Abstract

Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is a type of credit was given by Bank for segmen business Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKMK). Along with the high interest of the community in applying for credit to the Bank, it raises its own problems, namely determining the feasibility of customers. Determining this feasibility is important considering that KUR is one of the Government's programs in empowering the UMKMK industry sector, so that the risk of non-performing loans is expected to be minimized. The method used in this study is the Pairwise Comparisons and Scoring, based on the consideration that Pairwise Comparisons and Scoring are aids in priority of criteria, priority of sub criteria and giving scoring to determine lending decisions. Pairwise Comparisons are the basic concepts of the Analytical Hierarchy Process which have been proven to solve decision problems which involve many complex criteria. The results obtained in this study are priority of criteria, priority of sub criteria and scoring of debtors for the determination of debtors who are eligible or not eligible for receive credit. 30 debtors who were sampled in this study, 17 debtors were eligible to receive credit and 13 debtors were not eligible to receive credit.

Abstract

Management Information System (MIS) in government institutions was a crucial thing in supporting good services to the community. The established MIS often provided less optimum benefits since the MIS development did not go through a good planning and was not supported by a clear IT Masterplan so that an evaluation of the MIS implementation is needed, especially from 3 (three) main aspects, including aspects of Human, Organization and Technology. The procurement unit of Malang City has a MIS for procurement submission called siBaja which has been established since 2016. This study aimed to evaluate the suitability of siBaja to the needs of users and management using Human, Organization, Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) framework with some modifications.To obtain the data, a survey method was used by distributing questionnaires to the application users.The data analysis model used was SEM-PLS by using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study found that the implementation of siBaja was not fully fit for the relationship between Human-Technology that was indicated by the absence of a significant effect between US variable and SQ variable with a significance value of 0.899 at α = 0.05 and was not fully fit for the relationship between Organization-Technology factor which was characterized by the absence of a significant effect between SC variable and IQ variable with a significance value of 0.221 at α = 0.05.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the system of the government. The EastJava Provincial Government utilizes Information and Communication Technologyfor the procurement of goods and services. This study aims to measure the level ofacceptance of technology in the system and the satisfaction of applications for thegoods and services procurement in East Java Province. The results of this study canbe used to improve the system that has been made. This study uses the TechnologyAcceptance Model (TAM) method in measuring using (5) aspects, namely Perceptionof Ease of Use, Benefits of Use, Attitudes toward behavior, Interest in Behavior, andBehavior. This study used 90 respondents. The results showed that from the regres-sion test on the variable Perception of Ease of Use with Benefits of Use of 13.5%,Perception of Ease of Use with Attitudes Against Behavior amounted to 38.7%. Ben-efits of Using Attitudes Against Behavior was 23.9%, Benefits of Use with InterestBehavior amounted to 11.5%, Attitudes toward Behavior were Large with Interest inBehavior at 22.2%. Benefits of Use with Behavior amounted to 10.1%, and Interestsin Behavior with Behavior were 13.2%. The study results show that the user’s easeand attitude have the highest value and interest in behavior. Therefore the East Javaprovincial government can maintain the procurement application.
