Abstract

Malaysia menjadi negara yang dijadikan sebagai tempat terbanyak bagi para WNI untuk mencari pekerjaan. Sebagian dari PMI yang masuk melalui jalur ilegal, sehingga anak-anak PMI tersebut tidak dapat mendaftarkan diri untuk bersekolah. Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Gumut adalah salah satu sekolah yang memberikan kesempatan untuk anak-anak PMI ilegal memperoleh pedidikan, namun sayangnya masih banyak anak-anak SB kampung Gumut yang masih belum bisa membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Oleh karenan kegiatan KKN dilakukan disana dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis dan berhitung anak-anak SB kampung Gumut. Pelaksanaan KKN di SB Kampung Gumut dilaksanakan selama tanggal 17 Januari sampai 28 Januari 2024, dimana metode yang digunakan adalah persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan observasi. Berdasarkan KKN yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa ada sekitar 23 anak-anak yang berada di SB Kampung Gumut. Anak- anak tesebut belum memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam calistung, membaca alquran dan membaca bacaan sholat. Sehingga penulis melakukan beberapa kegiatan sesuai dengan permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil bimbingan yang telah dilakukan setelah dlakukan program calistung, anak-anak SB Kampung Gumut sudah bisa membaca, menulis dan berhitung tingkat dasar, serta sudah mampu membaca iqra dan melafazkan bacaan dengan baik.

Abstract

Usia remaja merupakan masa labil, namun penuh dengan kreatifitas. Salah satu bentuk kreatifitas mereka, terutama berkaitan dengan bahasa adalah membuat bahasa-bahasa sandi yang disebut ragam bahasa prokem. Bagi remaja Nyurlembang Daya ragam bahasa ini merupakan sarana kebahasaan efektif yang digunakan untuk mengomunikasikan persoalan-persoalan pribadi mereka yang bersifat rahasia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan bentuk dan fungsi ragam bahasa prokem yang dituturkan apa adanya oleh remaja Nyurlembang Daya. Terdapat tiga tahapan dalam metode penelitian ini, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, analisis, dan penyajian hasil analisis data. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua metode pengumpulan data yang dipilih, yaitu metode observasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik distribusional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan ragam bahasa prokem di kalangan remaja Nyurlembang Daya dilakukan dengan penghilangan vokal, konsonan, atau silabel; penggantian vokal atau konsonan; penambahan vokal, konsonan, dan silabel; metatesis. Sedangkan tujuan dan fungsi ragam bahasa prokem yang mereka buat umumnya ingin menyembunyikan tema atau topik yang mereka bicarakan dari orang lain.

Abstract

Teacher productivity will be created in accordance with the goals that have been planned through the leadership style, work discipline of transformational principals and teachers in creating increased teacher productivity, leadership needs, leadership roles, transformational principals, and established teacher work discipline in schools. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, while the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The results showed that the transformational leadership of school principals had a significant influence on teacher productivity while the contribution between variable X1 to Y had an effect of 41.6% while the influence of teacher discipline X2 on teacher productivity (Y) was 45.4%. Based on the results of the determination of X1 and X2 to Y obtained simultaneously of 0.590 from the regression equation Ŷ = R2 X 100% or 0.590 X 100% = 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Course scheduling is a vital aspect of academic management at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. Currently, the process faces inefficiencies and frequent conflicts between lecturers and students. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system to optimize scheduling, making it faster and more accurate. The research applies a quantitative approach using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. The stages include requirement analysis through interviews and observations, system design using UML diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), implementation with MySQL as the database, and system testing using the Blackbox Testing method. The results show that the system significantly reduces scheduling time from 43 hours to 7 hours in the Civil Engineering study program. However, several issues were identified, such as an excessive number of input columns and the need to re-enter data during scheduling conflicts. For future development, it is recommended to add features showing available rooms and days, as well as allow schedule input via Excel. Usability testing should also be conducted to evaluate system ease of use. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance efficiency and improve the academic experience for lecturers and students alike.

