Abstract

Kegagalan isolasi peralatan listrik tegangan tinggi merupakan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh penyedia jasa ketenagalistrikan, khususnya dalam menjaga keandalan penyaluran tenaga listrik. Salah satu factor penyebab kegagalan isolasi pada peralatan tinggi adalah efek korona yang mengakibatkan peralatan tenaga listrik mengalami kerusakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasikan beberapa sensor untuk mendeteksi tanda tanda peralatan jaringan distribusi yang telah mengalami fenomena korona melalui pengamatan frekuensi, sinar UV, dan kadar gas ozon. Data masukan dari sejumlah sensor akan diproses oleh mikrokontroler dan melalui koneksi nirkabel Internet of Things akan ditampilkan melalui layar HMI Nextion di lokasi berbeda dan jika nilai yang dideteksi melebihi nilai referensi, mikrokontroler menginstruksikan alarm buzzer berbunyi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe alat pendeteksi korona mampu mengidentifikasi nilai kadar ozon sebesar 35 ppb, frekuensi desis rata rata sebesar 157 dB, serta spektrum cahaya UV sebesar 336 nm. Frekuensi desis peralatan akibat korona dan spektrum cahaya yang terbentuk telah melewati ambang batas standar. Kondisi tersebut telah memenuhi 2 dari 3 parameter yang menunjukkan bahwa peralatan distribusi telah mengalami efek korona.

Abstract

Indonesia's tropical climate and high rainfall frequently lead to unnoticed river overflows, causing significant health and economic losses. A Flood Early Warning System (EWS) using LoRa communication and an Arduino Mega2560 microcontroller was developed, incorporating ultrasonic, DHT11, rain gauge, and anemometer sensors to measure water level, temperature, humidity, rainfall, and wind speed. Unlike previous systems, it applies fuzzy logic for improved accuracy by considering rainfall and wind speed. Sensor errors ranged from 2.14% to 3.19%, with data transmission to ThingSpeak taking 11 seconds (99.94% accuracy) and to a website averaging 15.03 seconds. Fuzzy logic enhanced the system's warning accuracy.

Abstract

The majority of the population of Banjarwaru Village are farmers. The price of fertilizer is getting higher from time to time while farmers need fertilizer for their plants. Problems arise when fertilizer shortages often occur. In addition, the type of fertilizer used is generally a type of chemical fertilizer that is not good for the human body because the substance can be carried into the food consumed. Organic fertilizer is one option to overcome this problem. This type of fertilizer is now starting to be widely available on the market, although the price is relatively expensive. The solution to this problem is that it can be done by making organic fertilizer independently. Another factor is that there is a lot of organic waste that can be processed into liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Therefore, to create a village that is independent in fertilizer, the PKM Team aims to create an organic fertilizer maker based on a PLTS electricity source and provide training in operating the tool. The method used is by making an organic liquid fertilizer maker, socializing it to residents of Banjarwaru Village, and training and demonstrating how to operate the tool.

Abstract

The rainfall in the Cilacap region is high, about 80-100mm in October-March. The high rainfall that causes the overflow of river water is unpredictable. The high water discharge is not realized until the river water overflows and causes flooding. Therefore, a river water level monitoring system is needed to detect river overflows early. This tool uses a solar cell as a power supply. The monitoring system is divided into two points of river water level monitoring system with a distance between points for the laboratory scale stage, which is 100 meters. Sensors that measure the height of river flow are ultrasonic sensors. The sensor results are processed by microcontroller and SIM 900 L module to be sent to the database. When the water level is in the Alert level 3, the buzzer will sound as a warning. The ultrasonic sensor test results have a very small error. Sensor 1 has an average error of 0.00023% and ultrasonic sensor 2 has an error of 0.00016%. The system is able to transmit river water level data that can be accessed through the website.

Abstract

Lighting is one of the most important requirements of a building. This is because inadequate lighting of a space can affect the health and comfort of activities in that space. In addition to less important lighting, room temperature adjustments, room temperature adjustments have a significant impact on comfort during activities in the room. This magazine describes the lighting and room temperature control design of the CilacapState Polytechnic Welder Shop. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This method calculates the required lighting and room temperature control and compares it with the standards. 2 rooms increase the number of light points and 3 rooms change the type of lamp with a higher lumen. There are 8 rooms that are recommended to use air conditioners with SNI 91714189. According to the SNI, the number of air conditioners and the capacity of air conditioners adjusts to the size of the room.

