Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menaruh perhatian terhadap usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dengan mendirikan wadah bagi UMKM dibawah kementerian koperasi dan ukm, UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian suatu daerah bahkan Negara. Begitupun dengan Desa Trusmi Kecamatan Plered Cirebon, keberadaan UMKM dapat membantu perekonomian daerahnya, akan tetapi keberadaan UMKM tidak terlepas dari peran serta SDM UMKM dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM sehingga pengelolaan SDM UMKM perlu mendapat perhatian khusus terutama kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh SDM yang terlibat dalam kegiatan UMKM ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengelolaan sumber daya manusia Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dari segi kompetensi terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Responden adalah UMKM yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Cirebon Desa Trusmi, sebanyak 64 UMKM, dengan sampel sebanyak 64 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi antar variabel dengan menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dengan kinerja UMKM. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan kinerja UMKM semakin baik dengan memperhatikan pengelolaan SDM UMKM dengan cara pemberian pelatihan dan pengembangan sehingga meningkatkan kompetensi SDM UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara shopping lifestyle terhadap minat beli, discount terhadap minat beli, minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian, shopping lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli dan discount terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli produk pada marketplace Shopee Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi tidak diketahui dan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara perhitungan statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus Hair et al. Sedangkan jenis sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive sampling, metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Shopping lifetsyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, 2) Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, 3) Minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) Shopping lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, 5) Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Hasil empiris dari Shopping lifestyle, Discount, minat beli dan keputusan pembelian diamana Shopee agar dapat mempertahankan promosi penjualan dengan cara memberikan diskon kepada konsumennya, dikarenakan shopping lifestyle dan diskon mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This community service with an entrepreneurship-based empowerment scheme aims to improve understanding of production machines, low productivity, financial reporting and digital marketing management for MSMEs in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The problems faced by partners in this program are related to the manual process of chopping onion waste, weak production management, finance and marketing which have not been managed well. This method of implementing entrepreneurship-based empowerment uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is carried out starting from the socialization stage at the beginning of community service activities, in the form of providing information to partners/community about community service activities to be carried out, activity objectives, stages of activity implementation, and activity implementation schedules based on agreement between the proposing team and partners, the next stage is training and mentoring and evaluation of activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in partners' knowledge regarding production management, finance and digital marketing as well as understanding the use of machines in production before and after the training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle on buying interest, discounts on buying interest, buying interest in purchasing decisions, shopping lifestyle on purchasing decisions through buying interest and discounts on purchasing decisions through product buying interest in the Shopee Indonesia marketplace. This study uses a quantitative approach, with an unknown population and a sample of 200 respondents. The sampling technique uses a statistical calculation method, namely using the Hair et al formula. While the type of sample used is purposive sampling, the analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that shopping lifetsyle had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, discount had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, purchase intention had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, shopping lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention, discount had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. The practical implications of this research are expected to help shopee companies to maintain sales promotions by providing discounts to their consumers, because shopping lifestyle and discounts have a significant influence on buying interest and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Role of Hisbah has been more essential in contemporary world in promoting Ethical Values and Justice in the Society. In Islamic finance setting, the role of  Hisbah has been increasingly relevant in modern financial governance especially to ensure that its operation align with the ethical standards  and Shariah principles. This paper is aimed to overview the concept and urgency of Hisbah and several related major issues such as Core values of the  Shariah governance framework (SGF) in Islamic Finance, at last to further discuss the SGF’s comparison between Malaysia and Indonesia. The paper adopts  a descriptive approach to examine the role of Hisbah in Islamic Finance specifically in the context of SGF. The data, sourced from various journals and books were collected and analysed to find the conclusion  regarding the role of Hisbah in promoting adherence to Sharia principles in contemporary Islamic Finance and a brief comparative overview of SGF between Malaysia and Indonesia. The findings of the paper highlight  that Malaysia's Shariah governance framework is characterized by a centralized, standardized approach with compliance mechanisms strictly enforced through BNM and SAC to ensure consistency. In contrast, the Indonesian framework is more flexible.  the DSN-MUI gives guidance for IFIs as an independent body that exercise their discretion in interpreting Shariah rulings. These two approaches represent the level of regulatory priorities and development aspects of Islamic finance in each country.

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of self-esteem, self-efficacy, and optimism on business resilience among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasar Jaya Pasar Rumput. The selected site represents a vulnerable urban business environment affected by redevelopment projects, making it a relevant context for exploring the dynamics of entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 185 respondents who manage MSMEs in Pasar Jaya Pasar Rumput through a questionnaire. Analysis was carried out using SEM with SmartPLS software. The results obtained from this research show that self-esteem, self-efficacy, and optimism have a positive and significant effect on business resilience in MSMEs in Pasar Jaya Pasar Rumput. The results support the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. This research offers a novel contribution by integrating psychological capital into the discourse of entrepreneurial resilience within the broader sustainability framework. The practical implications suggest the need for empowerment programs that include psychological development to strengthen long-term business sustainability. Policymakers are encouraged to incorporate psychological resource training into MSME support strategies to promote resilience and inclusive economic growth in uncertain urban environments

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of digital transformation and transparency on ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqf) payment decisions and their subsequent impact on millennial loyalty, with a focus on LAZISMU DKI Jakarta. Employing a quantitative, associative research approach, data were collected from 150 millennial respondents through structured questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was applied for data analysis. The results demonstrate that digital transformation significantly affects both payment decisions and user loyalty, while transparency does not directly influence payment decisions but contributes to loyalty. Furthermore, ZISWAF payment decisions are shown to have a positive and significant effect on millennial loyalty. These findings underscore the strategic importance of service digitization and transparent fund management in enhancing youth engagement and long-term donor commitment in Islamic philanthropic institutions. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the weakness of product marketing, through training and mentoring activities for E-Commerce marketing management. Training methods with socialization, material presentation, evaluation and revision of activities. The results of the activity participants were able to master and implement their products in E-Commerce marketing. The conclusion is that MSMEs need to maximize the potential of E-Commerce marketing to be used as a means of promotion and increasing their business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laporan keuangan sekolah yang sesuai dengan pedoman laporan keuangan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak yang berwenang secara cepat dan tepat, SMK Muhammadiyah 12 adalah contoh beberapa sekolah SMK disekitar jakarta utara yang belum memiliki sistem informasi pelaporan keuangan yang komprehensif dengan menggunakan pelaporan keuangan berbasis web digital. Permasalahan yang timbul dalam pelaporan keuangan SMK adalah belum dapat melaporkan secara tepat, cepat dan akurat serta kemudahan dalam informasi ke siswa maupun ke wali murid. Sistem pengelolaan keuangan sekolah pada SMK Muhammadiyah 12 Jakarta Utara saat ini masih manual yang menyebabkan proses memakan waktu yang cukup lama, serta memiliki risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan data. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan pihak keuangan sekolah dalam transaksi dan pengelolaan data keuangan sekolah. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat memberikan notifikasi kepada wali siswa guna pemberitahuan. Metode pengembangan sistem informasinya menggunakan . Pengiriman Whatsapp otomatis kepada wali siswa digunakan Google Script sebagai Whatsapp API Gateway. Pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan sekolah dengan notifikasi menggunakan Whatsapp API(application programming interface)
