Abstract

Pada pelayanan rumah sakit, perkembangan teknologi telah memunculkan inovasi-inovasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menunjang pelayanan seperti pendaftaran pasien berobat secara online. Registrasi atau pendaftaran merupakan suatu prosedur pelayanan rumah sakit untuk menetapkan identitas pasien. Registrasi memiliki peranan utama bagi rumah sakit karena hal ini yang pertama kali menilai baik atau buruknya pelayanan suatu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan pendaftaran online dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden penelitian berjumlah 75 orang dengan karakteristik pasien yang telah melakukan pendaftaran secara online di Rumah Sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Kemudian hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pendaftaran online memberikan pengaruh dampak positif terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSU Aisyiyah Padang. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa semakin baik pelayanan pada penggunaan pendaftaran online maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Padang. Pasien yang puas diketahui mempengaruhi dan bahkan mendorong konsumen lain untuk juga memakai layanan kesehatan yang sama jika mereka yakin layanannya baik atau berkualitas tinggi.

Abstract

Hukum pidana di setiap negara memiliki karakteristik unik yang dipengaruhi oleh sistem hukum yang dianut. Indonesia menganut sistem hukum civil law yang bersumber dari hukum tertulis, sementara Jepang juga menggunakan sistem civil law tetapi dengan pengaruh kuat dari common law dalam praktik peradilannya. Perbedaan ini berdampak pada sistem peradilan pidana serta penerapan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran hukum. Isu hukum yang muncul dalam perbandingan ini mencakup efektivitas sistem peradilan pidana, perlindungan hak tersangka dan terdakwa, serta keadilan dalam penerapan sanksi pidana. Di Indonesia, sistem peradilan sering dikritik karena kurangnya independensi lembaga penegak hukum dan ketimpangan dalam penerapan hukuman. Sebaliknya, Jepang memiliki sistem yang lebih terstruktur dengan tingkat penyelesaian perkara yang tinggi, namun juga menghadapi kritik terhadap sistem pengakuan tersangka yang sering menjadi dasar utama dalam persidangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan sistem peradilan pidana dan penerapan sanksi di Indonesia dan Jepang guna mengevaluasi kelebihan serta kekurangannya. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi perbaikan sistem hukum pidana di Indonesia agar lebih efektif dan berkeadilan. Abstract Criminal law in each country has unique characteristics that are influenced by the legal system adopted. Indonesia adheres to a civil law legal system which originates from written law, while Japan also uses a civil law system but with a strong influence from common law in its judicial practice. These differences have an impact on the criminal justice system and the application of sanctions for violations of the law. Legal issues that arise in this comparison include the effectiveness of the criminal justice system, protection of the rights of suspects and defendants, and fairness in the application of criminal sanctions. In Indonesia, the justice system is often criticized for the lack of independence of law enforcement agencies and inequality in the application of sentences. In contrast, Japan has a more structured system with a high case resolution rate, but also faces criticism of the system of suspect confessions which is often the main basis in trials. Therefore, this research aims to compare the criminal justice systems and implementation of sanctions in Indonesia and Japan in order to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages. It is hoped that the research results can provide recommendations for improving the criminal law system in Indonesia to make it more effective and fair.

