Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada SDIT Islamicity Tangerang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di sekolah SDIT Islamicity Tangerang, (2) untuk mengetahui strategi dalam memimpin yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan sekolah dalam mengembangkan pendidikan budaya karakter di sekolah SDIT Islamicity Tangerang, (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepala sekolah menilai dan mengendalikan prilaku warga sekolah, (4) untuk mengetahui manajemen kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di sekolah SDIT Islamicity Tangerang, (5) Untuk mengetahui factor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di sekolah SDIT Islamicity Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan teologis normatif, pedagogis dan psikologis. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SD IT Islamicty Tangerang. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah ada dua sumber data, data primer yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan pesertadidik sedangkan data sekunder adalah dokumen RPP yang terkait dengan objek yang diteliti. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data selanjutnya di analisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan triangulasi untuk memastikan validasi data terhadap focus yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter yang terintegrasi pada kegiatan proses pembelajaran adalah jujur, disiplin, tertib, peduli, dan tanggung jawab. Sedangkan pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dilakukan melalui kegiatan futsal, Taekwondo, Panahan, Pramuka dengan cara memberikan motivasi, pemahaman, nasihat, sangsi, keteladanan dan hadiah kepada peserta didik. Sebagai implikasinya, SDIT Islamicity Tangerang lebih meningkatkan implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter baik pada proses pembelajaran atau kegiatan intrakurikuler maupun kegiatan ekstrakurikuler agar dapat menciptakan generasi yang berkarakter yang berintegritas moral yang tinggi. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

Sejak munculnya pandemi Covid-19, persaingan platform e-commerce semakin sengit, dan akibatnya banyak bisnis e-commerce saat ini menghadapi peluang dan bahaya internal dan eksternal. Aplikasi Bukalapak sudah menerima banyak keluhan dari pelanggannya menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki pihak Bukalapak untuk terus memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada konsumennya. Apabila hal ini tidak diperbaiki akan banyak konsumen yang beralih ke aplikasi e-commerce lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem dengan menggunakan metode PIECES framework yang meliputi 6 variabel yaitu : (Performance, information, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service) terhadap Aplikasi E- commerce Bukalapak, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Kinerja Sistem Aplikasi dari sisi kelemahan, kekuatan dan menganalisis komponen apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan Kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PIECES framework dalam menganalisis data, penggunaan metode PIECES framework sangat cocok dalam menganalisis setiap variabel sistem yang diteliti karena bisa memberikan hasil nyata terhadap efektivitas sistem yang digunakan perusahaan. Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap layanan berbasis aplikasi mobile diukur dengan kerangka kerja PIECES framework untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan. Hasil dari penelitian yang menggunakan kerangka kerja PIECES framework menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,38 dengan skala likert. Maka pengguna layanan dikategorikan NETRAL terhadap layanan sistem informasi aplikasi Bukalapak di wilayah Pesing, Jakarta Barat RT07 RW02.

Abstract

Derivational morphological process is one of the teaching materials in Morphology course in English Department of IAIN Kerinci. Then, based on the English Department curriculum, it is required to integrate local wisdom in teaching English areas,. Thus, Bahasa Kerinci derivational morphological process is an essential part of research since the data obtained will provide the derivational morphological process, its patterns, and the implications for English language teaching as well. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The lists of vocabularies in Bahasa Kerinci were the data of this research. Then, the lecturers of English department of IAIN Kerinci were interviewed in term of the implications of the patterns of words which are formed based on derivational morphological process. Based on data collected, it was found that the derivational word formation processes in Bahasa Kerinci were found in some categories, the patterns of derivational word formation processes in Bahasa Kerinci were found by adding prefixes, for example, prefix ng- + base becomes ngendoh which has meaning make become shorter and prefix ba- + penyap becomes bapenyap which has meaning sweep floor. Additionally, the implications of Bahasa Kerinci derivational word formation process to English language teaching in English Department of IAIN Kerinci were found in the case of reading course and linguistics courses. In this case, by having good understanding of derivational morphological process, they can enrich their vocabulariesthat can give good impacts for them to comprehend reading texts easily and they can also have good understanding of word – formation process. Therefore, it is suggested to English Education department students to have good awareness and understanding of their L1 derivational morphological process because it provides good impacts to their English language skills and learning.

