Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan terkait penghentian sementara (moratorium) perizinan usaha perikanan tangkap di Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Negara Republik Indonesia (WPP RI), penghentian alih muatan (transshipment) ditengah laut, larangan penangkapan lobster, kepiting dan rajungan ukuran tertentu, larangan penggunaan alat penangkapan ikan pukat hela (trawls) dan pukat tarik (seine nets) di WPP RI dan larangan penangkapan ikan di WPP RI 714, dalam jangka panjang sangat baik untuk menjaga keberlanjutan sumberdaya ikan dan usaha perikanan di Indonesia. Keberadaan kelima aturan tersebut diharapkan dapat mengatasi kejahatan perikanan yang kerap dilakukan oleh kapal asing yang terjadi di perairan Indonesia, yaitu illegal dan unreported fishing.

The article discusses about gaining competitive advantageof a company through multi-source feedback performance appraisal.In a turbulence and high competitive environment, a company will facemany obstacles to run its business. In order to be able to sustain itsgrowth, it must have competitive advantages. Through human resourcemanagement, a company can have unique, scarce and difficult to imitatecompetencies. Performance appraisal is one of aspects of humanresource management practices. Traditional top-down approach inperforming appraisal is not sufficient anymore to accommodate thechanges of organizational need (structure, culture, etc). Multi-sourcefeedback if implemented well will be a good alternative to fulfill theneed of organization performance appraisal. The success of multi-source feedback implementation will give a company competitiveadvantage.

Cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis) merupakan salah satu sumber daya ikan bernilai ekonomi tinggi di perairan Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, mengetahui kondisi pengelolaan sumber daya ikan Cakalang di WPP NRI. Kedua, merumuskan model pengelolaan sumber daya ikan Cakalang, yang menyediakan manfaat ekonomi optimal berdasarkan pendekatan bio-ekonomi. Ketiga, merumuskan strategi optimal dampak kebijakan pada produksi ikan Cakalang dengan pendekatan model keseimbangan umum (CGE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perikanan Cakalang di perairan Indonesia selama periode 2010-2016, mengalami lebih tangkap (overfishing) ekonomi dan biologi. Pengelolaan sumber daya ikan Cakalang dapat memberikan keuntungan ekonomi dalam keseimbangan Maksimum Economic Yield (MEY). Berdasarkan hasil simulasi Model CGE Cakalang, terlihat bahwa kebijakan (shock) penurunan produksi tangkapan ikan Cakalang sebesar 7,04% dapat mendorong peningkatan harga ikan Cakalang baik ditingkat produsen (5,33%) dan konsumen dalam negeri (5,45%). Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa model CGE-Cakalang sangat sesuai dengan teori ekonomi sumber daya.Title: Economic Model of Skipjack Resource Management in IndonesiaSkipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) is one of fish resource that has important economic value in Indonesian waters. The objectives of this study were to : 1) identify the condition of skipjack resource management in WPPNRI; 2) to formulate a model of Skipjack resources management in order to provide its optimum economic benefit based on bio-economy approach; 3) to formulate the best strategies to respond government policy on skipjack production with general equilibrium model (CGE). The results showed that the Skipjack resources in Indonesian waters during period of 2010-2016 experienced economic and biological overfishing. Skipjack resources management offered economic benefits in equilibrium maximum economic yield (MEY). CGE Model of Skipjack shows that decreased production of Skipjack will increase its price among producers by 5,33 %, local consumer price of 5,45%. This condition showed that the Skipjack CGE models are conform with the economic theory of resource economics

