Abstract

Background; Dysmenorrhea is a problem that occurs in women of reproductive age which has an impact on reducing women's productivity and quality of life, such as absence from school, activity restrictions, decreased academic performance, sleep disorders, mood disorders. Purpose; This research was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and junk food with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in female girls. Methods: ; This research was conducted at STIKES Adila Bandar Lampung with 30 female respondents from the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program. Data collection was carried out by checking hemoglobin levels, frequency of consumption of junk food and desminorrhea levels. Results: Based on the Pearson Correlation test, the research results show hemoglobin levels with a p value of 0.442 > 0.05 with a Pearson correlation value of -0.146 and the junk food variable with a p value of 0.012 < 0.05 with a Pearson correlation value of 0.451. Conclusion So it can be concluded that there is no clear linear relationship between hemoglobin levels and the incidence of dysmenorrhea, but there is a positive linear correlation between consumption of junk food and the incidence of dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Background: bananas can be used as an alternative staple food because of their high carbohydrate content. Objective: This research aims to find a formulation for making brownies from banana flour and analyze its acceptability and nutritional content. Methods: This research uses a laboratory experimental method with diversified treatment of banana flour in brownies to produce this most preferred product using a hedonic test, then a proximate analysis test is carried out on each sample compared with the control. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with three repetitions in testing the nutritional content. Results: there is an effect of nutrition education on nutritional knowledge in female adolescents with p = 0.000. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in treatments F1, F2, F3, and F4 with banana flour substitution. There were real differences in the treatment of F1, F2, F3, and F4 on water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, crude fiber content, and carbohydrate content in brownies with banana flour substituted. The potential for banana flour to become a functional food raw material is very high.

Abstract

Background: Stunting describes a chronic malnutrition status during growth and development since early life. Toddlerhood is a period that is very sensitive to the environment so that more attention is needed, especially nutritional adequacy. Methods: ; The type of research used is quantitative descriptive with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The sample in this study was some toddlers with a purposive sampling technique of 94 toddlers. Results: The results of the study showed that knowledge with a p value (0.008), attitude p (0.004) and action p (0.001) were variables related to stunting in toddlers and the results of the statistical analysis of the logistic regression test on three variables, knowledge was the most dominant variable with stunting in toddlers with an Exp value (B) = 0.248. Conclusion: Knowledge of parenting patterns is the most dominant variable with stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

The development of the era and technological advances can make it easier for humans to do everything, one example is the development of types of food in Indonesia which is growing rapidly, one of which is junk food or fast food. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of eating culture on Body Mass Index in adolescents. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive with a Cross Sectional Study approach, namely to determine the effect of dependent and independent variables observed in the same time period. This study was conducted in the Al-Fatah Natar Islamic Boarding School Area, South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province with a population of 30 students and a sampling technique of total sampling. The results of the statistical analysis of multiple logistic regression tests with results on the frequency of eating variables with a value of p (0.816)>α (0.05). While on the junk food consumption variable with a value of p (0.016)<α (0.05). The results of the statistical analysis show that only junk food consumption has an effect on Body Mass Index in adolescents. So it can be concluded that the culture of consuming junk food has an effect on Body Mass Index in adolescents. For the community to be able to more actively utilize the service facilities that have been prepared, so that through consultation with health workers can increase knowledge about good eating culture in adolescents.

Abstract

Stunting adalah salah satu malnutrisi kronik yang dapat terjadi pada semua balita khususnya usia 6-23 bulan yang akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. indikator yang digunakan untuk menilai stunting yang dikeluarkan (WHO, 2021). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif observasional dengan metode cross sectional yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara paparan dan penyakit dengan cara membandingkan kelompok stunting dengan kelompok tidak stunting dengan rancangan kuantitatif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara asupan protein dan asupan kalsium dengan kejadian stunting dengan nilai hubungan yaitu nilai a= 0.034 (a=<0.05) dan a= 0.046 (a=<0.05) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan protein dan asupan kalsium dengan kejadian stunting di puskesmas ustutun kec. wetar barat kab. maluku barat daya prov. maluku, namun tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan antara asupan zink dan vit.d terhadap kejadian stunting.

