Abstract

Kota x memiliki zona hijau yang sangat luas. Sehingga biaya retribusi sampah organik yang dihasilkan dari landscape menjadi meningkat, Selain meningkatnya biaya retribusi biaya pembelian pupuk juga meningkat karena luasnya lahan hijau. Untuk mengurangi biaya retribusi dan biaya pembelian pupuk maka dipilihlah pengolahan sampah dengan menggunakan pengkomposan, karena diperkirakan akan memberikan benefit yang besar apabila pengolahan sampah ini didirikan. Untuk  membuktikan pendirian pengelolaan sampah organik lebih baik dibandingkan dengan membayar retribusi maka digunakan metode analisis kelayakan dengan mengunakan lima aspek, aspek yang digunakan adalah aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek legal dan lingkungan, aspek MSDM, dan aspek finansial. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari kelima aspek tersebut didapat bahwa analisis kelayakan pendirian pengelolaan sampah organik di Kota x dinyatakan layak.   Kata kunci: Meningkatnya Biaya Retribusi dan Pembelian Pupuk, Pengelolaan Sampah Organik City x have a green zone that is really broad. So the cost of organic waste levy fees that produce from a landscape will increase. In addition to the rising cost of levy fees also increased the cost of purchasing fertilizer, so the chosen processing waste is using composting. Because it is expected to provide great benefit if this waste is established. To prove the establishment of organic waste management is better than paying levy fees, so the feasibility analysis method using the five aspects, aspects that are used are market aspects, technical aspects, legal aspect and environmental aspects, Human Resource Management aspects, and financial aspects. Abstract

With the enactment of Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning RegionalGovernments, regions are required to organize their own government and managetheir regions in the hope of accelerating the creation of public welfare. The birthof a general policy is a step taken by the government to resolve public issues. insociety. Policy is a patterned action intended to achieve certain goals. In an effortto maintain security, order and stability in development and pay attention to theevolving aspirations in the religious and cultured society of Pekanbaru City.The problem that the author makes the basis of this research is how theimplementation of the authority of the Pekanbaru City government against themisuse of the Movie Box permit in Pekabaru City, are the inhibiting factors facedby the Pekanbaru City government in exercising authority over the Movie Box inPekanbaru City and how the Government has made efforts City of Pekanbaruagainst abuse of Movie BoX permits in Pekanbaru CityThis research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City Satpol and the IntegratedOne Door Investment Service, the data sources used were: primary data andsecondary data, data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviewsand literature review.The results of this study are first. The implementation of the authority of thePekanbaru city government against the abuse of movie box permits in the city ofPekanbaru is not yet in accordance with what should be done by the Pekanbarucity government or not yet optimal, there are still many violations related tooperational hours and as a place of prostitution by some people, proving thatcitizenship Pekanbaru city government is not yet in line with what is expected ornot optimal. The two factors inhibiting the implementation of the policy ofPekanbaru City government are as follows: communication and resources, thethree efforts made by Pekanbaru City Government in overcoming the abuse ofMovie Box permits in Pekanbaru City by first conducting surveillance towards theMovie Box, the second performs a inspection of the Movie Box, the third writesthe Movie Box that violates permissions and finally takes actions such as closingtemporarily the Movie Box that violates permissions or closes forever Lahipermission.Keywords: permission, supervision, policy, Movie Box

Abstract

The interpretation of the holy Al-Qur?an find many varieties and perspective. This makes the Qur?an remains can be guidance for mankind. The future, the fate and safety human in the face of an uncertain future and tend to move out of the planing-planning man-made. From problem understanding : Yusuf Mansur on the concept kun fa yakuun get relevance. Kun fa fakuun is a manifestation of omnipotence Allah SWT where if wills will happen. Humans can beg and ask to face the problems that it faces. Surely there are steps which must be done. There are five (5) concepts offered by Yusuf Mansur as the answer to the problems of modern man to g et kun fa yakuun or help of Allah namely, the concept of monotheism, the concept of repentance, the concept of submission (trust), the mathematical alms and praying. In the hermeneutical dimension / comprehension passages al-Quran regarding the intent concept yakuun fa, YM present verses supporting inter-paragraph which is absurd. YM also prove that the verses of the al-Quran each other interpret and explain. While the aesthetic dimension YM present hu- man experiences when have practiced five concepts that he offers. As mathematics alms will not reduce proper- ty human but rather adds. As well, the experience of teachers TK wanting payrolls rose by tahajud and establish prayer alms. In essence, what is done by humans to perform five steps to achieve kun fa yakuun or getting help is the means / tools communication between god and man.