Udang merupakan salah satu subsektor dibidang kelautan yang menjadi salah satu motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi kelautan nasional. Pasar udang yang cukup besar dan tahun 2021 Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari lima produsen udang terbesar di dunia merupakan peluang besar untuk terus mendorong peningkatan produksi udang di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis dinamika struktur ekonomi kelautan Indonesia terhadap target peningkatan produksi udang menggunakan pendekatan input-output. Data dianalisis berdasarkan tabel input-output indonesia transaksi total atas dasar harga dasar (185 Produk) Tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi produk domestik bruto (PDB) bidang kelautan pada tahun 2016 sebesar 29,93% terhadap PDB Nasional. Kontribusi tersebut mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya di mana sebagian besar permintaaan dan penawaran barang dan jasa bidang kelautan berasal dari domestik. Sementara itu dampak kebijakan peningkatan target produksi udang 2 juta ton tahun 2024 menunjukkan program tersebut berdampak terhadap hampir seluruh subsektor dalam bidang kelautan pada kondisi perekonomian tahun 2016. Subsektor yang terdampak paling tinggi diantaranya subsektor udang dan crustacea lainnya, sektor lainnya (selain bidang kelautan), perdagangan selain mobil dan sepeda motor, ikan, dan Barang-barang hasil kilang minyak dan gas. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa subsektor udang memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan subsektor lainya yang ada di bidang kelautan dan diluar bidang kelautan. Oleh sebab itu untuk mengoptimalkan rencana peningkatan target produksi udang 2 juta ton tahun 2024, pemerintah perlu membenahi berbagai subsektor yang terkait. Title: The Impact of the Two Million Ton Shrimp Production Target on Indonesia’s Marine Economy: An Input-Output Modelling ApproachShrimp is one of the sub-sectors in the marine sector which is one of the drivers of national marine economic growth. The shrimp market is quite large and in 2021 Indonesia is one of the five largest shrimp producers in the world is a great opportunity to continue to encourage increased shrimp production in Indonesia. The research objective was to analyse the dynamics of Indonesia’s marine economic structure towards the target of increasing shrimp production using the input-output approach. Data were analysed based on the Indonesia input-output table total transactions at basic prices (185 products) in 2016. The results showed that the contribution of GDP in the marine sector in 2016 was 29.93% of the National GDP. The contribution has increased compared to previous years where most of the demand and supply of goods and services in the marine sector come from domestic. Meanwhile, the impact of the policy to increase the shrimp production target of 2 million tonnes in 2024 shows that the programme has an impact on almost all subsectors in the marine sector in 2016 economic conditions. The most affected subsectors include shrimp and other crustaceans, Other Sector (other than marine sector), trade other than cars and motorcycles, fish, and goods from oil and gas refineries. The results of this study show that the shrimp subsector is closely related to other subsectors in the marine sector and outside the marine sector. Therefore, to optimise the plan to increase the shrimp production target of 2 million tonnes by 2024, the government needs to improve various related subsectors.

Warung Tegal is a small, lower-middle class restaurant in Indonesia. The name Warung Tegal, comes from Bahasa Indonesia, where "Warung" translates to "food stall" and Tegal refers to a city in Central Java. Warung Tegal, like many other small businesses, has been affected by the impact of the Covid-19 policies. In order to recover, Warung Tegal need to focused on improving supply chain management strategies especially for fish as one of the menus. This study aims to analyze supply chain management strategies in order to understand FSCM at Warung Tegal in the Administrative City of South Jakarta. The research method used was qualitative descriptive. The data was collected from ten respondents through structured interviews and observation. The sample for this study was the Warung Tegal managers in the Administrative City of South Jakarta. The results of the study showed that the fish at Warung Tegal is usually sourced from the nearest market, but the menu does not take into account the requests of the consumers and is never marketed through digital marketing due to the lack of knowledge in this field. The manager of Warung Tegal also stated that the restaurant's income has been reduced as a result of the Covid-19 policies. The study is limited by the time available for research and only covers the Administrative City of South Jakarta and not the entire DKI Jakarta area. Earlier study only identifies the influence of supply chain management strategies on the buying interest, with a positive result. While this study analyzes supply chain management strategies both before and after the enforcement of the Covid-19 policies.

