Abstract

Allah created human beings with religious instincts, namely the religion of monotheism (Islam). The Koran claims that the religious teachings it introduces are compatible with all humans. Islam as a truth, then Islam must be spread throughout the world and this is the responsibility of every human being on this earth as a caliph. Every Muslim, of course, has an obligation to propagate the da'wah of Islam, even though they experience various kinds of obstacles and obstacles. This certainly applies to Muslims who are in Australia with a Muslim population in Australia currently around one million people. With this quantity of Muslim citizens in Australia, Islamic da'wah is needed to transfer the spread of the values of Islamic da'wah to all Muslims. One way is by establishing Islamic-based educational institutions. At present, the Islamic Council in Australia is intensively building educational facilities based on Islamic education, with the aim of making it easier for them to transfer Islamic knowledge to the Islamic community in Australia. Spreading Islamic da'wah in the current era is full of challenges, especially spreading Islamic da'wah in Muslim minority countries such as Australia. Australia is a country that has a broad geographical position, and upholds the values of freedom, in that case the Australian government guarantees plurality. In the midst of Australia's position that promotes freedom, Islam must be able to place itself in the midst of society and also practice the teachings of Islam in a pluralistic society. Australia has approximately 100 beliefs/religions, with Islam as a minority religion, so the challenge of Islamic da'wah is to keep on doing good communication and living side by side with the differences.Keywords: Community, Da'wah and Muslim.

Abstract

Lack of it Innovation in Islamic Religious Education learning also has an impact on students' low learning scores. Another phenomenon is that teachers do not give students enough opportunities to be active, and rarely give appreciation. For this reason, this research aims to describe the analysis of the implementation of the course review horay model in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning. This research was conducted in the form of classroom action research at an elementary school in Indonesia. Data was collected using observations and tests from Islamic Religious Education teachers and fourteen students. All data is processed using descriptive statistical analysis. This research found that the course review horay model can improve students' Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle. The use of this model in Islamic Religious Education learning is an innovation that can improve learning outcomes, activate students, and provide appreciation, especially in elementary schools.

Abstract

Perjuangan masyarakat Aceh atas hukum Islam tidak terhenti hanya pada tingkat pengakuan hukum Islam sebagai subsistem hukum yang hidup di masyarakat (living law), tetapi sudah sampai pada tingkatan legalisasi dan legislasi. Salah satu bentuk hukum yang disebutkan di dalam setiap qanun syariat Islam yakni hukuman cambuk. Masyarakat Aceh menempatkan hukum Islam sebagai pedoman hidupnya (living law). Dalam Islam, praktik prostitusi dikenal dengan istilah perzinaan atau orang yang berbuat zina. Dalam bahasa Aceh lumrah disebut lonte atau sesekali kita mendengar istilah pelacur, di Indonesia dikenal dengan sebutan pekerja seks komersial. Sejatinya, pelacuran bukan mata pencaharian, namun kegiatan tersebut kini dianggap sebagai satu pekerjaan karena dapat menghasilkan uang. Terkait pemberlakuan hukuman, seyogyanya pelaku zina tersebut dihukum dengan hukuman cambuk sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam qanun No. 6 tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terkait dengan peluang dan tantangan pemberlakuan hukuman cambuk terhadap pelaku Jarimah Jinayah prostitusi online di Banda Aceh dan Lhokseumawe dan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat adat Aceh terhadap prostitusi online yang terjadi di Banda Aceh dan Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiologis (Sociological Approach) dengan teknik penelitian library research dan field research, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi hukuman cambuk sebagaimana tertera dalam qanun Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang hukum jinayat belum berjalan dengan baik dan efektif di Kota Banda Aceh dan Lhokseumawe. Formulasi syariat Islam lebih kepada tertulis saja tanpa adanya praktek yang utuh atau dengan kata lain lebih kepada keinginan para pemimpin ketimbang kemauan masyarakat itu sendiri. Syariat Islam di Aceh seringkali menjadi simbol legitimasi para penguasa dalam menjalankan roda politiknya. Hal ini terkadang belum tentu dapat sevisi dan semisi dengan kepentingan agama. Selanjutnya, masyarakat melihat bahwa prostitusi yang terjadi di Aceh merupakan sebuah kerusakan yang terjadi di bumi dan kerusakan terhadap orang lain. Kejadian ini menyebabkan citra dan kultur masyarakat Aceh menjadi buruk. Hal yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya prostitusi online di Banda Aceh dan Lhokseumawe di antaranya adalah faktor keluarga, minimnya penanaman nilai agama sejak usia dini, rendahnya kualitas pendidikan bagi perempuan, faktor ekonomi, disebabkan oleh gaya hidup yang serba modern, susah mencari pekerjaan dan penghasilan dari bekerja sebagai PSK lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan lainnya, sehingga terjerumus dalam prostitusi ini.

Abstract

Behavior is the way a person acts as a reaction to the characteristics and circumstances experienced. Children's behavior is influenced by how parents provide care in their daily lives. The impact of parental care determines the behavior exhibited by the child. This research aims to determine parental parenting patterns and their impact on children's behavior in Gampong Meunasah Dayah Meunara, Kutamakmur District, North Aceh Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis techniques, researchers use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that the parenting styles used by parents in educating, developing, and guiding their children include authoritarian, democratic, permissive, and neglectful. However, parents predominantly use permissive and neglectful parenting styles. The impact of the parenting style used by parents on the behavior of their children in Gampong Meunasah Dayah Meunara, Kutamakmur District, North Aceh Regency is that they become rebellious, angry, lazy, and difficult to accept advice, while some can still be coached and guided.
