Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perencanaan pendidikan Islam dalam otonomi daerah pada pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan di kecamatan Babelan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan kajian teori dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil wawancara dengan pengolahan hasil wawancara yang dipresentasekan dari google form. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah secara teori belum semua memahami apa itu sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, didapatkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini bahwa dalam praktiknya tentu semua bertahap untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan desentralisasi otonomi daerah. Manfaat pendidikan otonomi daerah meliputi kemandirian daerah, pemanfaatan potensi lokal secara maksimal, dan lebih peka terhadap kebutuhan lokal. Adapun dalam analisisnya tentu belum semua daerah merasakan dampak secara keseluruhan dari pendidikan otonomi daerah.Walaupun begitu semua sepakat bahwa pendidikan otonomi daerah bisa menjadikan pendidikan lebih berkualiatas.

Abstract

The article, entitled The Existence of Christian Education in Indonesia, aims to understand the example of implementing Christian education which is growing in Indonesia. The analysis of the phenomenon of the implementation of the Christian education example refers to the concept of Christian education goals inherited by Martin Luther and the theory developed by Merril Evert about the implementation models of Christian education. The results of the author's research in this article are 1). Establishment of a Christian school with passion without capital support; 2). Establishment of Christian schools with money without being supported by conceptual knowledge of establishing Christian educational institutions; 3). Christian education institutions that are oriented towards hegemony (power) without having an orientation towards the development of quality education; 4) development of educational institutions that do not have professional human resources in dealing with educational administration. 5). Christian education with high spirituality is supported by very strong capital. The concept of Christian education that Martin Luther wanted was oriented towards understanding and knowledge of the word, attitudes based on the Bible, students, curriculum, libraries. This concept is always actual from time to time. And the contribution of Christian education in supporting development has become a part of showing its existence as a pluralist society in Indonesia

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the theme of multicultural education more comprehensively and in-depth. The method in this study uses a bibliometric analysis approach. Data is sourced from the Scopus publication database. The data search on title-abs-key uses “multicultural education” with limited articles and reviews. Publication years between 2013 -2022 or the last ten years. Data analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of this study show that in the international and Indonesian contexts, the theme of multicultural education has received significant attention and will continue to grow along with the needs and advances of science and technology. In this theme, the United States has the most immense contribution at the international level, and Indonesia contributes the most in South East Asia. In the future, the theme of multicultural education will continue to evolve, especially in the following topics: model, critical multicultural education, multicultural competency, responsive teaching, teacher candidate, preservice teacher, ethnic minority student, self-efficacy, diverse student, multicultural content, responsive pedagogy, critique, intercultural education, peace, dan personality. The implications of these findings are for the development and improvement of future multicultural education research and publications.

Abstract

Schools need to become learning organizations in order to be able to deal with various changes such as the current COVID-19 pandemic. Information about school as a learning organization for policy makers is needed to improve it. This reseach aims to find school instruments as learning organizations and at the same time recommend strategic findings for improving schools as learning organizations. The research began with a theoretical study to obtain content validity, continued with expert validity, readability trials, and finally the distribution of the instrument via online addressed to teachers in Indonesia. The research data used 1200 of 1211 respondents obtained by purposive sampling. Based on testing using the Rasch Model, this research found 12 instrument items to examine schools as learning organizations and recommended two findings to improve schools as learning organizations, namely: (i) improvements in aspects of teacher facilitation to get education and training, and (ii) giving rewards. to outstanding teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find the items of the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 pandemic and recommend several things to improve it. The teacher's innovative work behavior instrument was developed through a study of concepts and theories of innovative work behavior until a draft instrument was obtained that met content validity, logical validity, examination by experts to obtain expert validity, and testing of 10 teachers. Instruments that have been corrected based on input from the teacher are then distributed via google-form. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers chose teachers as respondents with a sample size of 1200. Data analysis used the Rasch model. The findings of this research are that the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument  during the  Covid 19 period, which consists of 11 indicators based on the Rasch model, has met the requirements for use in research. This study recommends 5 things to improve PKIG, namely: (i) making scientific papers, (ii) learning that exceeds the standard, (iii) mentoring other teachers, (iv) pioneering the use of ICT for learning, and (v) struggling to get new ideas/products accepted by others. Based on these recommendations, the implications of this research are that teachers need to be encouraged to conduct research in schools, teach exceeding standards, monitor each other among teachers, cultivate a culture of using learning technology, and promote all teacher innovation products to other parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning models on student learning achievement. This research is a quantitative, associative research. The location of this research is SD Pres. Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Pasirgombong, Kec. North Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. The population of this research is the elementary students of the President consisting of 4 classes with a total of 70 students with a sample size of 30 students. Research data were collected using a questionnaire technique that has been proven valid and reliable. In the first stage the data for each variable was analyzed using a simple frequency distribution and continued in the second stage by linear regression analysis. This calculation is done using the SPSS program for windows. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of learning models on student achievement. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers improve their students' learning achievement through the use of the most appropriate learning models. While the supervision role of school principals and school supervisors is needed to ensure a good learning model organized by teachers. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SD Presiden Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Pasirgombong, Kec. Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para siswa SD Presiden yang terdiri dari 4 kelas denganjumlah 70 orang siswa dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket yang sudah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada tahap pertama data setiap variabel dianalisis dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi sederhana dan dilanjutkan pada tahap kedua dengan analisis regresi linier. Perhitungan ini dilakukan dengan berbantu prgram SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk itu disarankan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswanya melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran yang paling sesuai. Sedangkan peran supervisi kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah diperlukan untuk menjamin baiknya model pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan oleh guru.

