Abstract

Abstract KKN community service activities in educational work programs aim to increase children’s interest in learning in the digital era, where technology has greatly influenced children in their education, both positively and negatively. In addition, the purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the community that the importance of education is to assist the government in educating the nation’s children. This service is carried out through socializing activities directly to the local community about the importance of education for the future of children so that in this way parents also participate in directing, supervising and supporting their children in pursuing education in today’s digital era, in addition we also socialize to The TPQ Al-Bayt Aljamil Foundation by inviting the children to take part in free tutoring with KKN students that we conducted at the post (Al-Bayt Aljamil secretariat field).

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk pendidikan yang memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup di tengah-tengah masyarakat di luar kampus dan secara langsung mengidentifikasi serta menangani masalah-masalah pembangunan yang dihadapi. Perguruan tinggi melaksanakan KKN dengan tujuan meningkatkan isi dan bobot pendidikan bagi mahasiswa serta mendapatkan nilai tambah yang lebih besar. Kegiatan KKN dilaksanakan di luar kampus untuk meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan tinggi dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, serta seni dalam melaksanakan pembangunan yang semakin meningkat. Selain itu, KKN juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan persepsi mahasiswa tentang relevansi antara kurikulum yang dipelajari di kampus dengan realita pembangunan dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth and yield of peanut plants at the use of organic fertilizer doses with different spacing. This research was carried out in the village of Kota Rindau, Dolo District from November 2019 to February 2020. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 factors, the first factor was the use of various doses of organic fertilizer, namely 10 tons.ha-1, 15 tons.ha-1, 20 tons.ha-1 and spacing of 30 cm x 30 cm, 30 cm x 35 cm and 30 cm x 40 cm, the treatment was repeated 3 times so that there were 27 experimental units. To get better seed yields, the use of higher doses of organic fertilizers requires more tenuous spacing. The application of 20 tons. ha-1 of organic fertilizer produced better results, indicated the number of pods was more, the percentage of empty pods was less and the weight of 100 seeds was more pithy. Spacing of 30 cm x 40 cm produced better results, indicated by the number of pods more, the percentage of empty pods is less and the weight of 100 seeds is more pithy.
