Abstract

Kesejahteraan subjektif merupakan elemen penting kesehatan mental pada remaja. Kesejahteraan subjektif yang tinggi pada remaja akan membantu pula dalam optimalisasi perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara welas asih diri dan kesejahteraan subjektif pada remaja dengan orang tua bercerai di kota Banda Aceh. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang remaja yang orang tuanya bercerai di kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah non-probabil ity sampl ing dengan teknik quota sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil analisis data diuji dengan teknik korelasi Spearman. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar .348 dengan taraf signifikansi .028 (p < .05). Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara welas asih diri dan kesejahteraan subjektif pada remaja dengan orang tua bercerai di kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: kesejahteraan subjektif, remaja yang orangtuanya bercerai, welas asih diriSelf-Compassion and Subjective Well-Being in Adolescents with Divorced ParentsAbstract. Subjective well-being is one of the important elements of mental health in adolescents. A high level of subjective well-being among adolescents will help them to optimize their development. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and subjective well-being in adolescents with divorced parent in Banda Aceh city. The samples of this research were 40 adolescents with divorced parent in Banda Aceh city. This research used quantitative methods. The data, however, was revealed by using the method of non-probability sampling with quota sampling and snowball sampling technique. Output data analysis applied the Spearman correlation technique. The result of correlation test showed a correlation coefficient (r) by .348 with a significance level of .028 (p < .05). Abstract

Institution X are non-profit organizations that provide alternative care for orphaned children. Institution X in Aceh shows complaints from agency managers and children, one of which is related to the ability to regulate the emotions of caregivers which ultimately has an impact on foster children. Therefore, this study aims to see the effectiveness of the effect of gratitude training on caregivers' emotion regulation. This study used a mix-method approach, namely quantitative methods using simple regression analysis and qualitative methods through observation, worksheets and evaluation. The subjects of this study consisted of 25 caregivers at Institution X in Banda Aceh and Meulaboh. The results of this study indicate an increase in gratitude training on emotional regulation with an increase in score of 1.24 points with posttest results (M = 72.24, SD = 6.60) higher than pretest (M = 71, SD = 6.11). This is reinforced by the magnitude of the contribution of gratitude to emotional regulation from the value of R2 = 0.081, which means that there is as much as 8% of the influence of gratitude on emotional regulation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of emotion regulation training for stress reduction and increased optimism on the unemployed in Yogyakarta, especially the unemployed and a half unemployed. Emotion regulation training is training that uses concepts based on skills Greenberg recognize emotions, emotional expression skills, skills to manage emotions, and skills to change negative emotions into positive emotions. Subjects in this study is the subject of underemployed. The data was collected using a stress scale, an optimism scale, interviews and observation. The research design used was pre-test post-test control group design. Analysis of the research is quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test analysis test to determine whether there is emotion regulation training effect in reducing stress and increasing optimism among the experimental group and control group. Qualitative analysis was conducted based on observation, interview, job sheets. The result of this study is no difference of level of stress and levels of optimism significantly between experimental groups and control groups before training, after training and 2 weeks after training.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) merupakan Tingkat sekolah yang rentan mengalami Bullying, bila tidak segera ditangani maka akan berlanjut ke tingkat SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi. Salah satu SMP di bagian Aceh wilayah Tengah yaitu SMPN X merupakan salah satu sekolah dengan Tingkat bullying yang berat berdasarkan laporan Guru, Kepala Sekolah dan Petugas Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Aceh (DP3A) pada awal tahun 2024. Hasil survey yang dilakukan pada 49 siswa SMPN X menunjukkan sebanyak 41 siswa pernah mengalami bullying baik secara fisik, verbal dan seksual. Jenis bullying yang paling banyak dialami siswa yaitu bullying verbal yakni 30 siswa, bullying fisik sebanyak 10 siswa sedangkan yang pernah mengalami bullying verbal dan seksual sebanyak 1 orang. Fakultas Psikologi UIN Ar-Raniry melakukan pengabdian masyarakat melalui psikoedukasi pencegahan dan penanganan bullying pada 49 siswa yang terdiri dari 26 siswa laki-laki dan 23 siswa perempuan. Hasil psikoedukasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami antusias dan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai dampak dan Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menghadapi bullying.
