengan Bidang Usaha menegelola Kacang Kedelai menjadi sebuah Tahu. Usaha Keluarga ini memiliki fungsi bisnis yaitu Marketing,Acounting,Prduction, dan Sumber daya manusia.Hasil wawancara ini menunjukkan bahwa permintaan pasar akan tahu melebihi kapasitas, namun industry ini mengalami tantangan berupa ketidakstabilan bahan baku sehingga seharusnya usaha ini mengingkatlkan kapasitas untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan pasaz dengan strategi cost leadership,differentiation,dan backward integration.

Abstract

This research examines leadership innovation at Ibadurrahman Modern Islamic Boarding School, focusing on transitioning from traditional to modern education. The research used a qualitative case study approach, with in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research findings show that Kiai applies visionary, democratic, paternalistic, and spiritual leadership styles that create an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Democratic leadership enables active participation in decision-making, while paternalistic leadership strengthens the emotional bond between Kiai and staff, creating a harmonious working environment. In addition, the integration of spiritual leadership helps maintain a balance between traditional religious values and modern educational needs. Modernization efforts include adopting technology, multilingual education, and incorporating Islamic perspectives in science, which provide students with essential skills to face global challenges. Conflict management is also done through deliberation, which ensures harmony amid change. In conclusion, leadership innovation at Ibadurrahman Modern Islamic Boarding School successfully bridges tradition and modernity, offering a model for another Islamic boarding school in the face of globalization.

Abstract

PAUD institutions as an organization engaged in early childhood education are an activity that aims to educate human life, especially students, so that in its implementation it is necessary not only to have a planning related to teaching and learning activities but also an integral process that involves several factors, namely: educational goals, educators, students, learning tools and the environment. PAUD institutions should pay attention to the human resources they have, in running their organizations it is certainly inseparable from human resources that must improve both in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities in managing PAUD institutions. This study focuses on the process of educational human resource management, namely educators and education personnel, maintaining human resources who are serious in their work, can provide enthusiasm for inspiration, resulting in productive employees towards the organization, and managerial strategies. In this study the authors conducted a qualitative study by conducting semi-structured interviews in which the authors collected data with a focus on the institution under study, the research was carried out at PAUD institutions in the city of Samarinda.

