Abstract

Background: The causes of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia are bleeding (30.3%), hypertensive disorder during pregnancy (27.1%), infection (7.3%), obstructed (1.8%) and abortion (1.6%). Bleeding occurs in the postpartum period which is started after delivering placenta and ended when the the womb organs recovered as before pregnant. The length of postpartum period is about 6 weeks. During postpartum period, there are several re-visit to heath provider such as; KF 1 (first postpartum visit) is a visit on 6 hours to day 3rd after delivering, KF 2 (Second postpartum visit) is a visit on day 4th to 28th after delivering, and KF 3 (third postpartum visit) is a visit on day 29th-42nd after delivering. Objective: This study aimed to describe the knowledge level of postpartum mother about visitation during childbirth. Method: This study was a descriptive quantitative research with cross sectional design. The number of sample was 30 respondents. The data were taken using primary data and questionnaires. Result: The postpartum mother who do postpartum visits in Puskesmas Tepus 1 Gunung in the age of 20-35 years category was 19 respondents (63.3%). A number of 13 respondents (43.3%) had secondary school, 19 respondents (63.3%) were housewife and 18 respondents (60%) had 2-3 children. The result of postpartum revisit showed that 13 respondents (43.3%) made KF1, 12 respondents (40%) made KF 2, and 11 respondents (36.7%) made KF 3. Conclusion: The knowledge level of postpartum revisit in Puskesmas Tepus 1 Gunung was mostly in adequate category. Key word: Postpartum Mother Knowledge, Postpartum Visits

Abstract

The study of the characteristics of sound is an interesting area to explore due to itssignificant role in supporting the process of communication and Arabic language skills. Thisresearch aims to explain Ibn Jinni's linguistic thoughts on the characteristics of sound. This studyused the library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Library research methodis used to collecting data from existing references and literature that related to Ibn Jinni's linguisticthoughts. The results of this research consist of a study that includes Ibn Jinni's biography, IbnJinni's linguistic thoughts on the characteristics of sound, and the comparison of the theoriesregarding the characteristics of sound between Ibn Jinni and Sibawaih.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the PIBA program at UIN Alauddin Makassar, with a specific focus on Arabic language instruction. The evaluation covers key components such as instructional procedures, supporting facilities, student engagement, and the challenges encountered throughout the program. Employing a qualitative approach and field research methods, the study involved leaders, instructors, and third-semester PIBA students as participants. The findings showed that Arabic language teaching within the PIBA program employed a range of instructional methods and models. Although lecture and discussion formats facilitated student interaction, the limited use of interactive strategies such as simulations and technology integration reduced active student participation. Moreover, the instructional materials were not sufficiently adapted to address the diverse needs of students, indicating the necessity for more flexible and competency-based modules. Time constraints during classroom sessions also hindered in-depth exploration of the content. Based on these findings, the study recommends innovations in teaching approaches through the integration of technology, the development of adaptive learning resources, and improved time management to enhance program effectiveness. Periodic evaluations are also considered essential for ensuring continuous improvement in Arabic language education at UIN Alauddin Makassar and for positioning it as a relevant instructional model in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the use of the Google platform in learning Arabic, to analyze the factors supporting and limiting this use and to examine the advantages of using the Google platform for class XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Makassar to learn Arabic. This study was descriptive qualitative in nature. This study's findings revealed familiarity with the Google platform, which includes Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google Forms, Google Slides, and Google Documents. There were two elements involved in the utilization of the Google platform: supporting factors and hindering factors. Network/wifi, smartphones/computers, workshops/training, and google platform applications were the supporting elements for educators, while the supporting factors for students were educators, parents of students, smartphones/computers, internet quota, and google platform applications. The impediments encountered by educators: The limited ability of educators to access the Internet and school facilities, as well as Internet quotas, network instability, and students' lack of awareness as impediments for educators. The advantages of using the Google platform for educators include facilitating the delivery of content, developing an innovative learning method, and saving time. Students were permitted to accept and complete tasks at any time, unrestricted by space or time constraints.

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between digital project-based learning and self-confidence on Arabic language learning achievement. Employing a 2 × 2 treatment-by-level research design, the implementation of digital project-based learning demonstrated a positive effect on student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the score differences between classes that applied digital project-based learning and those that used project-based learning without digital assistance. The average score of the experimental class was 60.31, while the control class achieved an average score of 35.69. This finding was supported by the results of a two-way ANOVA, which showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in Arabic learning achievement between students taught using digital project-based learning and those taught without digital assistance. Similarly, self-confidence also showed a positive effect on Arabic learning achievement. Students with high self-confidence achieved higher scores than those with low self-confidence, with average scores of 63.85 and 32.15, respectively. This result was further supported by the two-way ANOVA test, which yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in Arabic learning achievement between students with high and low self-confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk, faktor penyebab, dan fungsi komunikatif interferensi antara fusḥā dan ʿāmmiyyah dalam komentar pada pertandingan sepak bola. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan transkripsi komentar video pertandingan yang melibatkan komentator Arab. Analisis dilakukan pada empat tataran linguistik utama: leksikal, sintaksis, morfologis, dan fonologis, disertai interpretasi terhadap konteks sosial dan pragmatis di balik penggunaan bentuk-bentuk interferensi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interferensi ʿāmmiyyah ke dalam fusḥā dalam komentar olahraga bukanlah bentuk penyimpangan linguistik semata, melainkan fenomena komunikasi yang fungsional dan adaptif. Interferensi terjadi terutama pada momen-momen emosional, spontan, dan intens dalam pertandingan. Misalnya saat terjadinya gol, aksi spektakuler, atau keputusan wasit kontroversial. Secara linguistik, interferensi muncul dalam bentuk penggunaan kosakata dialektal seperti barshā (بَرْشَا) dan wēn (وين), struktur negasi khas seperti mā...sh (ما...ش), serta seruan emosional seperti yā salām! (يا سلام) dan mush mumkin! (مش ممكن). Faktor utama yang melatarbelakangi fenomena ini meliputi kebutuhan efisiensi komunikasi lisan, tekanan spontanitas siaran langsung, serta keinginan membangun kedekatan emosional dengan audiens. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa interferensi antara fusḥā dan ʿāmmiyyah dalam komentar olahraga merepresentasikan bentuk realisasi bahasa Arab media modern—sebuah variasi linguistik yang adaptif terhadap konteks komunikatif, sosial, dan emosional penutur Arab kontemporer.