Abstract

This study explores the value of spirituality in the business organization practices of PT Emdeki Utama, Gresik, East Java. The method used is qualitative with a case approach. Data collection uses an interview approach with management and customers. Data analysis uses source triangulation as a result of the research. So, from the effects of his study, found the value of work spirituality at PT Emdeki, especially openness. The value communicated here from the start is more openness between office workers. This shows that management considered open systems design when building this office. The company has tested this working process without incident. The company always calls for being honest with yourself and honest with others. Every employee works hard to maximize their skills. Employees develop their capabilities and potential. The company has to manage all of this. Emdeki also thanks its customers for their honest, conscientious and thorough work. The commitment of customers and employees to work with Emdeki is unquestionable. Emdeki asks to work with honesty, dedication and hard work. This research is the author's work based on the author's point of view when exploring problems in the field. This does not mean there are no deficiencies, for the authors still expect suggestions and criticisms to build scientific developments in this country.

Abstract

Christian education in Indonesia faces excellent challenges in responding to rapid social, cultural, and technological changes. This research uses the literature method to explore the application of Christian Existentialism Philosophy, based on the thoughts of Søren Kierkegaard and Jean-Paul Sartre, in a more reflective, authentic, and resilient Christian education management. This research consists of three steps: critical analysis of the results-oriented educational paradigm, study of existentialism, and development of an academic management model. The results show that the overly rigid and result-oriented model of Christian education ignores critical existential and spiritual dimensions. Integrating existentialism principles can help create a more inclusive, dialogical, and responsive educational management of the local context. Moreover, by incorporating reflective approaches, authentic experiences, and community engagement, Christian education can be more adaptive in shaping students' characters with integrity, insight, and ability to face global challenges. The model also underscores the importance of collaboration between schools, churches, and families in building a holistic and transformative educational ecosystem.   Abstrak Pendidikan Kristen di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar dalam merespons perubahan sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Filsafat Eksistensialisme Kristen, berdasarkan pemikiran Søren Kierkegaard dan Jean-Paul Sartre, dalam manajemen pendidikan Kristen yang lebih reflektif, otentik, dan resilien. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga langkah: analisis kritis terhadap paradigma pendidikan yang berorientasi hasil, kajian konsep eksistensialisme, dan pengembangan model manajemen pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pendidikan Kristen yang terlalu kaku dan berorientasi pada hasil mengabaikan dimensi eksistensial dan spiritual yang penting. Integrasi prinsip-prinsip eksistensialisme dapat membantu menciptakan manajemen pendidikan yang lebih inklusif, dialogis, dan responsif terhadap konteks lokal. Selain itu, dengan menggabungkan pendekatan reflektif, pengalaman otentik, dan keterlibatan komunitas, pendidikan Kristen dapat lebih adaptif dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berintegritas, berwawasan luas, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan global. Model ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah, gereja, dan keluarga untuk membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang holistik dan transformatif.

Abstract

This article aims to identify publications on the teacher leadership theme comprehensively. The publication data is from articles, reviews, and English and comes from the Scopus database from 1993 to 2022. The keyword used in the data search is "teacher leadership." The investigation found 753 documents later used as the basis for conducting Bibliometric studies.   This Bibliometric analysis method uses Vosviewer software. All data is classified by trend; country; organization; source; author, relationship between authors; and teacher leadership research hotspots which were then analyzed using the Vosviewer software. The main findings of the study include: the trend of teacher leadership publication continues to increase, and the future direction of teacher leadership research will concern two domains, namely: new word/phrase domains connected to teacher leadership, such as COVID, leadership style, self-efficacy, diversity, school principal, evidence,  professional learning, community; and domain teacher leadership research processes or methods such as mix-method, instrument, questionnaire, and data processing. The findings of this study can be used as one of the materials for making decisions related to improving teacher leadership publications.
