Abstract

Women often face discrimination or patriarchal barriers in their involvement in decision-making related to development. Despite efforts to improve gender equality for women and encourage women's inclusion in various fields, there are still negative perceptions and stereotypes that hinder their participation. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews to collect the necessary data. The informants in this study were as many people as PKK mothers, women's farmer groups and Posyandu cadre mothers. The analysis used to process data is by using Nvivo 12 Plus Software and Nvivo 12 Plus.. The results of the research using the Gender Framework Analysis (GFA) analysis technique show that the role of gender in decision making at the development planning meeting in Maiwa District is still low, this causes the amount of women's participation to be minimal, for example, the presence of women in Maiwa District is still low from the total number of participants. Even though the number of women's attendance is low in the forum, these women are not only present but also active by providing a lot of input in the forum. The role of gender in decision-making at the development planning meeting in Maiwa Sub-district is still lacking, which causes the level of women's participation in musrenbangkec to still experience high obstacles, namely 38.89% and the indicator of stigma in participation, namely 36.36%. The lack of women's involvement in decision-making is also due to their own factors and the stigma that has been embedded in them.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the transparency of the village government and the management of direct cash assistance in Mario Village, as well as the influence of village government transparency on the management of direct cash assistance in Mario Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The independent variable used is village government transparency and the dependent variable used is the management of direct cash assistance. The sampling technique in this research is based on a saturated sampling technique or the entire population is used as a sample because the population is less than 100, namely 58 recipients of direct cash assistance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS type 21 application. The results of this research show that village government transparency (X) was obtained with a percentage of 66%, indicating that transparency is quite good, indicating that there is a significant effort from the village government to strive for clear and easy transparency. However, further evaluation is still needed on what factors can increase transparency. For the management of direct cash assistance (Y), the resulting percentage of 71% is quite good, although there is still room to reach a higher level with further evaluation to help identify areas that need improvement. In addition, the significance value of tcount is greater than ttable (3,458 > 1,671), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that village government transparency has a positive and significant effect on the management of direct cash assistance in Mario Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata lokal di Desa Tana Toro, Kecamatan Pitu Riase, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena potensi wisata lokal seperti Air Terjun Teppok dan Masjid Sandi Batu Langgara Tungga belum dikelola secara optimal, padahal keduanya memiliki daya tarik alam dan religi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap pemerintah desa dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa menjalankan tiga peran utama dalam pengembangan wisata lokal, yaitu sebagai regulator, fasilitator, dan koordinator. Sebagai regulator, pemerintah desa belum memiliki regulasi formal seperti Peraturan Desa (Perdes) untuk mengatur pengelolaan kawasan wisata. Sebagai fasilitator, pembangunan akses jalan menuju lokasi wisata telah dilakukan, namun belum disertai dengan pelatihan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Sementara sebagai koordinator, pemerintah desa masih minim melakukan kolaborasi dengan dinas pariwisata dan pihak eksternal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah desa sangat penting dalam pengembangan potensi wisata lokal. Namun, agar pengelolaan wisata menjadi lebih optimal, dibutuhkan regulasi yang jelas, peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa, serta kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan lain agar pariwisata dapat dikelola secara partisipatif, berkelanjutan, dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal.