Teknik sampling dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 69 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi. This study aims to examine the influence of Employee Satisfaction and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance at the Pati Regency Transportation Office, with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 120 respondents who are State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Transportation Office. The results of the study show that Employee Satisfaction and Work-life Balance have a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, Employee Satisfaction has no significant effect on Employee Engagement, while Work-life Balance has a significant effect on Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement also does not significantly mediate the effect of Employee Satisfaction on performance, but has a negative mediating effect on the effect of Work-life Balance on performance. These findings contribute to the literature on human resource management in the public sector and become the basis for formulating policies to improve the performance of civil servants through strategies to increase job satisfaction and work-life balance.

Tidak hanya kemampuan perangkat desa dalam melaksanakan tugas resminya yang memengaruhi seberapa baik mereka melakukan pekerjaan mereka, tetapi juga hal-hal seperti berbagi informasi, memberi orang lebih banyak kekuasaan, dan merasa senang dengan pekerjaan mereka, yang semuanya dapat mengarah pada kinerja kerja yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana berbagi informasi dan memberi pejabat lebih banyak kekuasaan memengaruhi pekerjaan mereka sebagai perangkat desa, dengan kebahagiaan kerja sebagai faktor tambahan. 104 kepala desa diKecamatan Kledung, Kabupaten Temanggung, digunakan sebagai sampel untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Sobel dan regresi linier berganda. Berbagi informasi dan memberi orang lebih banyak kekuasaan memiliki efek yang baik dan signifikan pada kebahagiaan kerja, menurut temuan uji. Namun, berbagi informasi tidak memiliki dampak besar pada keberhasilan. Kepuasan dengan pekerjaan juga tidak memiliki efek besar pada keberhasilan. Ditemukan kebahagiaan kerja tidak memengaruhi hubungan antara berbagi informasi dan kinerja, juga tidak memengaruhi hubungan antara kebebasan dan kinerja. Selain itu, juga tidak memiliki dampak besar pada hasil. Penelitian ini menunjukkan berbagi informasi dan memberi orang lebih banyak kekuasaan memiliki efek yang baik dan signifikan pada seberapa bahagia pejabat desa dengan pekerjaan mereka. Namun, hal-hal ini tidak memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Studi ini memengaruhi teori dan praktik dalam beberapa hal.

Higher education in Indonesia is expanding, but challenges in administrative services and infrastructure affect student satisfaction and loyalty. Politeknik Bumi Akpelni faces significant gaps, with 65% of students dissatisfied with services and 58% with facilities. This study uses primary data from questionnaires and secondary data, with a sample of 499 final-year students selected purposively. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, F-test, R², t-tests, and Sobel test for mediation analysis on student loyalty. Addressing these issues is crucial to improving student loyalty and the institution’s reputation. Administrative Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Student Loyalty. Campus Infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on Student Loyalty. Administrative Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction. Campus Infrastructure does not have an effect on Student Satisfaction. Student Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction. There is a mediating effect of Student Loyalty in mediating the relationship between Administrative Service Quality and Student Satisfaction. There is a mediating effect of Student Loyalty in mediating the relationship between Campus Infrastructure and Student Satisfaction.

This study aims to obtain data and information about the implementation of the Jigsaw method, to improve the learning outcomes of students of class X IPS 1 of SMA 4 in Bukittinggi City. This study uses the method of observation, tests and observation sheets. The results of the observations are then analyzed and used as material for action planning in the next cycle. The data obtained is then processed, in order to draw conclusions. The findings of the data after analysis showed that after the first cycle, 20 students received an average score below the KKM (75). Classically the value is not satisfactory, then the second cycle is done, the value of students has increased with the results of all students have met the KKM value, with an average of 80.58. Overall, the learning outcomes of Islamic Education in the material lead life with glory (self-control, khuznudzan and ukhuwwah) in class X IPS 1, Bukittinggi City 4 High School has increased. The implications of the results of Classroom Action Research (CAR) through the jigsaw learning method approach can improve PAI learning outcomes in class X IPS 1 Bukittinggi City 4 High School.