Abstract

Al-Quran is the holy book that provides guidance for mankind. With a viewing angle and a new perspective, al-Qur'an will be able to inspire humans. For humans, the Qur'an is a blessing and countless blessings. One scientific approach here is the study of the Koran in Islamic education management perspective. Islamic Education Management is a process of structuring or management of Islamic educational institutions that involve human resources Muslim and non-Muslim in a move to achieve the Islamic Educational effectively and efficiently. Organizations need the elements that support organizational sustainability. These elements lies in the structure of the system problems organization, organization cultural systems, individual system and the political system in the organization or organizations exist. Although an understanding of the Koran not to have a technical term (terminus tecnikus) in the academic community management assessment organizations exist, but the Quran also offers how the organization is able to walk. System - a system that contained in organization theory can be directed to get instructions through the verses of the Quran. Driven by a scientific theory is then people will not understand the Qur'an with coercion that are tailored to his wishes.

Abstract

Beberapa dekade ini, teologi menjadi kajian yang kurangdiminati. Padahal teologi menjadi basis segala haltentang cara pandang dan sepak terjang manusia.Membaca kembali dan merekontruksi pemahaman teologikeberagamaan mernjadi sangat penting. Kehidupanberagama tidak lepas dari dua hal perumusan iman danpengalaman iman. Dalam pengalaman agama seringkalikedua hal ini dipisahkan tetapi Islam tidak pernahmemisahkan antara keduanya. Pemahaman surat alKafirun ini diharapkan akan mengantarkan konfrontasipandangan ini. Iman adalah sesuatu yang dibenarkan,dikatakan dan diamalkan. Rumusan ini akan tidak samaantara agama satu dengan yang lain, sisi sensitif inilahyang kemudian harus dijembatani untuk tidak berdampaknegatif dalam kehidupan keberagaman.Hal ini sesuai dengan semangat Qs. Abstract

Humans will definitely get a trial or disaster. The study of the trials of Allah SWT in the Qur'an is more about the justification of good and bad, there are still rarely studies that mention how the strategy of being a "survivor" of the trial of Allah SWT. This study will try to initiate a study on Qs. Al-Baqarah : 155. The approach used to understand this verse is language study; starting with the study of vocabulary from verses, morphology to the study of the structure of Arabic language. Allah SWT will try in five (5) types of trials, namely fear, hunger, lack of wealth, lack of life (death / health) and lack of fruits (staple foodstuffs). In the study of the letter 'wawu' in the verse, one gets an understanding of which time the trial comes first and which trial comes later. Fear and hunger are trials that are coming for the first time. After that, there will come the next type of trial. By knowing the phases when trials come, humans can develop strategies in order to minimize the other 3 (three) trials. So, humans can become survivors of the trials of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Influence of Oversight Function, Human Resource Development and Utilization of Information Technology on Performance (Case Study of Village Office Staff in Libureng District, Bone Regency). This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sample or taking the entire population with 80 samples of respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially the function of supervision and development of human resources has a positive and significant effect on performance, and the use of information technology does not have a positive effect on the performance of village office staff in Libureng sub-district, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Disaster mitigation, in today's era, is very important to pay attention to; But most humans neglect to mitigate disasters. The Qur'anic concept of Tahlukah in Qs. al-Baqoroh:195 is important as a theological legitimacy of disaster mitigation. Of course, linking disaster mitigation with the meaning of the word tahlukah requires a contextual approach. The word means things that cause damage. Allah Almighty forbids man to plunge himself into tahlukah. How? The verse explains that man is commanded to spend (infaq) some of his property to minimize damage to the earth. The contextualization is that humans must be willing to invest in their environment. Investment in order to protect the environment can keep humans away from disasters caused by environmental damage. In addition, Allah Almighty is also commanded to ihsan; The contextualization is by maintaining the sustaansibility of investments that have been infused to protect the environment. Waste until the investment that has been spent is not maintained as well as possible. In the context of tarbawi interpretation, environmental infaq or investment in protecting the environment must be conveyed massively to the community. This discourse is not only conveyed in the community but must also be introduced early in madrassas / schools. Thus, the command to abstain from tahlukah can be a useful knowledge in the future. This article has limitations about the idea of environmental infaq that have not been studied in depth due to the concentration of writing on the concept of tahlukah. The hope is that there are researchers who study this.

Abstract

The humanitarian problem in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 is very complex and is at the stage of worrying. No human being separated from the effect of the waves. High school is active users (user) of the results of the industrial revolution the 4.0. The problem that arises in the use of social media including the demise of expertise, the dissemination of hate speech and fabricated news. Teaching Islamic education material should be able to respond to this by providing normative information in the Qur'an and Hadith so that students can escape from its negative effects. One of the solutions offered was to integrate these materials with integratsi learning models in the themes that have been arranged in the school's learning policy. Integrating this material must through the phases between the awarding phase of learning, information or materials to grow a critical reason, generate hypotheses and generalities.
