Abstract

A college is a good place to learn entrepreneurship by providing innovation to build own business. The purpose of this study is to determine how the model in developing a business incubator that can encourage the growth of young entrepreneurs. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used books and literature studies processed by means of data reduction and then presented through descriptions to be informative. For the college, there are four recommended pilot models, namely the Green Energy Incubator Model/Eco-friendly Energy, Manufacturing Incubator Model, Creative Industry Incubator Model, and Agribusiness Incubator Model can be used for future development. From the research, business incubators has an important role for universities in encouraging student creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship field. Through this performance in universities, it can be seen in developing start-ups related to Tridharma as an example of community service.

Abstract

Sampah menjadi sebuah permasalahan serius disetiap wilayah, khususnya di Indonesia. Semakin bertambahnya penduduk, jumlah sampahpun juga semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan sampah yang baik mulai dari tempat pembuangan sampah sementara hingga tempat pembuangan sampah akhir. Salahsatu metoda yang dapat digunakan untuk penanganan dan pengurangan sampah adalah menggunakan teknologi biokonversi. Teknologi ini yakni menggunakan bantuan lalat BSF dalam menghasilkan maggot sebagai media pengurai sampah organik. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian difokuskan terhadap 30 anggota PKH Kelurahan Ponggok, Kecamatan Ponggok, Kabupaten Blitar. Kegiatan pengabdian meliputi pembuatan media atraktan, membuat tempat untuk pembesaran maggot, membuat biopond, dan strategi dalam pemasaran produk hasil pembiakan maggot. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta memahami permasalahan di lingkungan dan mampu memanfaatkan sampah organik sejumlah 3 kg/hari dari setiap peserta, hasil akhir berupa maggot yang dapat dijual atau digunakan sebagai pakan ternak yang bernilai gizi tinggi. Kesimpulannya pengolahan sampah organik sebagai budidaya maggot dapat menjadi salah satu metode untuk mengurani sampah lingkungan serta memberikan tambahan penghasilan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Ketimpangan ekonomi adalah salah satu masalah besar yang terjadi di Indonesia hingga saat ini bahkan untuk beberapa tahun mendatang. Jawaban untuk menghadapi ketimpangan ekonomi tersebut yaitu dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang menjadi wirausaha. Semangat berwirausaha sayangnya kurang dimiliki oleh generasi Z pada saat ini dengan issue-issue yang bermunculan di masyarakat, salah satunya inner child. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan memberikan inspirasi maupun motivasi yang diberikan oleh narasumber (praktisi) pada generasi Z untuk memulai usaha baru yang bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan pengetahuan kepada generasi Z tentang kewirausahaan, dan (2) memberikan kesadaran dan menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha bagi generasi Z. Metode kegiatan ini mulai dari observasi, perijinan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMA/SMK/MA di wilayah Blitar Raya sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil kegiatan edukasi kewirausahaan dalam membangkitkan jiwa entrepreneur bagi generasi Z ini menunjukkan para generasi Z memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dipersiapkan menjadi seorang wirausaha yang akan memandirikan dirinya secara ekonomi kelak, dan akan berdampak positif bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Selain itu para peserta diharapkan akan menjadi entrepreneur muda yang paham akan kewirausahaan dan memiliki karakter dan mental seorang entrepreneur.

Abstract

Objective This study aims to determine the effect of using BSF maggot flour as a substitute for fish meal in feed on the value of feed consumption, HDP and egg weight in layer chickens.. Materials and Methods. The research design used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment 1 (P1) in this study was a control treatment using factory feed. P2 Fish meal 20% with 80% basal feed; P2 Fish meal 15% with 5% BSFL (Maggot) flour and 80% Basal Feed; P3 fish meal 10% with 10% BSFL flour and 80% basal feed, and P4 fish meal 5% with 15% BSFL flour. Conclusion. The results of the observations showed that the use of maggot flour as a substitute for fish meal in the manufacture of feed did not significantly differ from feed consumption, HDP and egg weight of laying hens.

Abstract

Wilayah Blitar merupakan wilayah dengan potensi ekonomi yang bagus namun potensi tersebut belum dapat dioptimalkan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Vokasi di Blitar, Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar membentuk Inkubator Bisnis Putra Sang Fajar. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari inkubator bisnis dan merespon segala dinamika yang ada di lingkungan internal maupun eksternal organisasi maka perlu dilakukan penyusunan strategi yang dilakukan melalui analisis SWOT, McKinsey7S, dan PESTEL. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang relevan dengan inkubator bisnis. Faktor internal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja McKinsey 7S dan dirangkum ke dalam IFAS sementara faktor eksternal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan analisis PESTEL dan dirangkum ke dalam EFAS. Hasil dari IFAS dan EFAS dikombinasikan menjadi SFAS yang dapat digunakan dalam perumusan strategi Berdasarkan analisis didapatkan bahwa faktor internal yang paling memberikan dampak adalah kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh staf, sementara faktor eksternal yang paling memberikan dampak adalah sarana dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh AKB selaku organisasi induk. Pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan analisis SWOT, kerangka kerja McKinsey 7S, dan analisis PESTEL dapat membantu inkubator bisnis untuk lebih spesifik dalam menganalisis kondisi lingkungan bisnis. Ketiga metode ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang faktor internal dan eksternal yang relevan dengan inkubator bisnis, sehingga membantu dalam mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya.