Abstract

Forum Peduli Yatim Ceria di Kelurahan Jurumudi, Kota Tangerang, merupakan lembaga sosial yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan anak yatim melalui program-program pendidikan karakter, keterampilan hidup, dan pengajaran agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari program-program tersebut terhadap perkembangan anak yatim di forum tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan karakter berhasil membentuk anak yatim menjadi individu yang lebih mandiri, disiplin, dan peduli terhadap sesama. Pelatihan keterampilan seperti komputer dan bahasa Inggris memberikan anak yatim bekal keterampilan yang sangat berguna untuk masa depan mereka, sementara pengajaran agama memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Meskipun program-program ini memberikan dampak yang positif, tantangan terkait keterbatasan sumber daya seperti dana, fasilitas, dan tenaga pengajar masih menjadi kendala utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi yang lebih kuat antara lembaga sosial, pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas program ini. Diharapkan bahwa melalui peningkatan dukungan dan sumber daya, Forum Peduli Yatim Ceria dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan dampak positif yang lebih luas bagi anak yatim, serta menjadi model pemberdayaan yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi digital telah sangat memengaruhi banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja. Meskipun demikian, belum banyak aplikasi yang dibuat secara khusus untuk mendorong kerja sama antarlembaga pelatihan kerja di Indonesia. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk menciptakan solusi berbasis teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lembaga-lembaga ini untuk bekerja sama. Tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test digunakan dalam proses pengembangan ketika metodologi Design Thinking diterapkan. Sebuah aplikasi bernama Hillsinergi, yang dapat membantu lembaga pelatihan berkomunikasi, berbagi sumber daya, dan membuat rencana bersama, merupakan hasil dari pekerjaan ini. Menurut pengujian awal, pengguna merespons aplikasi ini dengan baik, yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja sama antar lembaga. Pengembangan di masa mendatang akan difokuskan pada peningkatan fungsionalitas sebagai respons terhadap masukan pengguna dan integrasi dengan sistem pemerintah. Aplikasi Hillsinergi pada saat ini sudah digunakan sebanyak 2225 lembaga pelatihan dan akan terus bertambah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of shaping students’ religious character within the school environment through the habituation of Islamic values in daily life. The main problem addressed in this study is the decline of students’ moral values due to external environmental influences and the lack of consistency among some students in participating in religious activities programmed by the school. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with 1 principal, 2 teachers, and 2 students, as well as documentation from various sources. The research procedures included planning, implementation, and analysis of supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of religious culture in the school. The results of the study show that the implementation of religious culture at MTs Sullamul Istiqomah Bekasi has been in accordance with the theory of planning and implementation of religious culture, which includes: 1) Religious culture is designed through programs such as Qur’an recitation, congregational prayers, muhadharah, Qiroati, and Qur’an Workshop. 2) The activities are carried out routinely and integrated into the daily life of the school. 3) Supporting factors include the commitment of the leadership, teacher involvement, facilities, and parental support, while the main inhibiting factors are external environmental influences and students’ diverse backgrounds. Religious culture has proven to be effective in shaping students’ religious character, discipline, and sense of responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marriage customs of the indigenous Lampung community, particularly regarding the traditional prohibition (Mak Dijuk Siang) against divorce during one’s lifetime, from the perspective of the Marriage Law. Mak Dijuk Cerai is part of the Lampung customary traditions that govern marriage and uphold high moral values and norms. This research employs legal and social research methods with an empirical approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews and field findings, which were then analyzed using theories relevant to the issues being studied, such as classical texts, books, journals, articles, legal dictionaries, encyclopedias, and previous related research in order to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Mak Dijuk Siang custom (prohibition of divorce) in the Lampung ethnic community does not conflict with the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974, as amended by Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage. The Mak Dijuk Siang custom can be categorized as part of customary law that remains valid and respected in the Lampung community. Moreover, there is no provision in the Marriage Law that explicitly prohibits or regulates this custom. The Mak Dijuk Siang tradition can thus be regarded as part of Indonesia’s cultural and customary legal heritage that remains relevant and applicable within the Lampung community.

Abstract

This article is a summary of the result of the research about the empowerment of santri in Pondok Pesantren Hubulo (PP Hubulo) or Hubulo Islamic Boarding School in Gorontalo Province. The research questions are 1. what kind of empowerment of santri (student of Islamic boarding school) was implemented by PP Hubulo Gorontalo Province; 2. how were the prospect and challenge facing PP Hubulo Gorontalo Province in empowering its santri. The results of research showed that, 1) when empowerment was understood as how santri had power and strength, then actually all of the activities in PP Hubulo were the empowerment of santri. However, when empowerment was divided into two categories, namely soft skill and hard skill, then what existed in PP Hubulo was soft skill only, and 2) there were some factors being the obstacles in the empowerment of santri, among others was the unavailable time, where PP Hubulo used three curricula at the same time, not to mention the demands of national examination that cause the empowerment of santri’s hard skill became impossible to be implemented.