Abstract

Technological developments in materials are increasingly evolving, one form of development is the type of composite insulation. One of the natural fiber composites currently available is a composite from palm fiber which provides increased dielectric strength. Partial discharge due to voids in the composite results in structures such as electrical treeing due to changes in the properties and morphology of the composite causing increased insulation failure and disrupting power distribution. This research tested the strength of Epoxy composite insulation and palm leaf ash filler. By combining these two materials, a complementary composite insulating material will be formed to prevent electrical treeing. The results of the research show that the composite insulating material with nipa palm fiber as filler has an average breakdown voltage value of 40 kV and is above the standard breakdown voltage value for medium voltage insulators of 30 kV. The addition of more and more palm leaf ash filling material will produce voids, thereby accelerating the occurrence of electrical treeing and decreasing the breakdown voltage of the insulation.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang beriklim tropis. Curah hujan yang tinggi menyebabkan banjir pada sungai yang tidak dapat diprediksi. Bencana banjir yang terjadi nampak tidak ada pencegahan secara efektif serta kurangnya sistem untuk memberikan peringatan sedini mungkin sebelum terjadinya bencana banjir agar kerugian dapat diminimalisir. Pemantauan bencana banjir harus dilakukan di tepi sungai dari hulu ke hilir. Pada lokasi tersebut sering tepi sungai berada di daerah hutan yang kondisi sinyal gsm lemah bahkan tidak ada. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan sulitnya pengiriman data antar node ews ke penerima. Kesulitan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan sebuah modul Lora. Lora mempunyai komunikasi menggunakan gelombang radio 455 Mhz. Gelombang tersebut dapat dipancarkan oleh modul dan dapat diterima oleh modul Lora di Reciver. Sehingga pengiriman data dapat dilakukan tanpa mengadalkan sinyal GSM. Lora juga dapat digunakan untuk pengiriman data menggunakan topologi jaringan seperti star, mesh, dll. Sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir menggunakan Lora didapatkan jarak maksimal komunikasi pada NLOS jarak maksmial komunikasi adalah 520 m dengan nilai RSSI terkecil -128 dan terbesar -147 dBm.

Abstract

Banjarwaru Village is located in Nusa Wungu District and has several hamlets connected to the main road as access to transportation facilities. The lack of street lighting hampers the activities of village residents, especially at night. Road points that do not have public street lighting are far from residents' homes, so they cannot use PLN electricity sources. Seeing the conditions explained above, the need for technology with energy sources that utilize renewable energy such as solar power to supply power to public street lights has been widely implemented. Making street lights with a solar power supply with the application of modern technology is the main priority in this community service activity. The main target objective of this Community Service is the Public Street Lighting Program through the manufacture of street lights with power supply from solar energy. The implementation method in this service is through observation and experiments in the field in the process of designing and manufacturing public street lights and handing over technology transfer to the community. The results of making public street lights with solar energy supply using Arduino Mega which functions to receive data from the LDR sensor and is continued with testing battery charging with solar power. The installation of the LDR sensor will help the efficiency of the lights because it will control the lights to turn on automatically. The results of the manufacture of public street lights also provided assistance and training to the Banjarwaru Village community regarding how the equipment works and the repair process if problems arise in the future.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan iklim tropis. Salah satu musim di Indonesia adalah musim hujan. Curah hujan yang sangat tinggi dapat menimbulkan bencana banjir di berbagai wilayah Indonesia yang menimbulkan kerugian akhir maupun korban jiwa. Sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir menjadi salah satu solusi agar masyarakat Indonesia dapat mempersiapkan diri sejak dini ketika terjadi bencana. Penelitian sebelumnya telah membuat sistem bencana banjir dengan menggunakan GSM 900, namun permasalahannya ada beberapa lokasi penempatan sistem bencana banjir yang kurang sinyal GSM atau tidak ada sinyal GSM sama sekali. ,. Nilai RSSI terkecil yang diperoleh sebesar -87 dBm dan nilai tertinggi sebesar -128 dBm. Sedangkan pada jarak Non Line of Sight, Lora hanya mampu menjangkau jarak 520 meter dengan nilai RSSI terkecil - 128 dan nilai RSSI terbesar yaitu -147 dBm. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dibutuhkan banyak node saat menggunakan Lora karena Lora memiliki keterbatasan jarak untuk komunikasi transmisi data

Abstract

Central Java has several areas prone to landslides. One of them is in Tembalang District in Semarang City, Central Java Province, Indonesia .Landslides can be caused by very high rainfall and there are no trees to support the soil, resulting in land shifting. Landslaezdide disasters are very dangerous because they cause many casualties. Therefore, there is a need for an early warning system for landslides. The landslide early warning system uses several sensors, namely rainfall sensors. Therefore, there is a need for an early warning system for landslides. The landslide early warning system uses several sensors, namely rainfall sensors, soil moisture sensors and soil movement. The sensor data will be processed using fuzzy logic so that the results can be more accurate. Early warning of landslides has several conditions, namely low risk to very high risk. Based on the results of real-time data collection in the landslide disaster early warning system, the results obtained were that the sensors were working well and communication sending data to the website was running well. Data processing has been carried out and can be processed via a controller with a fuzzy logic logic algorithm. The results obtained were that based on sensor data taken early warning of landslides still had a low risk with a value of 0.5375 and a medium risk with a value of 0.5875. This is due to moderate rainfall and high soil moisture, as well as ground movement ≥ 0.1