Abstract

Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016, approximately 335 million people worldwide suffer from rheumatism. According to data from the Health Office of Bengkulu City in 2019, based on doctor diagnoses, the prevalence is 11.11%. Gout arthritis is among the top 10 most prevalent diseases in Bengkulu City, ranking 7th (Health Office of Bengkulu City, 2020).The aim of this study is to assess the frequency distribution of knowledge before and after conducting educational activities on rheumatoid arthritis, focusing on improving public understanding as a preventive measure against the disease. The method used in this research involved two activities: lectures and Q&A sessions. Results and Discussion: In this community service activity titled "Health Education on Rheumatoid Arthritis in Rt. 26, Sawah Lebar Subdistrict, Bengkulu City," analysis of questionnaire responses showed a significant increase in knowledge distribution between the pre-test and post-test phases. Initially, the average knowledge score was 65 (fair), which improved to 80 (good) after the education session. This indicates the effectiveness of the intervention in enhancing elderly understanding of rheumatoid arthritis. Recommendations: The results of this rheumatoid arthritis education activity are expected to provide information that enhances public understanding of the importance of prevention and management of rheumatoid arthritis. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability of audit practices in Islamic Banking with existing auditing standards in Indonesia. The unit of analysis in this study is the state-owned Sharia Commercial Bank, namely PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and privately owned, namely PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. This research uses qualitative methods, using case studies. Data collection was obtained by conducting interviews and analyzing annual reports from 2015 to 2017. The results showed that the audit framework, audit scope, audit quality, audit charter, audit process, and reporting requirements conform to appropriate auditing standards in Indonesia. This study found facts related to sharia auditing in terms of qualified human resources in terms of knowledge of sharia auditing and principles.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in an effort to improve reading skills in grade 1 students at State Elementary School (SDN) 88 Bengkulu City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 88 Bengkulu City on November 11 2023. The subjects studied were the principal, class 1 and class 4 teachers, at SDN 88 Bengkulu City. Research was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that even though the Independent Learning Curriculum has been implemented at SDN 88, there are still significant challenges in involving grade 1 students, especially those who have not been in kindergarten before. This article provides an overview of the obstacles faced by teachers and students in the learning process, as well as presenting poten-tial strategies to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Learn-ing Curriculum in developing reading skills at grade 1 level at SDN 88 Bengkulu City. The implications of this research can contribute to further understanding of the challenges and solutions in dealing with the problems of learning to read at the initial level of basic education.

Abstract

Nyeri punggung merupakan nyeri dibagian lumbosacraldan nyeri punggung diakibatkan oleh regangan otot akar saraf dan biasanya dirasakan sebagai rasa sakit, tegangan, atau rasa kaku di bagian punggung. Ada beberapa cara untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung salah satunya dengan metode non-farmakologi seperti teknik akupuntur, massagepunggung, dan prenatalyoga.Prenatalyoga merupakan salah satu olahraga yang dapat dilakukan ibu hamil, karena dengan sering melakukan prenatalyoga dimana gerakan - gerakan yang dapat meminimalkan bahkan menghilangkan ketidaknyamanan yang sering dirasakan selama masa kehamilan, dengan begitu rasa nyeri akan berkurang dan pergerakan tubuh akan terasa nyaman. Metode yang digunakaan adalah memberikan informasi (ceramah) dan melaksanakan prenatal yogasebagai upaya menurunkan skala nyeri punggung. Pelaksanaan di lakukan di TPMB Theresia Anggriani pada bulan November 2023 yang diikuti oleh 34 ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan baik bahkan para peserta terlihat antusias dan mengharapkan pelaksanaan prenatal yogaini dapat menurunkan skala nyeri punggung dan dapat mencegah kompilkasi pada kehamilan.

Abstract

Background: The guarantee of the halalness of a product has been regulated in Indonesian Law. However, there are still many drugs circulating without including halal certification.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess knowledge, attitude and behaviour on halal pharmaceutical of people in East Jakarta.Methods: This study conducted using cross-sectional method with snow-ball sampling. Data was collected through online using developed questionnaire in google-form. Univariate analysis was done to present the frequency of each characteristic as well as the level of knowledge, attitudes and behaviour of the respondents. Bivariate analysis using Spearman-Rho test conducted to obtain the correlation between variables.Results: A count of 800 respondents participated in this study with more than three-quarters was identified has good knowledge (77.0%), positive behaviour (99.2%) and good behaviour (79.8%) toward halal pharmaceutical. The knowledge and attitude as well as knowledge and behaviour were significantly correlated (p-value <0.05) with positive direction (r 0.088 and r 0.262, respectively).Conclusion: The result of the study showed a positive respond from respondents on halal pharmaceutical. This might be occurred because the research was conducted in the big city where they have more possibility to be exposed to the information about halal products, including halal pharmaceutical.