Abstract

Kurang Energi Kronis (KEK) pada wanita hamil adalah status gizi kurang seseorang karena ketidakseimbangan antara asupan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan pengeluaran energi. World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa prevalensi anemia pada kehamilan dan KEK secara global 35-75% secara signifikan meningkat pada trisemester ketiga dibandingkan trimester pertama dan kedua kehamilan Metode: jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 orang ibu hamil kek menggunakan Jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dimana variabel bebas dan terikat diobservasi sekaligus pada saat yang sama yakni untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kekurangan energy kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil di UPT Puskesmas Kading Kabupaten Bone Tahun 2021 Hasil: hasil uji statistik tingkat pengetahuan didapatkan nilai dengan p-Value 0,740>0,05, tingkat pendapatan didapatkan nilai dengan p-Value 0,338>0,05, pola konsumsi didapatkan nilai dengan p-Value 0,662>0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat pendapatan dan, pola konsumsi kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan, Tingkat Pendapatan dan pola konsumsi dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Kading Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi dimana terjadi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita (bawah lima tahun) disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting di desa gaya baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah balita yang masih terdaftar sebanyak 398 anak di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gaya Baru Kab. Bone.Sampel peneltian ini sebanyak 34 anak. Hasil: uji analisis antara ASI Ekslusif dengan p-Value 0,322>0,05, BBLR dengan p-Value 0,678>0,05, Pendapatan dengan p-Value 0,829>0,05, Riwayat Infeksi dengan p-Value 0,338>0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara ASI Ekslusif, BBLR, Pendapatan, dan Riwayat infeksi dengan kejadian stunting. Kesimpulan:.Tidak ada Hubungan Asi Ekslusif , BBLR ,Pendapatan dan, Riwayat Infeksi terhadap Kejadian Stunting di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gaya Baru Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

ibu hamil mengalami KEK pada masa kehamilan akan mengakibatkan bayi berat badan lahir renda (BBLR) dimana berat bayi <2500 gram yang mengganggu  pertumbuhan  dan  perkembangan  anak,  bayi   prematur, bahkan sampai pada kematian ibu atau bayi secara mendadak. Tujuan: untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  pola  makan  dan  status  sosial  ekonomi dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil di puskesmas paccing kabupaten bone tahun 2021. Metode : jenis penelitian ini  adalah  bersifat  overview  analitik  dengan  desain  cross  sectional, dimana variabel bebal dan terikat diobservasi sekaligus pada saat yang sama yakni untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola makan dan status sosial ekonomi dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil. Hasil : uji analisis antara pola makan dengan kek, didapatkan nilai signifikansi  p=0,283 (p>0.05). nilai signifikansi hubungan pendapatan keluarga dengan kek yaitu p = 0,621 (p > 0.05) pendidikan  terakhir dengan  kek, didapatkan  nila  signifikansi  p=0,330  (p>0.05).  Hal  ini  menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan keluarga, pola makan dan, pendidikan terakhir dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik. Kesimpulan : tidak terdapat hubungan antara pola makan,pendapatan keluarga  dan  pendidikan  terakhir  dengan di Puskesmas paccing kabupaten bone.

Abstract

Abstrak Bonto Mate'ne Village is a village located in the Marusu District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province where there are pregnant women who experience nutritional problems during pregnancy such as Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK). Implementation of community service activities, namely counselling on balanced nutrition and clean living behaviour for pregnant women. The output of implementing community service is to provide understanding to the community, especially pregnant women about balanced nutrition and clean and healthy living behaviour so that they can apply it to their lives to reduce the risk of other health problems. The capacity for conducting outreach is limited to one hamlet with a target number of 6 people because the implementation of community service is still in a state of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is limited to a program from the government in the form of PPKM. In the results of the implementation, before the counselling on balanced nutrition, the number of respondents who understood as many as 2 people and who did not understand as many as 4 people, after the counselling the number of respondents who understood as many as 4 people and there were still 2 people who did not understand related to balanced nutrition. While before the counselling on clean and healthy living behaviour, the number of respondents who understood was 3 people and those who did not understand were 3 people, after counselling the number of respondents who understood was 5 people and there was still 1 person who did not understand related to clean and healthy living behaviour. The conclusion from community service activities, in general, went smoothly and there was a change in understanding after counselling. It is hoped that the implementation of health education in the community needs to be carried out systematically and continuously so that the community can overcome existing health problems and improve optimal health. Abstract

The regional economy can improve if existing local potential can be developed optimally. The implementation of this community service is training in skills to make banana flour and then process it into food products that are expected to have economic value. The partner in this program is the Tanjung Agung Village Youth Organization which has 25 members. The results of the implementation of Community Service, of the 25 youth organizations who took part in the training, before the training was carried out, all participants did not know the process of making banana flour and processed banana flour products. However, after the training was carried out, all participants were able to know how to make banana flour and processed banana flour products. The conclusion of this Community Service is that implementation is by external targets where there are changes in skills after training is carried out.