Abstract

Low competence and job training in Indonesia cause employee performance to be less competitive. This research was conducted because of complaints related to the work ethic and discipline of PT Nusantara Abadi Sejahtera cleaning service employees who were considered lacking, thus reducing service quality. The study employed a quantitative approach, employing a saturated sample strategy for sampling. Data was collected from 56 employees through a combination of in-person interviews, questionnaires, and observational studies. The F and T tests were used for data analysis in order to see the partial and simultaneous effects of development and training on employee performance. A t-count of 3.344 and a significance of 0.002 indicate that training significantly affects employee performance, while a t-count of 2.053 and a significance of 0.045 indicate that development also positively affects performance. There is a statistically significant relationship between training and development and employee performance, as shown by the F-test results (F-count: 90.618, p = 0.000). It is clear that training and development programs have a substantial impact on employee performance, and this impact is both partial and simultaneous. As a result, it is crucial for firms to constantly enhance their training and development programs in order to boost employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas kinerja guru, hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas kinerja guru, serta hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Lingkungan SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 0,05% sehingga diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden yang dipilih secara proporsionale random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikalibrasi validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan hubungan kepala sekolah dengan budaya organisasi di SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas kinerja Guru di SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas kinerja guru di SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Television remains one of the most influential mass media platforms for disseminating information and entertainment to the public, with one notable example being the I’Murojaah program aired by Muslim TV on MNC Channels. The objectives of this study are to identify the level of viewer satisfaction with the I’Murojaah program, determine the indicators influencing viewer satisfaction, classify viewers based on their satisfaction levels, and provide recommendations to program managers to improve quality and viewer satisfaction. This study employs a qualitative approach using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The data used in this study were obtained through a survey distributed to 100 respondents, covering several viewer satisfaction indicators such as content quality (6 questions) and program presentation (6 questions). The collected data were then grouped and analyzed. The results of the first cluster iteration distance calculation consisted of 84 viewers who were very satisfied, while the second cluster consisted of 16 viewers with relatively low satisfaction levels. The Davies Bouldin Index values were -0.674 for class 2 clustering, -2.001 for class 3 clustering, -1.961 for class 4 clustering, and clustering class 5 (-2.000). In conclusion, the best clustering performance results were for classes 2, 3, 4, and 5. The smallest Davies Bouldin Index value was for clustering class 2. Recommendations for program improvement include enhancing image and sound quality, ensuring that the equipment and technology used can produce optimal quality.

Abstract

Kantor Pertanahan Kota Administratif Jakarta Barat adalah lembaga pemerintahan Nonkementerian yang bertugas mengatur semua hal berkaitan dengan tanah dan properti secara nasional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang berfokus pada pengaruh job description dan job specification, baik secara terpisah maupun bersamaan, terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 153 pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Administratif Jakarta Barat. Menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin (margin of error 10%), diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job Description nilai Thitung 2,573 > Ttabel 1,672 dengan nilai sig 0,013 < 0,05 (X1) dan Job Specification nilai Thitung 2,289 > Ttabel 1.672 dengan nilai sig 0,026 < 0.05 (X2) masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (uji t) atau Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Secara simultan (uji f) Fhitung 17,910 > Ftabel 3,16 dengan nilai sig 0,000 <  0,05 atau Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa job description dan job specification secara bersama-sama juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi kedua variabel ini (job description dan job specification) terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,6%, sedangkan sebesar 61,4% sisanya oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kompetensi sumber daya manusia, kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat dan didukung dengan faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Education methods that were previously employed in face-to-face contacts were terminated to stop the corona virus from spreading. In higher education, e-learning has taken the place of conventional techniques as the standard. At 3 State Universities in Jambi Province, this study tries to ascertain how EFL students’ Perception about Zoom Meeting as a teaching platform. A quantitative descriptive survey was utilized. 35 students who had participated in online coursework utilizing Zoom Meeting were part of this study. Students were given surveys online in order to gather data about their perception. The majority of students are favorable about utilizing Zoom Meeting for online learning. The findings of this research suggest that: (1) Students will continue to use Zoom Meeting because it offers new learning opportunities and benefits, (2) Users can easily use Zoom Meeting’s features, (3) It is the preferred online learning platform, (4) It can help students improve their IT skills, (5) Students will continue to use Zoom Meeting when online learning, (6) Students are not finding Zoom Meeting to be seriously problematic, and (7) Students may simply complete online learning activities using Zoom Meeting.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Social Service Office of Tangerang City. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 49 respondents and data were processed with SPSS 23 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and R²). Results show that the Work Environment significantly and positively affects employee performance (sig. 0.036 < 0.05; t-count 2.160 > t-table 1.679), while Organizational Culture has a highly significant positive effect (sig. 0.000 < 0.05; t-count 10.037 > t-table 1.679). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05; F-count 67.781 > F-table 3.230). The coefficient of determination reveals that 77.1% of performance variation is explained by these two factors, with the remainder influenced by others. The study concludes that Work Environment and Organizational Culture are key drivers of employee performance.