Abstract

MSMEs experience various vulnerabilities that emphasize the importance of government digital onboarding programs as part of financial inclusion. To address these challenges, it is crucial to understand the role of digital financial literacy in enhancing access to financial services and improving business performance. This study investigates the influence of digital financial literacy on financial inclusion and MSME performance, with a focus on digital finance adoption and access as key of financial inclusion. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study surveyed 400 MSMEs in East Java, Indonesia, using a structured questionnaire and purposive sampling technique. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to outline the characteristics of the data. To explore the relationships among the variables, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized with WarpPLS software. The analysis reveals that digital financial literacy significantly impacts digital finance adoption, which, in turn, enhances MSME performance. However, access to digital finance, while positively associated with digital finance adoption, does not show a significant direct impact on MSME performance. The results highlight the need for targeted educational programs to boost digital financial literacy among MSMEs, ensuring that digital financial tools are effectively utilized to foster business growth and financial inclusion.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui insight yang dihasilkan oleh setiap jenis postingan yang telah di-upload pada Instagram milik PT Pateron Edukasi Indonesia dengan username “pateron.blitar”. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana jenis postingan berpengaruh dalam insight yang dihasilkan postingan tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui insight yang dihasilkan oleh setiap jenis postingan instagram sehingga untuk perencanaan dalam menentukan jenis konten selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan efektif. Material dan Metode. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menyajikan hasil dan pembahasan dalam bentuk tabel dan teks naratif. Observasi dilakukan terhadap insight setiap postingan feed instagram @pateron.blitar dalam kurun waktu upload bulan Desember 2023 sampai bulan April 2024. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap jenis postingan menghasilkan insight yang berbeda-beda. Jenis postingan daily content soal memiliki insight postingan yang tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan jenis postingan yang lain. Kesimpulan. Insight yang dihasilkan oleh setiap jenis postingan yang di-upload pada instagram “pateron.blitar” memiliki perbedaan. Jenis postingan feed instagram daily content soal memiliki insight yang tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan jenis postingan yang lain. The aim of this research is to find out the insights generated by each type of post that has been uploaded to PT Pateron Edukasi Indonesia's Instagram with the username "pateron.blitar". With this research, it is hoped that we can increase knowledge about how the type of post influences the insights generated by the post. Apart from that, this research also aims to find out the insights generated by each type of Instagram post so that planning in determining the next type of content can be carried out effectively.Materials and Methods. The method used in this research is a qualitative method which presents results and discussion in the form of tables and narrative text. Observations were made on the insights of each @pateron.blitar Instagram feed post in the upload period from December 2023 to April 2024.Results. The research results show that each type of post produces different insights. The daily content post type has high post insight when compared to other post types.Conclusion. The insights generated by each type of post uploaded to Instagram "pateron.blitar" are different. The daily content Instagram feed post type has high insight when compared to other post types. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the process of making a birth instrument using the SIPAK (Population Administration Service Information System) operation during the Covid-19 Epidemic at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Blitar City. The type of exploration used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and attestation. The collected data is also described according to the main points of the problem. The result of this exploration is the SIPAK operation is used in online birth instrument processing. The procedures and conditions have been explained in the operation. The preface of the operation was carried out through socialization, radio media, leaflets or flyers, and the installation of billboards at colorful crowded points in Blitar City. The problems faced in using the SIPAK operation are unstable internet networks, lack of public understanding of how the SIPAK operation works, the senior who can not use mobile phones, and the lack of socialization about the SIPAK operation to the public due to restrictions on the use of the SIPAK operation. conditioning during the Covid-19 epidemic.

Abstract

It is essential to know the financial satisfaction of the millennials because they are prone to experiencing financial problems due to their characteristics and the complexity of Digital Financial Services (DFS). Millennials are responsible for their financial decisions to increase financial satisfaction, so the meaning of financial attitudes, and financial knowledge, coupled with digital financial knowledge, is significant for financial decisions and behavior. This study examines the factors that predict financial satisfaction and examine the mediated effect of financial behavior on the relationship between financial knowledge, digital financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial satisfaction. A sample of 306 millennials on Surabaya was selected. A quantitative analysis technique using PLS was applied. The final model showed financial knowledge, digital financial knowledge, and financial attitudes positively influence financial behavior. Financial behavior significantly moderates the relationship between financial knowledge, digital financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial satisfaction.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are a vital driver of economic growth in developing countries, yet they remain highly vulnerable to market disruptions and external shocks. The rapid expansion of digital finance has created both opportunities and challenges, underscoring the importance of digital financial literacy and accessibility in sustaining SME performance. Despite increasing attention to inclusive finance, empirical evidence directly linking digital financial literacy, digital finance accessibility, and SME performance remains limited, particularly within developing economy contexts such as Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the effects of digital financial literacy and digital finance accessibility on SME performance, with digital finance adoption examined as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through surveys of 430 SMEs across two provinces in Indonesia and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results reveal that both digital financial literacy and digital finance accessibility significantly and positively influence digital finance adoption and SME performance. Moreover, digital finance adoption partially mediates the relationship between digital financial literacy and performance, while no mediation effect is observed for digital finance accessibility. The findings highlight the need to strengthen SMEs’ digital financial literacy as a strategic resource and to improve access to digital financial infrastructure. For policymakers and practitioners, these results emphasize the importance of capacity-building and inclusive digital ecosystems to enhance resilience and competitiveness among SMEs.