Abstract

The Covid-19 incident gave rise to many alternatives and creativity in the community in overcoming the problems it faced, one of which was in the world of education, so far education in carrying out the learning process has mostly used classical methods by using a direct learning system in the classroom, which was attended by students. -student. With the Covid-19 outbreak, the world of education at various age levels from early childhood to higher education must implement an e-learning learning system or what is often referred to as online learning. However, offline learning is also carried out to anticipate misunderstandings and misunderstandings experienced by students, especially in early childhood education, understanding offline learning itself can be interpreted as media that is not equipped with an internet network that can be used by users. Online and offline learning is carried out in early childhood education. The implementation of online and offline learning in early childhood requires creative skills in making learning media using various applications, so that early childhood students do not feel bored in the process of implementing learning. From the learning process that has been carried out at Early Childhood Education both offline and online until now it can still be carried out properly. The teacher tries his best so that the learning process can be carried out correctly, fun, understood and the learning objectives can be carried out to completion.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the vital role of the school principal in implementing Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Education (PAUD HI) services at TK Islam Silmi Samarinda. The PAUD HI approach emphasizes the integration of education, health, nutrition, parenting, child protection, and child welfare services. In this context, the principal plays a central role in coordinating and synergizing these various components to ensure that children's basic needs are met comprehensively and optimally.This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the principal acts as an instructional leader, integrative program manager, and facilitator of cross-sector collaboration. Strategies implemented include participatory planning based on children's needs, collaborative program execution with external partners such as community health centers and child protection agencies, as well as periodic evaluations grounded in collective reflection. Challenges identified include limited human resources, variations in parenting styles, and the socio-economic conditions of parents. The principal demonstrates adaptive leadership by formulating locally grounded solutions. These findings affirm that the success of PAUD HI implementation heavily depends on strategic leadership and the ability to establish sustainable partnerships. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of leadership practices in early childhood education based on a holistic and integrative approach.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi merupakan pendekatan yang menjamin setiap anak, termasuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), mendapatkan hak yang sama untuk belajar dan berkembang bersama teman sebaya di lingkungan pendidikan yang ramah dan mendukung. Sosialisasi pendidikan inklusi di satuan PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) menjadi langkah penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran para guru, pengelola lembaga, mahasiswa calon pendidik, dan orang tua terhadap prinsip dan implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperluas wawasan tentang konsep inklusi, prinsip pelaksanaannya di PAUD, serta peran semua pihak dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang setara dan adaptif terhadap keberagaman. Melalui seminar interaktif, peserta diberikan pemahaman teoretis dan praktis untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di lembaga masing-masing. Diharapkan hasil dari sosialisasi ini mampu menjadi stimulus dalam penguatan kapasitas pendidik dan pengelola PAUD dalam mewujudkan layanan pendidikan yang adil, ramah, dan berkualitas bagi semua anak.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how teachers play a role in supporting children to become more independent by implementing project-based learning, with the research conducted at PG-TK Fastabiqul Khairat. Children’s independence is an important aspect of early childhood development, as it helps them build self-confidence, responsibility, and the ability to solve problems independently. Project-based learning is applied as an approach that provides direct learning experiences through exploration and real problem-solving. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through several stages, including preparation by developing research instruments and obtaining permission, data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then followed by data analysis through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions in line with the focus of the research. The results of the study show that teachers play roles as educators, facilitators, and motivators in the process of project-based learning. Teachers give children the freedom to explore their ideas, make their own decisions, and guide them in completing the projects given. In addition, teachers also build a supportive learning environment and appreciate every effort made by the children. Through project-based learning, children at PG-TK Fastabiqul Khairat were able to demonstrate independence by completing projects and working collaboratively with their peers. The findings of this study indicate that the role of teachers in implementing project-based learning has a significant influence on the development of children’s independence. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru berperan dalam mendukung anak agar lebih mandiri dengan cara menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PG-TK Fastabiqul Khairat. Kemandirian anak merupakan aspek perkembangan yang penting bagi anak usia dini, karena membantu anak dalam mengembangkan rasa percaya diri, tanggung jawab, serta kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah secara mandiri. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek diterapkan sebagai pendekatan yang memberikan pengalaman belajar langsung melalui eksplorasi dan pemecahan masalah nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan tahapan penelitian meliputi persiapan dengan menyusun instrumen dan perizinan, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran sebagai pendidik, fasilitator, motivator dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Guru memberikan kebebasan kepada anak untuk mengeksplorasi ide-ide anak, anak dapat mengambil keputusan sendiri, serta guru membimbing anak dalam menyelesaikan proyek yang di berikan. Selain itu, guru juga membangun lingkungan belajar yang mendukung serta mengapresiasi setiap usaha yang dilakukan anak. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, anak-anak di PG-TK Fastabiqul Khairat dalam aspek kemandirian mampu menyelesaikan proyek serta berkerja sama dengan teman sebaya dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kemandirian anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of parental role modeling and parenting styles on egocentrism in early childhood. The age of 4–6 years is considered a golden age, serving as a critical foundation for personality and character development, where parents play a central role in shaping children’s social behavior. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The participants were 177 parents of children aged 4–6 years. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through Spearman’s correlation test, as the data were not normally distributed. The findings indicate that parental role modeling has a significant relationship with children’s egocentrism; the higher the level of role modeling, the lower the tendency of egocentric behavior. Parenting styles also showed a significant relationship, although the effect was weaker than that of role modeling. Furthermore, a positive correlation was found between parental role modeling and parenting styles. Among the parenting styles, the democratic approach was identified as the most influential in reducing egocentric tendencies in early childhood. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of parental role modeling and parenting styles in minimizing egocentrism during early childhood. Providing consistent positive role models and applying democratic parenting can effectively foster healthier social attitudes in children.
